“My dogs have never been happier! Mary and her husband treated our dog just like their own. So glad we found them, and will only ask them to watch our dogs from now on. Thank you so much!!!”
“This was my dogs first time boarding in several years, and she can be very anxious. Finding a place where she can be in a safe and welcoming home environment was a blessing! It was great to have daily feedback on how she’s doing and photos of her time there. It is clear that Emily and her family love dogs!”

“Brandi was amazing! Our dogs stayed with her for a week and were very well taken care of. She kept us updated with pictures and a check in each day. In every picture, our dogs looked so happy! Brandi handled our dog’s medication and their little quirks with ease. Drop off and pick up were easy. She really went above and beyond!”

“Luba was so wonderful in her care for our sweet Scout. She gave her so much love, cuddles and made her feel like a part of their family while we were away! We will happily ask her to care for Scout again in the future. Could not recommend enough!!”

“Our Cavaliers loved staying with Amy. Her home was accommodating, and they seemed very comfortable with the family and her dogs. My dogs immediately made themselves at home and I'm sure would eagerly return!”
“Tony did an excellent job taking care of Benny. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. He kept us well informed with messages photos and videos. I feel very comfortable leaving Benny with him and definitely will try multiple return visits.”

“Todd was exceptional in taking care of our Ava! He made sure she was comfortable in his home prior to the booking and answered any questions we had promptly. He is very communicative as well and provided us plenty of pictures and updates while we were away. We're very thankful for Todd and would recommend him to anyone seeking pet-boarding services.”

“Erin was great. She communicated well throughout the entire stay, sent photos, and made sure we knew that Nox was okay. Nox also got to interact with other pets which seems to have done wonders: He’s back home and super chill. We’re so thankful for the time he spent time at Erin’s!”

“We were extremely satisfied with our experience. Jennifer was very accommodating to our timing needs and best of all, our greyhound, Eddy, was very happy during his stay. We can always tell how Eddy liked his stay when we pick him up. We have had instances when he literally fled to the car as soon as he could. When we picked him up from Jennifer's house, he was like, "do we have to go already?" We also appreciated Jennifer's daily communication and pictures that gave us confidence our pet was well cared for and happy so we could enjoy our vacation.”

“Brianna took care of Ruger, our golden doodle for 4 days. This was Ruger’s first time being away from our family. Ruger was pretty nervous being away our home. Brianna was very patient & loving with him in her home. She kept us updated with picture. We appreciated the great communication. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for in home care for their furry babies.”

“Melissa was super helpful by taking care of my manu last minute while I was visiting for a wedding! She showed me the area and there was lots of space and friends for manu to play with! I would highly recommend Melissa, she’s been great with giving me instructions and is very communicative!”

“Araceli provided exceptional care for my two dogs. They were attentive to every detail of their routines, making sure both felt comfortable, safe, and well-loved while I was away. It was clear they truly care about animals, going above and beyond to ensure my dogs were happy and relaxed. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable hands. I highly recommend Araceli to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care.”

“Emily & Eric were both friendly and very understanding to my dog’s personality and needs. They took great care of Zuri! I would have them care for Zuri again! THANK YOU.”

“Don did an amazing job taking care of Frank. I could tell by the many pictures I received throughout Frank's stay, that Frank was very happy, kept active with daily walks, and doted on with lots of care and attention. Frank also got along very well with Don's dog Hunter, and the two became great friends and playmates. I am very grateful to have found Don through Rover, and will definitely use him again any time I need to travel for business.”

“Cynthia was absolutely amazing with Eddie! She was very communicative and made me feel very at ease with the drop off and pick ups. I recommend her for boarding and I'll be booking again I'm the future!”

About: Gentle loving care for all creatures, great... and not so great. Sometimes we just need a little extra kindness to blossom. I have been taking care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old and every encounter has been an opportunity to make a new friend. Everyone thinks they have the best pet and everyone is right. I am currently working part time with flexible hours. I walk every day and love to have canine company. Spending time with animals brings me just as much joy as it provides for them. Getting through the day is stressful enough. Worrying about your pet while you are away should not be. I recognize that pet personalities are all unique. I will work with you to develop an individualized care plan for your pet’s needs.

“Veronica is very communicative and clearly loves taking care of the animals she's watching. We were very happy to find someone not only great with out kitties, but also knowlegeable about aquariums.”

