He prioritized a meet’n’greet to make sure all dogs felt comfortable; I was at ease instantly seeing him work the dogs through calming exercises to get to know each other. My reactive pup calmed down within minutes and ended up having a great time with his dog, Odin. He sent photos during their doggy day care visit and the pups came home happy and tired. We took a little break while caring for our own puppy and are happy that he is old enough to allow us to get back to our love of caring for your pets. We only watch one dog at a time so that we can provide each pet with their own special love and care. I have a trustworthy background in law enforcement to help assure that your home would be safe in my hands as well. I have a very free and open schedule so I can absolutely work around anyone’s most times only on occasion does something come up for me. I would be so upset if my pet wasn’t treated right and/or lost or let out, so I will do my best to make sure that they are well loved and watched. This is the same for house sitting, safety is a must.
About: I'm 36 years old, I love animals and recently got out of the Navy. My family has four dogs back home, kimchi (pitbull lab mix), Indy (German shepherd mix) Louis and Rene (daschunds), and three cats that we rescued (Jiji, Cleo and Smokey). In high school I worked as a kennel worker at a veterinary hospital for 2 years and love working with animals. I’ve spent some time volunteering at local animal shelters at different places I was stationed with the military. I really enjoy taking dogs on walks and hikes and would love to take care of your pets while you’re away. I’m available for house-sitting, drop in visits and dog walks. I work nights from 8 pm-6:30 am, I’m off 7 days/6 nights in a row every other week, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know if I work any of the dates you’re interested in. During a week where I work, I would be able to come back to your pet in the morning and feed them breakfast/either go for a walk or hang out a bit. Afterwards I would sleep from roughly 8:30 am-12:30pm. When I wake up at 12:30 I can offer your pet a midday walk/potty break/or just some one on one time. Around 3 pm, I may take a 2-3hr nap, but otherwise I will be free from 12:30 pm until I need to leave for 8 pm shift. If you have questions/concerns with this schedule I’m more than happy to answer them. When I am off I switch back to a normal daytime schedule will be able to spend the day/night with your pet. When watching your pet, I’m there for your pet. If they want to hang out and do nothing, we’ll do that. If they want to go for walks, hikes or adventures, we’ll do that. I can accommodate myself to fit your pet’s needs.

About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too.
