“Angela graciously accepted our last-minute boarding request for our cat and was incredibly accommodating, even when our we were delayed due to traffic and weather. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease—she is warm, caring, and clearly loves animals. She thoughtfully kept our cat separate from her dogs, which we really appreciated. Throughout the stay, our cat seemed comfortable, relaxed, and happy. Angela provided timely updates and was always quick to respond to our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.”

“People say they love animals, but not everyone truly does! I believe Kimberly truly loves animals. I feel she treated my puppies like they were hers. I am fairly new to leaving my girls with a sitter, Kimberly put my mind at ease. She sent a lot of updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. I will have Kimberly watch Thelma and Louise anytime I need a sitter again.”

“I had to leave my dog for a longer period than I ever have before, and I was really nervous about it. That completely changed when I met Jerrie! She was so kind and understanding about my anxiety, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout my trip, she communicated consistently and sent photos, which made such a difference and helped me relax knowing my dog was in good hands. When I picked her up, it was clear my dog was happy to see me, but also that she had truly bonded with Jerrie and loved her. That meant everything to me. I will absolutely be using Jerrie from now on whenever I need to leave my dog. Highly recommend!”
About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1/2 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails/not fenced for leash walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. I have giant wire crates/bedding for night sleeping/feeding and can take up to 3 dogs. I would prefer same family, but may be some overlap with scheduling. Otherwise they will be spending time with me in my home and on my property. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade. I also have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. If you have an older/well trained dog that would be happy sleeping in a dog bed at night, I can be accommodating. Especially, if I have no other dogs boarding here. Must have been crate trained at some point in their life. Waking up in the am to an intact couch is nice! 😊 Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family!
“Tiffany was amazing with our boys. She took both of them for the night. She sent me updates regularly and has a camera to see what the boys are doing at night time which was great to see what they were doing when not riled up. She was caring when our puppy was nervous about going inside and let us take our time making sure our boys were happy. This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely go back to Tiffany.”

“Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. With two sweet dogs of their own, my dog had built in companions while I was away. They are warm, welcoming, and sent lots of cute/funny pics & updates. Your dogs will be loved open arms. So grateful my dog could spend the holiday with such a thoughtful, warm, and fun family! Thank you so much for loving Chai!”
“Our dogs stayed a weekend at Bethany’s house and had a wonderful time! Bethany was communicative, sent lots of photos and updates, and took great care of them the entire time. I highly recommend Bethany for any dog care you need.”

“Desiree is so amazing with Raya! Have used Desiree previously and will always check with her first on her availability. When Raya is with Desiree and her family we have no doubt that she is well taken care of. We receive pictures/videos/messages with updates, keeps great communication and responds promptly. Thank you Desiree.”

“I think this will be the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Scott took incredible care of our dog, Tucker. He kept him for several days while we were out of town visiting family. Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”
“Jon and Anna took SUCH GOOD CARE of Oly dog. I never had to worry for a moment if he was being well looked after with excellent and frequent updates and pictures to let me know what this goofy little maniac was getting up to. Would unequivocally recommend to anyone looking for outstanding care.”

“Phenomenal caretaker! She kept me posting on daily activities with pictures and status updates. What a great time my furry family member had. In fact he loved her so much and was so comfortable that he was hesitant to leave her. I highly recommend!”

“Kristin was great! She sent me pics of my dog everyday and kept me updated with everything. I can tell that she took great care of my dog because she was so happy when I picked her up. Definitely want to book again :) thank you again, Kristin!”

“Toni was so great with our 2 pups. Very understanding of our dynamic with our oldest dog. She kept us updated at all times with pictures and messages of how the dogs were doing which put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend using Toni and will for sure be using her services again in the future!”

“Absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to keep my puppy for a 4-day weekend! So nice, very knowledgeable about dogs and proper care, and sent me pictures every day of them on walks and hanging out together. She goes in depth with talking to you about keeping up with your schedules/routines you’ve set at your home along with making sure all vaccines, flea/tick, etc are up to date (which I really appreciated). My puppy is super shy of people at first but he warmed up to her so quickly (dogs know dog people!!) I will definitely have her keep him again, full trust!”

“We are very pleased with the care Lilly received from Niles and Noella this weekend. Lilly is an elderly lady and they were very kind to her and considerate of her needs. The Rover report cards they sent helped to assuage any anxiety I had about leaving her alone for the weekend. I highly recommend them.”

“Carter was a great house and cat sitter. He left our house just as clean if not cleaner than when we left. He stripped the bedding and bathroom and kitchen towels, washed them and left them folded. We got great kitty updates each day with pictures. Just an overall friendly guy and took great care of our kitties. We look forward to booking Carter again!”

