Willow had a great time playing with her dog and when I came to pick her up Jenny had Willow's crate all packed up with her things and ready for me, which I really appreciated. Willow is a dog who can be anxious at times but it was obvious that she felt very comfortable with Jenny. We are pretty picky about who watches our pooches and are glad to have found someone in Gold Bar who we feel good about recommending or using for our own dogs.”

About: I have had small dogs my entire life and recently lost my beloved fur baby after 18 wonderful years together. Caring for senior dogs has always been a meaningful part of my life. But, welcome all ages. I have extensive experience providing the extra love, patience, and care that older dogs need, including managing the challenges that come with aging. All of my dogs have lived beyond 15 years old, and I have personally experienced the many stages of senior care—from mobility changes and special routines to simply providing comfort, companionship, and a safe, loving environment. I understand that senior dogs require extra attention, and I treat every dog as a cherished member of the family. I currently work full time from home, which allows me to provide constant companionship, attention, and care throughout the day. Your beloved family member would never be left alone and would receive the same love, patience, and comfort that I have always given my own dogs. While I do not have a fenced yard, I provide a safe and supervised environment at all times. She checked on all three of our cats, checked to make sure they were eating and drinking, as well as checked the litter box to make sure they were going to the restroom and they were healthy. I had some mildly complicated feeding instructions and they were no problem for her. Everything about the visits were a 10/10, and it really gave us peace of mind to stop worrying about our cats and just enjoy the trip. I couldn't recommend her enough for drop-in visits.”

About: Hello my name is Jenny. I currently live in Gold Bar, but I am more than willing to travel to the Monroe area, as far East as Index. I grew up with pets my entire life, everything from goats to ferrets & everything in between. I can not remember a time in my life that I did not have some sort of pet around. I have a very flexible schedule as I am home full time. I am available everyday during the week & Saturday. I can be at your place as early as 6:00am and as late at 3:00pm. As of right now I am not able to watch your dog at my home or overnight stays at my home as our backyard fence is being repaired. With that being said I am more than eager to come to your home to watch your furry friend(s). I am open to coming over to do potty breaks, walks, small hikes or anything else that is needed. As of right now I do not have any dogs but I do have 3 cats, we are in the process of getting a dog from the Everett Humane Society. I believe every dog/animal deserves a home. Unfortunately the following pictures you will see do not contain dogs, they are my cats as I have lived in a apartment for the last 9 years that did not allow dogs. 6 months ago we moved into a 3 bedroom 1238 sq foot house, so the hunt for a dog/puppy is on. I can't wait to have a dog in my life again, be it one of my own or your dog(s). I am home at all times, which allows me to be able to spend the entire day/night with your pup. I am available Mon - Sat from 6:00am to 3:00pm. I have a fairly good size backyard that is completely fenced, when the pups need to go out someone is out there with them at all times. Have attended puppy training and dog training classes. Have patience and love for all fur babies. I will travel as far as Snohomish , Woodinville, Duvall areas. I am retired looking for some fur babies to care for during the week while you are work to drop in and care for your baby. Sometimes some pets are good with drop in visits during vacation and dont need someone 24/7 a drop in works. Sometimes 2/3 visits sometimes works for vacation days depending on your pet. About: I grew up with animals - like quite a few! I've had cats since I was born, dogs since I was 8, a horse, a ferret, a bird, some fish...I've just always loved them! I would always take care of the neighbors' animals when they went out of town growing up, and have pet sat for many family members and friends. I even have some experience with goats and chickens :) I currently have a pug named Ricki, but live on a family compound with a great Swiss mountain dog, a pomeranian, and my mom's two frenchies visit often. I have a fairly flexible schedule throughout the week and would love to fill my days taking care of your fur babies I am currently without a pet for the first time in my life! Both of my senior pups passed during Covid after living long, healthy lives and while I'm not ready for another pet quite yet - I am really missing having an animal friend. I tend to have 3-4 day weekends and can be available during weeknights depending on time and location. I believe we are so lucky to have animals in our lives and want to do everything to keep them happy and healthy! I am available to pop in for a snuggle/play/walk session for your dogs or cats and am available for extended care in the right circumstances (house sitting or dog boarding). I do have a few dogs on the property (an 8 year old pug and a one year old great swiss mountain dog) so we would need to make sure everyone gets a long first. For dog walks, I would plan walk just your pooch to ensure they get the proper attention they deserve.
About: I have grown up with dogs of all different sizes! Have always had animals as long as I can remember! I would love to give a helping hand whenever needed! I currently am a volunteer EMT picking my schedule when convenient for me! With this being said I have a lot of spare free time! I try to go on a run once a day, or a walk outside. I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have lots of space however! I have dog sat almost once a month consecutively for the past 5 months!

Willow is a dog who can be anxious at times but it was obvious that she felt very comfortable with Jenny. We are pretty picky about who watches our pooches and are glad to have found someone in Gold Bar who we feel good about recommending or using for our own dogs.”

My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
