“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”

About: We've had pets in my home since I was a baby, so I'm very familiar with caring for different types of dogs and cats, from super energetic to one's that love and need their own space. I've done dog walking and sitting, as well as cat sitting. I'm currently a student athlete at UAFS, so I have less availability during the week than I do on the weekends, which are completely free. If there is a day on the weekend that isn't I will let you know in advance. If your pet does need more care during the week, we can absolutely work something out that's the best for them and my classes. I'm a super flexible as a person, so whether your pet needs ample play time and attention, or just needs a calming presence with them while you're away or at work, I can accommodate both. If you'd rather me be there for just a check in walk/feeding and then leave, that's also completely fine.

About: I’ve taken care of mainly dogs for 7 years of all ages and sizes. I know how to take care of senior and young pets, whether it’s training them or giving them the right amount of medication at certain times, and if they need assistance going up/down stairs if they’re not able to. I’m currently looking for work and I am also thinking of going back to school, and I have a lot more free time now so I thought that I would put my time to use and help other people with their pets. I care for my parents older dogs (13 and 14 y/o) by making sure they are let outside whenever they need to, I take them on walks almost daily, I have also given them medication when they have needed it, adjusted their food diet and included wet food since they’re getting older, and I also take them to and from their vet/grooming appointments.

About: While growing up I have always had a dog in the home. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t know what I would do if I did not have a dog in my life. I remember when my parents let me chose our next dog when I was young. I chose a sheltie and named him Arrow. The reason for the name Arrow was when I went to pick him up I noticed in his fur on the back of his head was an arrow. I loved taking care of Arrow and we had a special bond! I loved taking him on walks and he loved chasing me around the house. When I turned 15 I started to take care of one of my neighbors cats and fish when they went on vacations. After completing one summer, I started taking care of their cats and fish for the next eight years before I moved out. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog as well. The community is fenced and a gated community as well. Our community is very dog friendly and many pet owners. We also have a micro mini Golden doodle. So your dog will have a playmate as well. We can also send photos of your pet to you while on vacation to help with the separation. I know when I go on vacation I have a hard time leaving my fur baby behind. For me, getting photos of my fur baby made the vacation a little easier!

Currently I am a line cook and have a small arts business and do this to help support my dreams :) I am a full time online college student and recently got laid off from my remote technical support job so I'm very free and very in need of some gigs to keep my bills paid. I envision myself staying in or checking in with my clients homes to care for furry friends. I'll look out for the health and well being of your pets so that you don't have to worry about them while you're away. Currently, I cannot host any client pets, as I have a skittish rescue cat. My partner stays home with her, though, so I fully free to make sure the critters in your home stay happy, healthy, and cared for.

Our Tofu spent his best two weeks at their place with lots of walks, treats, and even baths when needed. They asked many questions before hand to get to know Tofu and arranged a visit as well. It was such a relief for us during our international trip where we had no access to text messages and major social media. However, Linda still offered to contact us via WhatsApp in order to send daily updates.”

“Cassandra and Trevor took care of our dog while we were on vacation for 10 days. The level of care and attention was the best. They are very friendly, easy to work with, and respond to communication quickly. They have a very nice area for your pet to stay, but also allow them to be part of their family if the pet is compatible. They also provide daily exercise including walks, and will send pics and texts to keep you updated. I am thoroughly pleased with the service they provided, and would definitely use them again without hesitation. They are the best!!!”

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”

He was incredibly communicative throughout Izzy’s stay, sending regular updates and photos that gave me so much peace of mind. As a first-time dog mom, that level of care and transparency meant everything and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Izzy came home happy and completely worn out, which tells me she had the best time. I would absolutely recommend Kristopher and will definitely be booking with him again!!”