About: I've worked with a variety of animals throughout my life and dogs have taken up the majority of that experience. I've lived with dogs and cats my whole life, helped neighbors with their animals, both with house visits and making sure their animal friends get proper exercise. I just finished working at a dog and cat kennel that I was with for a year before starting college, there I learned how to handle every size dog, proper grooming, styling, exerciseing, training, behavior modification and observation, medication treatments and how too handle emergency situations. I'm at student at The Evergreen State College and currently have classes three days a week, I'm looking to work with animals while I learn more about them. I'm very flexible and can work with your needs. I will ensure your animal friends have a proper and comfy place while your gone, insuring your pets have a good climate, don't get too cold or too warm. I will wash and refill both the food and water when needed, provide brushing for dogs with longer coats. Take them outside if allowed for backyard runs, play time, emotional support and supervision. Clients can choose to recieve updates on their pets by text, call, or email. Applies for dogs, cats and any other animal you may have.
“This is the second time I had Becky look in on my cats while I was away. She had to deal with a few disruptions to my cats digestive systems. She handled everything calmly so I could enjoy my trip.”

Whether your cat loves playtime or prefers quiet companionship, I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to their comfort and routine. You can count on me for fresh food and water, clean litter boxes, gentle affection, and regular updates while you’re away because I know how much peace of mind it brings to know your furry family is happy and cared for.

“First day at doggy daycare! My dog is young and untrained for the most part, so she’s a bit of a handful. Sitter worked out well, would recommend and will communicate to possible schedule future appts.”

“I'm so happy I found Mandee! Finding someone that'll give the time and attention my puppy needs is hard, and Mandee gives my puppy that and much more! Baloo gets to run and play all while getting him familiar to different animals and people. This is just a perfect spot for my dog. I live In olympia and it's definitely worth the 20min drive!”
“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. Also, she is really sweet and flexible. Thanks so much for everything Caitlin!”

About: Animal lover here! I take very good care of dogs of all kinds as demonstrated by my volunteer and pet sitting experience. I have volunteered at shelters with scared dogs large and small, fostered and trained shelter puppies, was a babysitter for puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and served client families as a professional pet sitter. My role for others' fur babies is to provide care so that they have their needs met in their parents' absence. I am a great surrogate parent! I like to keep dog routines continued to minimize stress on pets and their people. For parents that don't have the time or for dogs that can use additional exercise, I can take dogs out for walks. I have also been a cat mom of 4 at once and love cats too! I have my dog, Brodie, and my routine revolves around him. I make sure he gets the memtal and physical stimulation and exercise he needs to be healthy and happy. I want to help my clients and pets with this as well for their families. I have a fenced yard and very dog-friendly set up at home. At client's homes, I respect the space and help pets feel secure in their routines with attention and care.
“Tucker was excited to spend the day at dog camp. He leaped out of the car. Tucker came home extremely happy. Tucker has more of a bounce in his step. Thank you for making our dog’s week. Great place to leave your dog”

“Scott was awesome! Very quick to respond and work with us on delays due to weather. Our pups had a great time and tuckered out when we picked them up. Our thanks to Scott, and we will look forward to using him again in the future.”

This was super new for my sweet Sasha and me, she seemed to do well once she warmed up to the new place animals and people, thank you for keeping me updated throughout the day, I appreciate all of the updates and photos, I’m so glad she had some small friends to play with while she was there, was very nice to meet you all.”

About: When I was little and people asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always said 'dog walker' — and now I finally get to live that dream! This summer I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I have experience with both small and large dogs, as well as cats, and I treat every animal like my own. This summer I'm home in Olympia taking a college course, so my days are flexible and my focus is simple — hitting the books and spoiling some fur babies! I have plenty of time and am committed to giving your pet consistent, reliable care My home comes with a large fenced yard — plenty of room for your pup to run wild, explore, and have the time of their life!

“Bobbie took wonderful care of our dog, Pistachio. Normally full of cattle dog energy, Chio was tired and happy when we picked her up. We’d definitely recommend Bobbie to sit your pup!”

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I have a genuine love for being near animals and taking care of them because they brighten my day. I am currently in college I want to try to make pet sitting a part time job so I can save up for my future. The apartment comples I live in has a dog park where a lot of dogs go and have fun, if there is any type of schedule by the owner/owners I would follow it. I usually try to relax on my free time, reading books and enjoying art, my hobbies give me time to take care of and play with the animals that I care for. The doors are locked unless I or someone with a key unlocks them, i make sure that the dogs have a leash on before I open the door and that there are no cats near the door to run out.
“Michael is AWESOME!!!! This was our first time using this App, we glad that we found Michael. He is very professional and very helpful. He understands puppt behaviors, was able to take good care of our puppy. He even gave us some training tips to help us train our puppy at home. Highly recommended and will book him again!”

