About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life from dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and I’ve had experience with goats, sheep, cows, geese, ducks, exc. I helped someone who had dogs that had puppies and that was challenging but an amazing experience. I’ve got lots of love and experience with all different dog breeds & temperaments. I currently have dogs, cats, chickens, and geese of my own! I am currently a stay at home parent to two kiddos. One is in school so most of my days are free. Tuesdays & Thursdays late afternoon/evening are blocked out as we have a prior commitment of gymnastics. I have a fenced yard at home but I do live in the woods and have some bit of land that is not immediately fenced off. I always keep a close watch on my pets daytime or nighttime and I would do the same for yours if they were at my home. I would follow the pet owners lead and what they feel is best for their pets at their own home and do my best to go above & beyond meeting the fur baby needs/owners needs.

About: I owned and operated my own dog boarding and hiking business from 2017-2025 called Happy Tails On Trails, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. About: I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I wanted to spend my time doing something productive that I love and caring for dogs is the perfect fit! I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 5 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention (with the exception of over holidays when I will book up to 10 dogs) I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for them. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed. Dog sitting is my full time profession. I do not work outside the home and I'm available to board dogs 7 days a week 24 hours a day! My yard is fully fenced and dog proof. I have a friendly Chihuahua mix named Rudy who loves to hang out and play with other dogs.

As for cats, I’m happy to keep quiet and leave them to their own pace, letting myself be available to them while not invading their space.

About: I have owned and loved on numerous dogs my entire life. I can never remember a time when I didn't have a tail waggin', face lickin', life long companion. She had injured her back leg about a month before her stay, and they were incredibly thoughtful in managing her needs. They made sure she got all her medications and adjusted her walks based on what she could handle. I’m pretty sure Callie felt like she was at a spa—between the gentle attention, extra brushing, and love from their three wonderful kids, she was clearly in great hands. I accidentally mixed up the pickup date by a day, but Lindsey and Leland were incredibly accommodating and kept Callie that extra day without hesitation. I was so relieved, knowing she wouldn’t have to be shuffled to a different home just for one night. Throughout her stay, they regularly updated us with photos—Callie lounging in the grass, out on a walk, or happily curled up in someone’s lap. The peace of mind they gave us was priceless. If I could give Lindsey and Leland six stars, or more, I absolutely would. They went above and beyond in every way.”