About: Hello! I'm Mattea and I'm 24 years old. I've grown up with dogs of various breeds including Springer Spaniels, Labrador Retrievers, Bully mixes, and Olde English Bulldogge Pitbull mixes. These are just dogs I've owned (or currently do, I have 3 bully mixes and a lab x rottie mix between me and my family) I've worked with various other breeds since I was basically old enough to be able to, including breeds from small to large sizes. (Such as Toy Poodles, Jack Russell Terriors, Komondors/Hungarian Sheepdogs, English Setters, Chihuahua mixes, Australian Shepherds, Dachshunds, Great Danes, and more!) I've been told by people I'm kind of an animal whisper. I also have grown up with cats and currently have three! I've dog sat a 120lb Labrador, who was quite moody, starting when I was age 10. Along with a pitbull mix sibling he had then with strict restrictions on their interactions. I've also worked with dog reactive dogs, and very skittish dogs. I also enjoy grooming and have brushed a Samoyed who I was told usually didn't like getting brushed, but she was perfect for me and even laid and fell asleep while just letting me brush her. Overall I just love animals of all kinds and would love to be able to work with them! I currently have a decently open schedule to be able to walk and pet sit dogs and cats. I would love to take on several pups to walk or pet sit. I am happy to follow any guidelines the owner has with drop-ins to allow their dogs or cats to feel the most comfortable and satisfied with their care. I will not be taking any clients who are wanting boarding. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats, so just not an ideal situation to bring in a boarding pet.
About: Hi, I’m Kelley! I’m a professional dog trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. My journey started early. I began working at a veterinary office at just 15 years old as a kennel technician and assistant, where I built a strong foundation in animal care and behavior. From there, I expanded into training and spent 5 years in Hawaii working as a private contracted dog trainer, gaining extensive experience with a wide range of dogs and client needs. I mainly train basic to advanced obedience and service dog training but also have experience with training hunting/bird dogs and protection work. In 2020, I founded my own dog training business in Oregon, where I now provide customized, results-driven training programs. I work with dogs weekly through private sessions, as well as structured board-and-train programs. I also travel locally and to surrounding areas to support clients and ensure training carries over into real-life environments. I recently moved up to the WA side in Kalama. My property is fully set up with dogs in mind. I have a secure, fully fenced yard and dedicated training areas equipped with a wide variety of professional training tools. Dogs in my care receive structured training, enrichment, and appropriate socialization based on their individual temperament, goals, and needs. Whether your dog needs basic obedience, behavior modification, or a safe and structured place to stay while you’re away, I provide a reliable, experienced, and attentive approach to their care. I treat every dog like my own, focusing on building confidence, clear communication, and lasting results. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine since I run my dog training business full-time. My days are structured around the dogs in my care, including scheduled training sessions, exercise, enrichment, and rest time. Each dog follows a consistent routine that’s tailored to their individual needs-this can include structured walks, obedience training, socialization (when appropriate), and downtime to ensure they’re not overstimulated. Because I work from home and on my property, I’m able to provide constant supervision and hands-on care throughout the day. On a weekly basis, I rotate between private training sessions, board-and-train dogs, and client visits, so I’m always actively working with dogs in a structured and intentional way. This setup allows me to give each dog consistent attention, routine, and progress while they’re in my care. Care varies depending on the service, but all pets receive structured, attentive, and individualized care. In my home, dogs follow a consistent daily routine that includes exercise, training, enrichment, and rest. Because of my background as a professional trainer, I incorporate structure and clear communication into everything I do—whether that’s reinforcing good manners, working on specific training goals, or simply maintaining a calm, balanced environment. Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and are always supervised. Socialization is thoughtfully managed based on each dog’s temperament and comfort level. For board-and-train dogs, their stay includes daily hands-on training sessions tailored to their specific goals, along with structured routines that help build reliability and confidence. In clients’ homes, I aim to keep pets as close to their normal routine as possible to reduce stress. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications if needed, and any household rules the dog is used to. I also reinforce any training the owner is working on to maintain consistency. Across all services, my priority is safety, clear communication, and making sure each dog feels secure, understood, and well cared for.

“Kris is a good sitter. He comes on schedule, communicates well, and treats your home and pets with the care they deserve. He has stepped up for me on short notice, and always does a good job.”