About: Before college, I lived on a farm. I have experience caring for animals of all kinds and an understanding of pet behavior. My love for and background with animals ensure your pet will receive the best care possible. I'm a college student home for summer break and can fit pet care into my schedule flexibly. I'd love to spend my free time going for runs or just hanging out with your pet! I'll follow your animal's routine to ensure they feel comfortable, while offering lots of playtime and attention. My goal is to keep their surroundings stress-free and fun.
About: Since I was young, I have always had large breed dogs in the household, Rottweilers and German Shepards, and have always been comfortable with them. While in high-school and college, my fiance and I raised puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, 4 of our 5 puppies finished the program and were matched with people in need. We helped co-raise around 6 additional puppies as well. We also love cats, we have a tabby-calico mix named Teva, a lyxn point siamese named Minnie, and a gray siamese mix named Baby. Pima, one of the puppies that did not complete the program has been with us for 11 years now, and we have loved every moment of it. Unfortunately Pima passed away from cancer, but we do have a new addition to the family! We now have a big boy named Koa, an 80 lb American Rottweiler mix we adopted after he was found roaming Lacey Wa. He was very aggressive and untrained when we adopted him, but now he is the prime example of a model dog with our training! My schedule is very open. My wife is a school teacher so I do prefer to have the weekend off, but weekend visits are fine as well. I do have a fully fenced yard, our cats are indoor only, but one does go outside on a leash because she is adventurous. Very respectful of other's space.

About: Hi! I work as a Paraeducator at a school, so I have summers off and I can’t think of a better way to spend that time than caring for dogs! I’ve always been an animal lover, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pup needs playtime, snuggles, walks, or just a calm and caring presence while you’re away, I’m here to help! ☺️ My schedule is pretty open during the Summer besides spending every other weekend with friends and family. Once I go back to work in September, I will only be able to house sit as long as it is in reasonable distance from my workplace. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, medication, or favorite toys and treats. I know every pet is different, so I pay attention to their personality and comfort level, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. I will also make sure to keep the home clean and secure while you’re away. I’ll give updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. My goal is always to treat your home and your pet with the same respect and love I would want for my own.
About: As an experienced dog sitter, I go beyond basic care by truly understanding each dog’s unique personality and needs. I have a natural ability to read their body language and adapt to their moods, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and secure while you’re away. Whether it’s administering medications, following specific dietary plans, or providing enriching playtime and walks, I tailor my approach to each dog’s routine. My calm and attentive demeanor helps even the most anxious dogs feel at ease, and I maintain clear communication with pet owners for peace of mind. Having cared for my own senior Pomeranian, Zeus, until he was 14, I am particularly attuned to the special needs of older dogs, including administering medications and adjusting routines for their comfort. I currently have an year and a half year old Yellow Labrador Retriever named cooper, so well experienced with puppies I’m currently home full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can give your pets lots of attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs frequent potty breaks, long walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication, or just extra cuddles and companionship, I’m able to be there consistently. I love getting outside for walks and making sure dogs stay mentally and physically happy while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal like they’re my own and take the time to learn their routine, personality, and needs. I’m experienced with dogs of different ages, energy levels, and temperaments, including senior dogs and puppies. I always keep a close eye during walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a calm environment.
“Madisyn has been doing a great job walking our big rambunctious collie. She is reliable amd communicative and may have some special magic, as our cat who is normally aloof with nonfamily took to her right away and followed her to get more pets.”

About: I have lived with many different animals my whole life and have taken care of more than just my own. I have cared for friends', previous roommates' and family members' animals. Each one has quickly found me to be like a secondary owner. Of all the animals that I've cared for (birds, cats, dogs, rats, ferrets, and more) i found that I like cats, dogs, and ferrets to be the most fun and rewarding. Though I love all animals! I even make it a habit to feed and play with stray animals. I wish to bring them all home, but my apartment doesn't allow pets. Allow me to care for your pets while you're away and I'll make sure that they are happy and healthy while they await your return home. I'm currently pregnant so I'm taking some time to myself. Meaning I'm free all day every day. I'm more or a night owl, but will care for your animal whenever needed. I am very literal and follow orders to the letter. I will never do anything that you the owner haven't said is OK or not. If I have any questions I will not hesitate to contact you. The person who knows more about their animal is you the owner, so I will look to you for guidance. Want to make sure that each and every animal receives the same treatment that you give!
“Veronica has been amazing!! She was available very last minute (the day before) when I needed someone to walk my newly adopted dog. She’s been an amazing communicator, willing to do the little things like wipe my dogs paws after a walk or use the same command words that I use for my dogs. The photos of her walks are an extra touch that warms my heart. Would definitely recommend Veronica for your animal needs.”

