“Our first experience with rover and it couldn't have gone better. Thanks to Bethany and her family. They took care of our sweet little girl and sent us all kinds of pictures. We will be her again ! Thanks Bethany!”

“Connie was great with my 5 yr old Lab Charlotte. Made her feel comfortable and sent updates with photos regularly. She treated my dog like part of her family. Would definitely reccomend her to anybody!”

“Jana was very responsive - quick with replies and sent some pictures during Enzu’s stay. He was a happy boy! Would definitely recommend Jana and would use her again without hesitation.”

“Jesse was fantastic with our dogs, Storm and Trooper. From the start he was easy to reach and quick to respond to every message, which made booking and drop-off completely stress-free on our end. Throughout the stay he sent regular photo updates, so we always had a good sense of how the dogs were doing and could see for ourselves that they were comfortable and settled in. When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and showed zero signs of stress or anxiety, which says a lot about the environment Jesse creates. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches, not just checking a box. Communication, reliability, and how our dogs came back are the three things we care about most with any boarder, and Jesse delivered on all three. Highly recommend Jesse if you want someone who treats your dogs like his own. We'll be booking with him again”

“We were so thankful for Thomas's care of our Pepper while we were on vacation! He was responsive and did and excellent job of helping our nervous little guy relax and feel more comfortable on his first nights away from us. When we took him back for the second night, Pepper was so excited to see Thomas that he ran right into his home, which put our minds at ease.”

“Great experience with my anxious kitty. I had never boarded my cat before and Angela kept me updated on everything from litter box usage to energy levels. She sent pictures multiple times a day and was very responsive. The cat has their own private space where they can be comfortable in a new place.”

About: My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a dog trainer in the Grays Harbor area. I have been successfully working with owners to rehabilitate fearful and/or reactive dogs for almost a decade now. I have also been a competitive dog agility instructor for 7 years. My own dog is Oakley, a Miniature American Shepherd, and he helps me with fearful or reactive dog clients by being a neutral dog with great communication skills. Before becoming a dog trainer full time, I worked at a dog daycare in Mukilteo for 3 years. It was a great experience and gave me a lot of knowledge about dog behavior and handling large groups of dogs. I compete in seven different dog sports with my own dogs, but we love agility and flyball most. I am available whenever I'm not already teaching classes or at a competition. Scheduling is open as we just moved to the new area from Seattle. I am experienced with dogs who are difficult or nervous around strangers. I use scientifically backed, LIMA guided dog training to guide dogs through their feelings as gently as I am capable while accomplishing learning. In any case, I like to engage with dogs in a way that's most comfortable for them. Each dog is different! I am not comfortable taking unfamiliar dogs off leash outside of the home or yard for safety reasons, but I am happy to work on this skill with them if requested!

I also work at a dog kennel in Montesano WA, where I take care of many dogs and cats, making sure they are comfortable and get lots of love. I currently go to Adna Highschool where I compete in basketball and softball, so I’ve been looking for a flexible job to work during season! I have two dogs of my own, a silver lab and a heeler, they are well loved and played with lots on the daily. I have lots of experience with high maintenance water dogs and energetic farm dogs!

“Carina B. was wonderful to have in our home with our pets while we were out of town for vacation. The pets warmed to her and she was thoughtful and helpful in her communication. We would hire her again and recommend her to anyone! Thanks so much Carina!!”

“Jordan was great with communication. I knew exactly how my dogs were doing for the duration of my trip. He took time with my dogs and took good care of them. I highly recommend Jordan.”

“Our normal cat sitter was having a new baby while we were going out of town, so we had to find someone new. I found Rebecca after another sitter that I had lined up backed out and I was so glad I did. She did a great job! I also cat sit for Rover, and Rebecca gave the wonderful care that I always try to give my own clients. We appreciated the notes, and pictures from each day that she visited. My kids were upset about leaving their 3 kittens for so long, but they felt better seeing that they were in great hands with Rebecca. I will definitely use Rebecca again and recommend to others families with cats.”

“Madisyn was very detailed oriented and responded properly to any communications from me. She did a perfect job of taking care of my two cats, including managing my asthmatic cat’s medication. I won’thesitate to use her again.”

“Ashley took such great care of my three cats! She was very on time for our scheduled drop ins, extremely communicative, and genuinely cared for my cats’ well being. I would definitely hire her again!”