“Breezey did an amazing job watching my two cats while I was out of town for ten days. She was communicative and gave great updates. I was a little anxious after experiences I had with pet sitters in the past, but I had absolutely no worries or issues this. ☺️”

“We hired Gloria to take care of our cat, BJ, for a month. Because we were going to be away longer than she could stay, we had to hire someone else to cat-sit at the end of Gloria's stay. As this person had never cat-sat for us before, Gloria went above and beyond expectations by training the new caregiver and allowing the new caregiver to contact her if she had questions. In fact, at one point, when it sounded like there was a serious concern about our cat, Gloria even contacted us! So, essentially, she stayed "on duty" even though she was "off duty!" We were both thankful and impressed by her dedication to our cat (and us). Gloria treats and regards our cat as though he were her own fur baby! She loves him, and he loves her. We are fortunate to have found Gloria.”

About: I love animals and spoil them as much as possible! I have skills with puppies, senior dogs and animals that need special care like medications. I work from home full-time, and I would love to have an animal to care for and love on. I recently lost my senior dog, and I am really missing having an animal around. Please let me hang out with your dog and give them lots of love! I currently live alone in a pet free house. Your pet will be welcome and allowed on furniture. Lots of walks and lots of love.
“Fantastic first booking with Derrick. Kit Kats were well attended to and very comfortable with a new visitor! Derrick kept in good touch with visit updates - no concerns, will be rebooking.”

“Wilcox was on time, very communicative, and super loving and patient with my pup! He’s a rescue and sometimes needs extra loving care, and he got it. I also got cool little photo updates. I’d definitely recommend Wilcox.”

“This is my first time using Rover, and I am a first time dog owner. I needed to schedule something very last minute and Emily was very flexible working with me and Daisy. She did a great job and kept in contact about her stay. She is very friendly and is very well experienced in this business.”

“We are so lucky to have found Pamela! Great communication from beginning to end. She took amazing care of my Benny and was kind and patient with this new experience! 10/10 Great job! We will schedule with Pamela again soon!”

“I can’t thank Cynthia enough for the exceptional care she took of our pups on very short notice. Great communication and updates, and they had a blast. I highly recommend working with her!”

“James takes very good care of your furry friends. My dog, Hal, had all his needs met while I was out of town. I was periodically updated with how the doggy care was going, including photos updates. Will be returning to James dog services in the future and referring to friends/family. Thank you James.”

About: I’m a lifelong pet lover who has owned and cared for animals for many years. I’m dependable, calm, and patient, and I truly enjoy getting outside for walks and staying active. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether your pet needs a walk, companionship, or attentive care while you’re away, I’ll treat them like family. I’m excited to spend time with animals and provide reliable, loving care you can feel good about. I’m retired and have a very flexible schedule. I follow all care instructions carefully, keep a calm and secure environment, and treat your home with respect. I’m attentive, reliable, and focused on making sure pets feel safe and cared for at all times.
“Dana took great care of Drake. Drake was happy playing in her mini pool . Her communication was excellent, she sent photos and updates regularly. I will definitely use her service again and recommend!”

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats ever since I was very little and I have always loved taking care of them. I live at home with my parents and I have lots of experience watching our two dogs and cat for weeks at a time while they are traveling. (Note: neither my parents, or pets will be anywhere near your pets, as they are going to be in a separate part of the house. The house also has a huge backyard, sitting on over an acre with tall fences. I also keep plenty of toys on hand so you can be sure your pets are getting the love and care they deserve. I currently work from home and have a very flexible. schedule all throughout the weekdays and weekends so your pets will be cared for during their entire stay. I also do not leave our own pets unattended for more than a couple hours so the same can be expected for yours as well. Pets can expect over an acre of enclosed backyard, so plenty of room to run around and play as needed. Bathroom breaks will be given at least once every 1.5 hours - 2 hours and will be supervised the entire time as is standard with our own pups. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.