About: Pets are not just an accessory to show off or toss to the side at the end of the day. They are an everyday cast member to our lives and a part of our families! My love for animals has stemmed from a lifetime of being around animals growing up in a farm town and I will ensure your furry family members feel loved, safe and cared for while you’re away! I currently work part time so my schedule is very flexible! I would be able to adjust my part time work as needed to better fit your schedule if need be! I have a fenced backyard for your puppers/doggos to run around and play in as well as a decent sized covered porch area for us to hang out and cool off under from playtime! If you crate trained your animals I do not have any crates at my home so if you would like them to remain in crates during an overnight stay I would ask that you bring a crate please and thank you! Your pets deserve the same love and care you give them, and that’s exactly what I provide. 🐾 Why Choose Me? ✔ Experienced & Knowledgeable – I worked at one of the biggest pet stores in the Four Corners area, so I have hands-on training in proper feeding, handling, and caring for pets. ✔ Flexible & Reliable – Whether it’s overnight house sitting, daily drop-ins, or long walks in the park, I adapt my services to your pet’s needs. ✔ Playtime & TLC Guaranteed – Walks, cuddles, enrichment activities—I’ll make sure your pet feels happy and safe while you’re away. I treat every pet like my own, and I’m committed to keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can travel worry-free. Let’s chat about how I can make your pet’s day special! I’m currently working full-time, but I can take care of your pets during my time off. (Evenings or weekends). You can tell me what would be your needs and I can see if I can arrange this time on my current schedule. I’m very skilled in taking care of your pets and keeping them safe. I can crate your dog if you request it as well. I usually walk dogs on the leash for their safety and other people's safety.
“Chelsie was absolutely wonderful w my puppy, Archer. She was super friendly, trustworthy, kept well-informed updates, and oh so willing to help out with any messes! I’m sure your pet will love her as much as Archer does!”

“Ruby was absolutely wonderful! She walked Duke all week and was a great communicator throughout. She kept us updated every day, was reliable, and clearly cared for him like he was her own. We felt so at ease knowing Duke was in such good hands. Highly recommend her!”

“One of our pups had a rough first impression at drop off but Cale was patient and willing to work with him. We received updates and great communication. Dogs were well cared for and happy when they came home!”

“Toni was so great with our 2 pups. Very understanding of our dynamic with our oldest dog. She kept us updated at all times with pictures and messages of how the dogs were doing which put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend using Toni and will for sure be using her services again in the future!”

“Jennifer and her family had such a welcoming space for our golden retriever Toast! There was a lot of communication and pictures sent, not to mention her dogs were great companions for ours. Definitely plan to have Toast stay with Jennifer again if we’re ever back in the area!”

“My dogs ALWAYS enjoy staying with John. My smaller couch potato dog loves his calm household with granddaughter visits. His large, fenced backyard and lots of outdoor time chasing the ball and squirrels accommodates my larger more energetic dog. I’m a repeat client and will definitely board with John again!”

“Our two pups just completed their first stay with Deidre and we couldn’t be happier on the care they received and the communication she had with us. We hope that she will have the availability to care from them in the near future but anticipate that she will grow in popularity due to her 1st class service!”

“Olivia took great care of both our pups for an entire week. We received daily updates and pictures, and the pups always looked happy 😊 We will certainly be using her services again! I highly recommend her.”

“We were pretty hesitant to leave Cubbie with someone outside of the family. I saw Kat’s facility and knew he would love it, and he ABSOLUTELY did!! Cubbie is pretty active, and quite social. He had SO MUCH room to run around and play. Kat has her own dogs too, so Cubbie loved making new fur buddies. Kat was great about sending us pictures and keeping us updated on how Cubbie’s day was going. We will DEFINITELY be using Kat again!!!!!”

“Leanne was great with our dog! We received lots of pictures and updates on how things were going. Our dog had slight separation anxiety but Leanne took him on a walk to help calm him. Leanne is a great host, super responsive, and we’d love to have our pup stay with her again!”

“Jamie has watched Honey over night a few times now, she is absolutely wonderful with her and truly has a warming heart for animals. She is great with updating me throughout honey’s stay during the evening while I am at work, and will send me pictures. She has a big yard for dogs to run and play, and its fenced and gated. Jamie is so kind, I give her 5 stars, and I 100% recommend her to watch over your fur babies.”

“Darby was an AMAZING sitter for our 1 year old Shepherd Mix. She sent daily updates of how Nova was doing. Her experience with working dogs showed through with the stimulation provided throughout Nova’s time there. Would highly recommend!”
