About: My mother has always been the friend that would take care of everyone's dog or cat ever since I was little. So, I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and learned how to take care of many different breeds, ages and personalities. Once I got my license, my friend's and family friend's entrusted me with taking care of their dogs at their home and had many experiences of house sitting with them. Before joining Rover, I was an employee through the Fetch! dog walking and pet care agency over the summer of 2025. I had my own clientele for which I would walk their dogs' multiple times a week. I also provided extended stays for house sitting in which I frequently took care of multiple dogs at once. I have owned cats my whole life, but dogs have always been a constant in my life as well through these dog sitting experiences and briefly fostering a chihuahua who eventually went to a family friend. I would be so delighted to take care of your dog or cat! Whether that be for walks, check-ins or house sitting, I have a flexible schedule and would love to spend my time with your pets. This last time we were gone for 2 weeks and during that time April discovered fleas on one of our cats! She went out of her way to wash all the furniture coverings and begin treating our whole house to cut down on the potential pending infestation so we wouldn't have to come home to so much work. She vacuumed the house and cleaned all the floors so we could return to a little less chaos. We are so lucky to have found her!”

Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. About: I’ve had two different dogs in my family since I was born. I have been responsible for feeding and cleaning up after my most recent dog. I graduated from the University of Denver and have spent 2+ months in the last year staying overnight to care for clients’ pets and homes. I am young and in fairly good shape, so I can run with dogs if requested! I have experience walking not only my dog, but various friends’ dogs. I get along well with all kinds of animals, but I am most familiar with dogs. Both of my family’s pets have been medium sized dogs, but I have done some dog sitting for both larger and smaller breeds. These span from Shih Tzu to Pitbulls to full sized Poodles. I typically walk 1.5-3 miles, so hopefully your pup will be tired out I make sure when I come in that there is enough water and/or food in the bowl, then promptly take them outside. About: I have been dog walking for friends and families for about 10 years now with a variety of dogs! My experience with different breeds of dogs has shown me that all dogs have different needs to be met. My own dogs has taught me to always be aware of everything and to always be there for them. I enjoy being able to connect with animals and will make your dog my first priority! I will be wearing a mask when dog walking or sitting and will be following the CDC guidelines for COVID-19I am a student at Seattle University and all classes are online so I am free whenever you need a sitter or a walker :) Please let me know if you have any questions. I also love cats and kittens. I find it relaxing to play with animals! I currently have two cars and a dog of my own! About: Hi! I’m Ezra 😊 I’ve spent my life around animals, growing up with big dogs and cats and now working at an animal sanctuary for cats, dogs, and farm animals. I’m very comfortable with administering medications, high energy dogs, and senior and puppy care. Because of my background in animal welfare, I have a special patience for nervous dogs who might be wary of men, and pets/breeds who might be labelled “difficult”. I know how to give them the space they need to feel secure and build the trust needed to keep them happy while you’re away. I adore animals of all kinds and can’t wait to get to know your furry (and feathered) family members! 🐾🩷 I work from home most days, and am lucky to have a 4-day work week. All that means I spend a lot of time with my pets! I’m an early riser, so in the mornings me and my dog will often be on local trails, off leash parks, at Double Bluff, or wandering our sleepy Clinton neighborhood. We love to play in my fully fenced yard regularly throughout the day. Fridays and my weekends are all about enjoying the beautiful PNW with my pup and I’d love to bring your pets along for the ride! In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. I know I need lots of updates when I’m on vacation, so you’ll get plenty of photos from me from each visit! No judgement if you’re a helicopter pet parent, I promise 😉

About: I've had experience taking care of both dogs and cats. My friends and family have often trusted me with taking care of their pets, which included feeding and walking them. With my former dog, I did basic training in commands (i.e. sit, stay, come) and know how to be firm when necessary. As a recent cat owner, I've learned the reins on taking care of a cat and how to live with one as well. Currently I'm freelancing, so I'm pretty flexible on availability with enough notice! Walking and playing with your pets is a fun activity I'm always down for. I can take care of cats and small dogs within my living space. Nothing is more important to me than your pets safety and happiness. I have a fully fenced in backyard for safe playtime, and two friendly, well socialized dogs who love making new friends! I always supervise introductions, closely monitor playtime, and can separate pets if needed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. I’ll follow your pets feeding schedule, and medication instructions, and of course any special care instructions to ensure they feel right at home! I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family!
About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. I don’t have pets currently, but I’ve grown up caring for family and friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with most breeds, prioritizing calm, safe, attentive care.

About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

A little about me: My name is Connor, which fittingly means "hound lover." I work at a psychiatric hospital with twelve hour shifts. I help those that are unhoused and getting them back into the community. I work M,T,W and S,M,T - 12 hour shift schedule. So working end of the week works really well for me doing Rover. I love being active myself and running with dogs. I’ve only been able to have one outdoor cat in the past. They usually like being inside. In the house I can snuggle and keep them good company.

About: I have been dog walking for friends and families for about 10 years now with a variety of dogs! My experience with different breeds of dogs has shown me that all dogs have different needs to be met. My own dogs has taught me to always be aware of everything and to always be there for them. I enjoy being able to connect with animals and will make your dog my first priority!