“To our relief, Alisha was available during the Christmas holidays. Our regular sitter was out of town and recommended her highly. Alisha braved terrible weather to drop in and care for our kitty. We’re grateful for her reliable service.”

“Veronica did a great job of taking care of our cats. She sent us daily updates and communicated very well and always asked questions if she wasn't sure or needed more clarification. She spent extra one on one time with our newly adopted somewhat feral kitty working on getting her more socialized.”

“Tiffany & Tiara are great sitters! We could tell our pets were well cared for and had a great time! This was our first time using Rover and they helped us understand the process and put us at ease. Highly recommend having these two for your pet needs.”

“Bethany is awesome! Very sweet and worked with my changing schedule which I appreciated so much. Chewy and Avery were very well cared for and had such a blast , they came home exhausted. Highly recommend Bethany and will definitely use her again :)”

“Always amazing! Our dog is very comfortable with her and her family, and when we pick him up it's just like he had a playdate! She's especially kind to him and to us. We can't recommend her more or thank her enough!”

“Kyndra was amazing with my dogs Archie and Rev! She was super responsive and accommodating to everything with my schedule this weekend and I am so grateful she was able to help out with my pups. She always responded to me so quickly to let me know how they were doing and I had to pick them up later than I anticipated and it was no problem at all for her. Thank you so much Kyndra for taking care of my pups like they are your own! I will definitely rebook the next time I am in town 🙂”

“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. Also, she is really sweet and flexible. Thanks so much for everything Caitlin!”

“The best thing I can say is that when Guppy came back for his second day of doggie daycare, he was thrilled to be back! Thomas seems to really understand dogs and is obviously a great resource!”

“Alright... where to begin! Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. Brian took them on a good walk, they had fun and their were no problems.”

“Madisyn has been taking care of our dog Leo for several months. As witnessed from the photos she sends, he LOVES her! I come home to a contented and happy pet! “Veronica has been amazing!! She was available very last minute (the day before) when I needed someone to walk my newly adopted dog. She’s been an amazing communicator, willing to do the little things like wipe my dogs paws after a walk or use the same command words that I use for my dogs. The photos of her walks are an extra touch that warms my heart. Would definitely recommend Veronica for your animal needs.”

About: Hi, I'm Wayne-Your Dog’s New Favorite Human! With years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels, I provide loving, reliable, and personalized care while you're away. Whether it’s long walks, belly rubs, or just cozy companionship, I treat every pup like family. I’m fully insured, attentive to special needs, and always happy to send updates and pics to keep you connected. Let’s make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved — even when you’re not home! I’m unable to have a dog of my own right now due to my work schedule. I would prefer sitting on weekends. I’m available Thursday to Sunday I tailor my care based on each pet’s needs and routine, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home. In my home, I provide a safe, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel comfortable. I follow their feeding and exercise schedule closely and ensure they get plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their regular routine as closely as possible — from mealtimes and walks to medication and cuddle time. I keep the home tidy, respect their space, and provide regular updates so you always know your pet is happy and in good hands.
About: I have caretaking experience, I have had many pets in my lifetime from puppies, dogs with heart murmurs, to timid rescues that need lots of growth and support. I have a belief that all dogs can be cares for with ease, because I understand them through their personalities and specific needs. Every dog is unique in a beautiful way, just like humans, I do my best to pick up on their queues and give them the attention they deserve and give them good energy. I am open to caring for pets every day of the week, Monday to Sunday from daytime to overnight needs. I am a writer and creative and this would be my main job other than those duties which I would balance efficiently. At my home, I have two separate units. I have a main house and a studio next door, along with two fenced in backyards. I am near the Hoquiam town hall nearby the town which is perfect for long walks.
“Faye was great. Flexible with drop off and pick up times. Met us on the pickup with all the girl’s belongings ready to go. Really easy transitions. Provided updates and was very communicative. Thanks so much.”

“Toni was a fantastic Rover host! She was great at communicating worth me and very good at providing updates during my dog's stay. Our dog was treated like family during her stay and was obviously happy and relaxed. I will definitely use Toni again in the future.”

“Cherish was amazing with Chloe and gave us lots of updates with pictures, and videos. We felt so comfortable having her there. Chloe was so sad to leave! She was made to feel at home and we knew she was loved. I highly recommend.”

“From a print response time, to pick up and drop off of our pups Megan was awesome. She kept us updated with pictures and texts. Our dogs were exhausted and happy when they returned home.”
