“Excellent sitter for my Hotrod (pit bull). He LOVES Kayla and her Great Danes! He starts crying a block away on the way to her house. He is usually leashed, but runs right to her door upon arrival, so no need for it. She will be Hotrods second home. He was treated like we treat him. (Maybe even better...hee hee) She sends tons of pictures so we know he is safe and happy and boy was he!!! We don't leave him anywhere, so we were kinda nervous. I did lots of interviewing and found Kayla. We started having Hotrod spend a couple nights with her and a couple of playdates so when the time came for his 4 days stay he was used to it. I don't think he even missed us. He is sound asleep right now. We just love Kayla! Thank you Kayla!!!! (and Iris and Helios). You will see us a lot!!! Be ready. HAHA”

I provide safe, structured care tailored to your pet's needs, helping reinforce good habits and reduce stress while you are away. I am available Monday through Friday to do 1 to 3 drop-ins a day. Each drop-in will be 30-minutes long to ensure your pet's needs are met. During a 30-minute drop-in visit, I'll provide fresh water, food (if needed), a potty break or short walk, playtime, and basic enrichment to keep your dog happy and stimulated. I'll also check for any signs of stress or discomfort and send you a quick update with photos. Every visit is tailored to your pet's routine and needs.

About: I’ve had cats for around 5 years and around for 7+. I’ve cared kittens and older cats, including supervision of kitten litters. I understand that every cat has a different personality, and routines are very important to them, however, cats are so much fun to get to know and be around!

About: Growing up on a hobby farm I've always owned cats, my family had 8 and I had 2 of my own. I've been taking care of cats of various ages since I was 10. About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I am happy to care for your fuzzy friends and family any time of day or night, their set schedule becomes my own! :3 I really believe every pet is different and taking into account their personality, energy, as well as their history or needs is very important. I like to give pets loads of attention if they are the type that likes attention, or I'm happy to just sit and read a book with them if they are more the sleepy type. About: I have always had dogs and currently have bunnies too. I volunteer one morning a week at the animal shelter when I'm physically able. I have trained six of my own. Also enjoy creating enrichment and providing interaction for those who benefit from it. Happy to give your pets company for a short while. I am available to do drop-ins for up to an hour or two in the mornings or early afternoons including a potty break. Depending on the dog and the day, longer walks may be available. Dependent on demeanor, I can provide company outside or inside with as much attention requested, a short walk, or play session. Automatically thresholds will be respected for exposure to triggers. On-leash will include practicing loose-leash walking, lots of sniffing, and some impulse control. Play will include the toys and/or treats provided at the pups home.
About: I have taken care of my dog for several months, kept up with his training and spend time playing. Puppies need extra attention to grow into healthy adults. Adults need just as much affection and some play time. I work full-time weekdays but I am available in the evenings. Saturdays are free for me to play with dogs and take care of them.
