About: I work remotely with a flexible schedule. I have had dogs in our family ever almost 20 years. Our family dogs passed away recently and we don’t plan to adopt another one. About: Karissa has had experience raising 3 dogs from puppy years to old age, a Cavalier / Maltese, German Shepherd / Australian Cattle mix, and Cavalier. The German Shepherd / Australian Cattle was an adult rescue with special care and patience needed for their social anxiety. Andrew was raised by Black Labs and has volunteered at the pet shelter in Ventura, CA. We are the go-to dog sitters for friends and families for weekends and extended stays. We absolutely adore dogs of all breeds and always make it an intention to get them out the house for activities like long walks, strolls at the farmers market, or fetch at the park. Our schedule is built around them and we want them to feel comfortable enjoy their time with us! We both work a full-time hybrid schedule Monday through Friday. About: I've been around cats and dogs most of my life and have a deep love and affection for them. As well, I recently started volunteering at Seattle Humane. I'm currently doing this part time, so I'm pretty flexible on availability on weekdays between Monday-Thursday. Though, for drop-ins, my clearest availability is between 8am-2pm. But again, I’m flexible. I can do overnights between 5pm-9am. I try to bring a calm, kind demeanor to the environment to put the cat(s) at ease; I will scoop the litter box, feed them, and if they show interest, play with them, and if not, I give them their space!

I have taken care of various dogs, cats, and small animals of all abilities, special needs, shapes, and sizes for over 20 years. I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality, training together (if needed), and going on fun adventures locally. I am currently accepting dogs, cats, and other animals for boarding and house sitting services. My schedule is flexible throughout the week as I work remotely part-time from home in Capitol Hill. I am now accepting new clients for boarding and house sitting. I live near Volunteer Park and would love to help your pet get their energy out with long walks at local parks and playtime at your home or in my fenced backyard. I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small animals in various environments and feel deeply in tune to their needs. For house sitting, I would like to meet in person or virtually to discuss your pet's needs so all questions and concerns are addressed.
