“James took care of our two cats for a week. This was our first time leaving them alone this long. I've used Rover many times in the past, and I just need to say that this experience was the best yet! I am a Rover sitter myself (similar # of reviews and 5 stars), and I would even choose him over myself. He spent genuine time at our house through the week and kept us in the loop. For me, this is the expectation. Our cats are easily stressed and extremely needy, so when we normally arrive home, they are starving for attention. Not this time though. When we arrived home after being gone for 7 days, our boys were so relaxed, healthy, and happy. Even there coats were cleaner and healthier than before. Our house was vacuumed, dusted, bedding and living room blankets washed, trash/recycling was taken out. I'm a bit OCD and left our home extremely clean, but when we arrived home, it was even cleaner. If you are ever in need of a pet sitter, James is the best option. When you arrive home, you will understand exactly what I mean. He has my highest recommendation.”

About: I have walked and have had overnight stays with my neighbors dogs for 6 years now. From big dogs to small dogs and even cats! I prefer no aggressive breeds(pits, shepherds, no huskies etc) I am pretty free during the week now that my daughter has started school. I am a musician also so I am out of town sometimes for shows and gigs, but I do have free time too! If I am not here my parents are wonderful at caring for dogs and have a ton experience so they can also watch your dogs. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I do have a big yard and there are great walking trails around my house. There is also a doggy park near by. I do have an indoor/outdoor cat, but he is chill and warms up easily. If I am not here my parents are wonderful at caring for dogs and have a ton experience so they can also watch your dogs. We help each other out! Only excepting smaller to medium sized dogs for new clients currently. I do not have a fenced yard and keep all dogs on a leash whenever I am outside. They are able to run free in my home though!

One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. I helped care for and socialize those puppies as they grew until they were ready for their forever homes. I also have experience caring for senior animals and understand that older pets often need a little extra patience, gentleness, and attention to their comfort and routine. Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats and bunnies. Over the past few months I’ve helped care for my landlady’s 1yo kitty, and I’m very comfortable providing drop-in care and pet sitting for cats and small animals as well. In my home, dogs stay on a fully fenced 10-acre farm property where they can safely explore, play, and decompress. I have a friendly Mini Goldendoodle and a very mellow senior pup in the home, and I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully. I’m always prepared to separate or crate dogs if needed to keep everyone comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and preferences so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I keep things calm, consistent, and predictable, which is especially important for anxious or sensitive animals. About: We have been caring for dogs for many years. Starting from puppies to full grown dogs over the years and know how to understand what a dog needs for a healthy, happy, and full life. Aharon works from home most of the time. With just one dog at home it would be easy to add another. It’s easy to add another to the pack! We take our dogs outside for exercise twice a day and have play sessions in between. We have 1200 sqft of interior space for the dogs to play and chill with a fenced backyard. There’s also a dog park almost right in our backyard where we go to all the time. The area is residential and lots of families around that know us.
About: I have experience working on this app since around 2017 in the Seattle metro area. I love animals of all kind and have experience with extra large to extra small. I am currently available full time. This means I will stop accepting requests at 40 hours per week. My weekends and weekdays are open for pet care. About: I’ve taken care of family and friends pets for as long as I can remember! Me and my girlfriend have this rover page together as we host and care for all pets together!! She is a nurse and I work in maintenance meaning we both have very flexible and open schedules- especially during the week!!