About: It is important to me that your dog's individual needs and routines are met while in my care. I do my very best to meet their feeding, sleeping, and other environmental needs and preferances while they are here. I also want to honor rules and commands followed in your household. It's important to be consistent with training wherever you are. I can give lots of potty breaks and outside time during the day as I'm home a lot. I have 2 school-aged children and a toddler. Besides school drop off and pick ups, my day typically is spent at home which means I. can give dogs plenty of potty breaks and outside time. I will typically care for up to 2 dogs at one time for both boarding and doggy day care. We have a 6 year old indoor cat and 2 dogs. Our dogs are 6 year old Lab Lucy (f) and 7 year old corgi Beau (m). When the dogs are outside, they are supervised at all times and if needed, are tethered to a 50ft long lead so that they can freely explore without getting too far. In the house, I have a designated dog room where I keep food/water and kennels for those who use one. This way they can get outside to go potty whenever they need and when I may not be around. I don't like leaving my own pets longer than a few hours so I don't intend to do the same with yours!

About: I have been around all types of breeds, sizes, and temperament all my life. I have a special place in my heart for big dogs! I have trained dogs with basic commands, walked, fed, bathed, and e-collar trained with many pets including my own. I house sit often for family friends, including their furry friends. I am currently in-between jobs and am looking to earn money doing something I love! I have my own car, and as I search for a new position lots of free time to care for pets or your home. I have had multiple family dogs, and cats throughout my life and they truly make my life full! I also treat my own and other pets and space with respect and love. I understand every pet has different needs and am always willing to understand to provide the best care possible!

About: I’ve taken care of dog’s, horses, cats, chinchilla’s, for many years! Friends, family, and neighbors have all relied on me to walk, feed, play, and bathe their animals!! I’m currently working 4 days a week I work during the night so I have plenty of time to time play with you’re pup or kitten! I keep the pets in their home other than walks so they stay comfortable and don’t get anxious being away from their area maintaining their cleanliness and comfortability is my priority!
About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. Right now I’m just looking to see if I can help with checking in on pets or walking them or even possibly house sitting if need be. I know how important routine and familiarity is important so I would like to meet the pets with the owners before agreeing to a job and this way we can make sure the pets are comfortable with me and also we can go over dos and don’ts with your pets.

About: Hey there fury friends and owners! I'm Bailey and I love animals, I have car, dog, bird and farm animal experience. I would love to help youtake care of yours. I'm so looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks for stopping by my page. My availability currently is pretty open. I’m available part-time on a weekly service-perhaps every couple days if needed. It all depends on the location and services needed. I’m unsure how many pets I’m willing to take on at the moment. I can’t help but speak to an animal in high pitch tones as well as full on conversation with them like they’re answering me! Anything to get a head twist or a butt wiggle.
“Kathryn did an amazing job with my energetic, reactive dog. She kept everyone safe, and even helped work on some skills to help her be less reactive! She really loves animals, and really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hi! I have been taking care of animals my entire life, minus a handful of years. I work from home and have a beautiful fenced yard for dogs. I have a cat, so boarding situations need to be discussed. I am open to offbeat situations and pets, so you are welcome to ask. If I take on a job, your pet becomes my responsibility to keep happy and safe. Working part-time from home gives me the flexibility to care for your pets as needed. I schedule carefully, taking into consideration the needs of your pet. I prefer to care for pets in my home, but depending on the situation, we can work it work it out. Because of my feline at home, I need to also consider his needs. I am no longer working at home. My situation is now rather unique. It takes a special dog to manage at home with two cats while I am away at work. I am happy to discuss the possibility of working things out, if you think your pet will be content with being left for two long periods with an hour break in between. I will miss my clients for who this will not for. <3 I have a fenced yard and generally keep the dog in eye sight proximity. I'll follow your requests, just let me know. I'll do my best to maintain an emotionally safe environment as well.

