For longer stays, we prefer that Nicki is the only dog or that the sitter only has one of their own, since she values her space. That said, for shorter stays, being around multiple dogs is totally fine—she gets to rest and recharge when she returns home. During her stay, she saw one other dog briefly, which was no issue. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15. I’ve had cats in my house since I could walk and currently have my own cat while I am in college (his name is Smokey). In Lacey and Bend, I will have time to do drop-ins to check on your babies as well as give them potty breaks and/or take your dogs on walks (if your dog has experience running, I’d also love to do that!). I can also stay at your house if you need someone over night. My schedule will depend on the week, but I will keep my Rover calendar updated with my available times/days, and I am open to having a regular walking schedule with clients. I am not open to taking animals at my own place as I am currently in a on-campus apartment with not a lot of space (especially for dogs). But I will take very good care of your house whether that is me doing drop-ins or staying at your house. I can water plants or complete other tasks if you need while I am staying there. I can crate your animals while I am away if you need, and I will always make sure to stop by every 4-5 hours (depends on day, I will have basketball training, class, or work) to let them have a potty break and to ensure they have plenty of water as well as being fed on time. Your home and animals will be well taken care of!

“We wish we had found John and his family sooner! Nicki had a great time staying with them. We received daily updates and photos, and she even got to enjoy walks. For longer stays, we prefer that Nicki is the only dog or that the sitter only has one of their own, since she values her space. That said, for shorter stays, being around multiple dogs is totally fine—she gets to rest and recharge when she returns home. During her stay, she saw one other dog briefly, which was no issue. We would absolutely recommend John and plan to use his services again!”
“Jennifer is an amazing person who is understanding and communication is very good. She is always keeping me updated about my dog. She shows how passionate she is on what she does and I know for sure my dog is happy when she is in her home. I totally will continue to take my furry best friend to her as long as she allows it when out of town :)”

“Jamie has watched Honey over night a few times now, she is absolutely wonderful with her and truly has a warming heart for animals. She is great with updating me throughout honey’s stay during the evening while I am at work, and will send me pictures. She has a big yard for dogs to run and play, and its fenced and gated. Jamie is so kind, I give her 5 stars, and I 100% recommend her to watch over your fur babies.”
“James and his wife went out of their way to provide Henry good care while I was away. They were happy to accommodate his supplements and treats that I brought He enjoyed outside time in their big yard with the other dogs. He made fast friends with one of the bigger dogs and they said they slept cuddled up - so good to hear! They kept in touch and were responsive as well as flexible about pickup. I feel they provide a warm haven for the dogs in their care and their experience in doing this goes a long way.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeremy as a rover! This was our first time having Jeremy as our rover and he did an amazing job hosting and taking care of our pups for 10 days! He is always on top of things especially when it comes to daily updates— We never had to ask once for videos and pictures, which we truly appreciate. Jeremy went above and beyond by giving extra care to one of our pups when she got an upset stomach due to anxiety and stress being away from home. He notified us right away and helped treat her by doing bland diet. He also gave them both a bath. Our pups looked so happy on the daily videos and pictures. And even when we picked them up, they looked like they enjoyed their stay with Jeremy. Will definitely book him again as our rover!”
