“Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. “We arranged for twice a day, one-hour visits. Rachael was amazing! We have 2 big purebred Maine Coon brothers and a a tiny female domestic shorthair from the shelter. She was terrific, and even had to give the female a pill every morning. When we got home the house was still tidy, the kitty boxes were clean, and all 3 of our fur babies were relaxed and happy like they had just spent time with a beloved human relative. I would highly recommend her for all your pet sitting needs.”

About: Hi, I'm Trisha! I have been married for a little over 5 years to my husband Shawn. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) We live in quiet housing complex right off of Smokey Point Blvd. that gives you quick and easy access to I5. We have a 6'' fenced back yard, live at the end of a dead end street, very little traffic.
About: I grew up with a Pomeranian and cared for him through his senior years, so I know the extra patience and gentleness older pets need. I also raised my brother’s kitten to adulthood and have dog sat for relatives and cat sat for friends and coworkers, from playful puppies to shy kitties. What sets me apart is that pets have never been a side interest for me. Pets have been a part of my daily life since childhood, and I treat every animal like my own! As a student, my schedule gives me a good amount of flexibility during the week, so pet care fits in naturally rather than being squeezed in around a rigid 9-to-5. I can build feeding, walks, and playtime into my day without rushing, and I have the free time to give each pet real attention, not just a quick check-in. That flexibility also means I can adjust to a pet’s routine instead of asking them to adjust to mine. I only provide care in the client’s home, since I think pets do best staying in their own familiar environment, surrounded by their usual smells, sounds, and routine instead of the stress of a new space. When I’m there, I stick closely to the pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime, and I make sure to spend real one-on-one time with them, not just handle the basics. I also keep an eye on anything that seems off whether it’s their appetite, energy, or behavior so I can flag it to the owner right away.
About: I have always had dogs and currently have bunnies too. I volunteer one morning a week at the animal shelter when I'm physically able. I have trained six of my own. Also enjoy creating enrichment and providing interaction for those who benefit from it. Happy to give your pets company for a short while. I am available to do drop-ins for up to an hour or two in the mornings or early afternoons including a potty break. Depending on the dog and the day, longer walks may be available. Dependent on demeanor, I can provide company outside or inside with as much attention requested, a short walk, or play session. Automatically thresholds will be respected for exposure to triggers. On-leash will include practicing loose-leash walking, lots of sniffing, and some impulse control. Play will include the toys and/or treats provided at the pups home.
About: I have worked at veterinarians, pet stores, and animal shelters, with pets of all kinds. I love walkng, cuddling and hanging out with all dogs. I’m a stay at home mom on a farm. I love spending time with my animals and also have a Sniffspot so other dogs can enjoy our space. When your dog first gets here they can smell around all the new smells and then decide if they want to interact with the other animals or not. I supervise any interactions to keep everyone safe. All dogs are welcome to be inside or outside. We have 5 fully fenced acres.

The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation.