About: I am 31 years old, pretty active. Dogs around me usually get what they want. I spoil them more than i spoil myself. They are family so I will treat them like family. I am a stay at home mom & I lam easy to get a hold of. If you want pictures everyday, i will provide you pictures everyday. I love hikes and going for walks. Let me know your needs and I will follow your rules. All I ask is that I meet you & your dog beforehand so we can make sure that your dog is okay with me & won’t think I’m a stranger just walking in the house. I am a huge animal lover! Can’t wait to meet you and the pup/pups! I have two dogs of my own that I adore! I’ve had them both since they were pups. They are my first kiddos. I take care of them daily. I follow all rules that are given to me. If they love all the pets then I will love them with all I got. If they love fetch, then I’ll throw the ball until they get tired.
About: My friends and family have come to me over the years to assist with problem behaviors and care for their pets. I have 3 dogs of my own that are apart of my family, they are 2 pugs and a Newfoundland so I have years of personal experience working with small and large dogs. I hope you choose me to assist with the care of your furry loved one, and become someone you can trust to enhance your animals life and give the care that our animals deserve. I have a lot of experience working with my own dogs and in a kennel that requires 24/7 care. I provide daily exercise and care for my 3 dogs. I can provide care by providing activities of physical and mental exercises inside and outside the home to basic care of feeding and letting out to go to the bathroom. I am experienced with walking and training dogs, and I also love to just hang out with an animal for their entertainment (if you find yourself talking to your pet like a human then I’m the perfect person for you - I’m pretty sure my pups can understand everything I say to them & they talk back in their own way). I have dealt with animals who eat anything that’s up for grabs to a very specific diet. I understand the importance of routine for our animals and will respect what you need for your pet. For special care - If you need to make a very detailed list I would love for you to share with me and know it will be followed. I am comfortable and familiar with oral medications from puppies/dogs at the rescue I worked at and dogs of my own. My pugs are higher maintenance so I am familiar with medications administered by mouth, ears, and eyes. I also love to brush and maintain animals fur/coats, it is really a good way to bond if your animal is comfortable with it. I am currently going through a grooming course, and I have experience of my own from my personal dogs and working with puppies/dogs at the rescue. This includes working with animals that do not like or are new to grooming. I am mainly experienced with simple brushing and bathing, so I will stick to that level for now and I hope to be a groomer in the future once I’ve gone through my course and gained experience. You don’t have to worry about coming home to a fresh bob cut on your pet, luckily I have dogs of my own to practice on for now! If you would like me to brush out your dog and bathe them then let me know!
About: I look forward to spending time with your beloved pets. Pets are a special part of our families. I will treat your pet as it were mine I am currently available on a very flexible schedule. I was on Rover for a little bit back in the summer months of 2019 and 2020-2021 then life got a little busy so I took a break. Both my kids grew up around our German Shepherd who passed in early 2024. We love to be outside and take our daily walks or bike rides when it’s not too hot out! I’m energetic, have a bubbly and fun personality and super easy going, hopefully you’ll get to see that! I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible! During the summer months we are very flexible and available. My home is currently baby proofed so we don’t have anything lying around that could be harmful to your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard.

We have a fully fenced yard. Our home houses 3 very socialized dogs, 2 dog friendly cats, 9 chickens (they have their own yard), and a chinchilla. Requirements: your pet MUST be up to date on age appropriate vaccines (DHPP, Lepto, Rabies). I do strongly recommend Bordetella and Influenza as well, due to recent outbreaks. Your pet must be crate trained, as I do not leave pets loose when I leave the house for safety reasons. For puppies, I will gladly work on their crate training. Pets are supervised 24/7, I have 2 cameras in the pet area for when I have to leave the house. I love to cater to the individual, so please tell me about your pet so I can make sure they have the best and most enjoyable stay! **For all overnight house sitting requests, due to circumstances I need to bring my 1 dog with me. He is well socialized with dogs and a polite house guest. I have lived in a dog daycare/boarding situation, so I am very used to keeping dogs separate and I am more than happy to keep him separate and he would stay in a crate. If you have any questions about this or about him, please feel free to ask! Normally I wouldn’t bring my personal dog, but due to several reasons we are a package deal.** I am home almost 24/7, aside from an occasional appointment, so my day revolves solely around caring for any and all animals. I have a very flexible routine, so I can cater specifically to clients needs and time frames. I treat every pet like they are our own and give them endless attention (I might spoil them a bit). I pay a lot of attention to instructions and I’m not afraid to ask questions. Making sure your pet is happy and comfortable while you are gone and giving exceptional care is my priority.

“James took care of my good bois, like he was one of his bois. Kept me updated, handled pick up and drop off like a C-130, caring and very professional. 11.5/10, would book again.”

“Our Shepherd mix was right at home with Hailey and her family. He got 24/7 care, family love and attention. Hailey was easy to communicate with and worked with our special food mix that needed to be refrigerated. Great property to roam in the yard and lots of area to run and play. We will definitely bring our dog back.”

“Chelsea’s a great host! Our pup had a great time with her dogs, family, and big yard. She was quick with communication and gave updates the whole time our dog stayed with her. Definitely will book with her again.”
