“Jenny took care of our neighbor's dog Willow for us when we were taking care of it and had to leave unexpectedly for 3 days, the boarding experience went very well and she was very thoughtful and asked good questions prior to the boarding. Willow had a great time playing with her dog and when I came to pick her up Jenny had Willow's crate all packed up with her things and ready for me, which I really appreciated. Willow is a dog who can be anxious at times but it was obvious that she felt very comfortable with Jenny. We are pretty picky about who watches our pooches and are glad to have found someone in Gold Bar who we feel good about recommending or using for our own dogs.”

Rosalie stayed 3 nights and was very well taken care of. When we picked her up she was calm, happy, and tired. Somer seems very knowledgeable about dog care and behavior and she even picked up on a medical issue Rosalie has and kept her cool and comfortable through a hot few days. About: Hello my name is Jenny. I currently live in Gold Bar, but I am more than willing to travel to the Monroe area, as far East as Index. I grew up with pets my entire life, everything from goats to ferrets & everything in between. I can not remember a time in my life that I did not have some sort of pet around. I have a very flexible schedule as I am home full time. I am available everyday during the week & Saturday. I can be at your place as early as 6:00am and as late at 3:00pm. As of right now I am not able to watch your dog at my home or overnight stays at my home as our backyard fence is being repaired. With that being said I am more than eager to come to your home to watch your furry friend(s). I am open to coming over to do potty breaks, walks, small hikes or anything else that is needed. As of right now I do not have any dogs but I do have 3 cats, we are in the process of getting a dog from the Everett Humane Society. I believe every dog/animal deserves a home. Unfortunately the following pictures you will see do not contain dogs, they are my cats as I have lived in a apartment for the last 9 years that did not allow dogs. 6 months ago we moved into a 3 bedroom 1238 sq foot house, so the hunt for a dog/puppy is on. About: Big love for animals growing up with dogs and cats, I’m not in a position to have my own animal currently so that makes hangin with others that much more special! I am fairly flexible with my schedule, I am currently working full time but have open availability on weekends and am able to provide care before/ after work :) i live an active lifestyle and am keen to long walks and taking your pet out and about. I am able to accommodate to whatever is most comfortable for you and your routine.
About: I am a teacher looking to stay busy this summer. I have a dog and 2 cats. I grew up with pets my whole life. I plan on doing this over my summer break. I will have a lot of time to spend time with animals by giving them the exercise they need. I am happy to host at our place. We have a spacious place. I love to stay active and take them out often. About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life and I have been pet sitting for over 10 years. I also worked along side K-9 as military police so I would love to watch any working dogs or high energy dogs that need an outlet. I have owned a working dog and alls a dog with severe anxiety so I’m also willing to help any pets that need extra attention. I currently work part time and I’m recently separated from the military so I have all the time in the world. I’m free 5 out of 7 days a week. I’m will to be free on my two days I’m “not free” if it’s urgent. I am a confident person when it comes to handling dogs and cats so anything that is a need; I am willing to do. I’m well versed in muzzle work and reactive dogs as well.
About: I am an experienced obedience dog trainer who wishes for a work-life balance helping animals!! Animals have been my passion throughout my life, ranging from reptiles, rodents, to dogs. My goal is to further expand my knowledge in dog training and to learn everything there is to help guide me into more opportunities working with furballs! Having animals of my own, as well as having many in the family, has given me experience with handling. This is where I have learned and practiced skills such as dog training, intervening with disputes, administering medicine, and much more. I also love the outdoors, so hiking is something I love to do with my dogs to burn out their energy. During my experience at ABC (Animal Behavior College), I worked with trainers where I learned techniques for impulse control, reactivity, puppies, and even some service dog training. I also worked with the behavioral specialist at the Everett Animal Shelter where I am provided a list of dogs to work with and make them more adoptable :) I am flexible most days!! I work a full-time job at the moment but have a mixed schedule between days and nights. This makes it easier to do drop-ins/walks during the weekend and then sitting at night during the week! I currently live in a camper with not a lot of room to host doggies here. However, I will be moving to Burlington area soon and will have a much bigger area to hopefully board overnight!!
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a young child. I currently have a 7 year old chihuahua. My chihuahuas name is Toby and he is a rescue. If you would like more information about my dog, please ask. I also have a resuce cat named Clyde who is 1 years old, who stays outdoors most of the time. I have great experience with walking dogs. I have always grown up with smaller dogs, such as chihuahuas. I recently had an internship at the wildlife rehabilitation center, and that taught me how to care for animals. I can provide a separate room for those dogs who are shy, or not friendly. I have an unfenced yard, but can take them out on leashed, or I have a leash that can be staked into the ground that can be used. I am available 24/7 to care for the animals in my care. I currently watch dogs and cats full time, while working on other small businesses. I have an unfenced yard, but will walk them on leash outside if needed. I can also crate if needed, or required from owner. We also can take dogs to the lake stevens dog park, to get out their energy.

“Jenny took care of our neighbor's dog Willow for us when we were taking care of it and had to leave unexpectedly for 3 days, the boarding experience went very well and she was very thoughtful and asked good questions prior to the boarding. Willow had a great time playing with her dog and when I came to pick her up Jenny had Willow's crate all packed up with her things and ready for me, which I really appreciated. Willow is a dog who can be anxious at times but it was obvious that she felt very comfortable with Jenny. We are pretty picky about who watches our pooches and are glad to have found someone in Gold Bar who we feel good about recommending or using for our own dogs.”
“Somer and Thomas were so great. They helped us out of a jam by accepting a very last-minute boarding reservation for our senior Great Pyrenees. Rosalie stayed 3 nights and was very well taken care of. When we picked her up she was calm, happy, and tired. Somer seems very knowledgeable about dog care and behavior and she even picked up on a medical issue Rosalie has and kept her cool and comfortable through a hot few days. We very much appreciate it and would absolutely recommend Somer and Thomas for boarding.”
