About: I’ve had cats and dogs most of my life, and I genuinely love the quiet companionship of animals. I had my last cat for 16 years, so I’m well aware of the full life cycle, kitten to senior and how different those stages may be. Now that I’m retired, I have something a busy pet sitter often can’t offer: **unhurried time** and can swish a cat toy with the best of them. I’m happy to spend time with your cat on their terms—whether that means playtime, a little conversation, sitting nearby while they do their thing, or settling in for some serious snuggling if that’s what they’re looking for. About: I have cared for animals from as early as I can remember. Around the age 12, I provided all necessary care for our family pets and other relatives pets. I now have a dog of my own! I graduated from the University of Denver and have spent 2+ months in the last year staying overnight to care for clients’ pets and homes. I am young and in fairly good shape, so I can run with dogs if requested! I have experience walking not only my dog, but various friends’ dogs. About: Hi! I’m Ezra 😊 I’ve spent my life around animals, growing up with big dogs and cats and now working at an animal sanctuary for cats, dogs, and farm animals. I’m very comfortable with administering medications, high energy dogs, and senior and puppy care. Because of my background in animal welfare, I have a special patience for nervous dogs who might be wary of men, and pets/breeds who might be labelled “difficult”. I know how to give them the space they need to feel secure and build the trust needed to keep them happy while you’re away. I adore animals of all kinds and can’t wait to get to know your furry (and feathered) family members! 🐾🩷 I work from home most days, and am lucky to have a 4-day work week. All that means I spend a lot of time with my pets! I’m an early riser, so in the mornings me and my dog will often be on local trails, off leash parks, at Double Bluff, or wandering our sleepy Clinton neighborhood. We love to play in my fully fenced yard regularly throughout the day. Fridays and my weekends are all about enjoying the beautiful PNW with my pup and I’d love to bring your pets along for the ride! In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. About: My mother has always been the friend that would take care of everyone's dog or cat ever since I was little. So, I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and learned how to take care of many different breeds, ages and personalities. Once I got my license, my friend's and family friend's entrusted me with taking care of their dogs at their home and had many experiences of house sitting with them. I spent 6 years training and competing in 4-H with my Yorkie, Milly, and we competed at the state level multiple times, which gave me a really strong foundation in dog handling, training, and patience. Beyond that, I have experience dog and house sitting for friends and neighbors, including walking, feeding, bathing, playing with, and caring for their pets. What also sets me apart is that I have now worked with sled dogs for the past two winters, including at Denali National Park. That experience has made me very comfortable handling high-energy dogs, sticking to routines, reading animal behavior, and providing attentive care in all kinds of conditions. I am confident working with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, exercised, and well cared for. I currently work an 8-4 in near the university so if you are in town I can let pets out during the day! After and before work I love to be active taking pets on runs and walks in the morning and evenings! I care for pets with a strong focus on safety, consistency, and their individual needs. I always use leashes in public spaces unless otherwise directed, and I stay very aware of other dogs, cars, people, and anything else that could become a hazard. About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times.
