Riitta is a small dog specialist and has years of experience taking care of them, so it was an easy decision to leave our little girl in her care. Riitta has a beautiful large, fenced backyard, a doggie pool for those hot summer days and takes the little pack inside her air conditioned home when it gets too hot. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated with Belle's daily routine and her interaction with all the other dogs. Riitta even hand-fed Belle (she's a picky eater) and had her sleep with her. Riitta is very caring and treats every dog like they're one of hers. It was a huge relief to find Riita and I will continue to use her invaluable service in taking care of our beloved Belle. Her daily rate is comparable to some kennels, but Riitta's dogs are not in a crate or a pen, they have a grassy playground and play with toys, have a pool, a ball pit. It's like summer camp for little dogs. I highly recommend Riitta as a sitter for your small dog. She's amazing!”

About: Hi there! As a lifelong dog person, I have a lot of experience - I have cared for dogs weighing 8 to over 100lbs, and from 6 week old puppies to seniors. I am experienced in dogs with complex situations such as reactivity, fearfulness & timidness, and significant physical impairments. Currently, I own two rescue dogs - a 3 year old female German shepherd/malinois mix, and a 2 year old male Aussie who was born deaf & blind. So when I say the “hard to handle” pups are my speciality, I mean it! About: I have owned and cared for pets for all of my life but it’s been a big part of my life over the last several years. Friends have dropped off pets at my home on 1.5acres, close into Woodinville. My own pets are very, happily socialized to enjoy visiting pets. I will be working part time so no more than a few hrs away from the home a couple days a week. Fun times ahead! About: We have been around animals all our life since living on a small family dairy farm including 4-H as a kid. We can care for all types of animals. We can administrator shots and pills. I am currently working part time with a very flexible schedule. My husband is retired and loves animals as well. So your fur baby will get 2 for 1 as he also loves to care for animals too. About: My entire life I have been raised alongside animals of all kinds, so I have a genuine passion for their care. It was always a responsibility of mine to help take care of our own at home pets as a kid, but eventually I moved up to helping out other family members, friends of family, neighbors, friends of friends, etc. with their pets while they were out working, on vacation, or just out on the town for the night. This included making sure pet was safe, happy, fed, relieved of any potty breaks, had constant access to water, and was enriched with plenty of play time and some treats! I can make some exceptions here and there for different times during those days, just need more information of time and reason. I am able to come to you or vice versa, there is a perfectly quiet and spacious dog park right here in my neighborhood. I do have a Dachshund and cat at home. Kitty is very friendly and playful with dogs XS-L, the menace of the house is the Dachshund. He is very temperamental with other dogs, but has never been aggressive. If the circumstance is me coming to you, I will absolutely respect any rules of your home, just give me the run down and I will make sure to dot my I's and cross my T's!

He got plenty of walks, played fetch, and was treated like part of the family. What really impressed us was how thoughtful Mounica was. On the night of the fireworks, she checked in to ask what would help keep Teddy calm. She also sent us lots of updates, photos, and videos every day, more than any sitter we've ever used.
