About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. About: It is important to me that your dog's individual needs and routines are met while in my care. I do my very best to meet their feeding, sleeping, and other environmental needs and preferances while they are here. I also want to honor rules and commands followed in your household. It's important to be consistent with training wherever you are. I can give lots of potty breaks and outside time during the day as I'm home a lot. I have 2 school-aged children and a toddler. Besides school drop off and pick ups, my day typically is spent at home which means I. can give dogs plenty of potty breaks and outside time. I will typically care for up to 2 dogs at one time for both boarding and doggy day care. We have a 6 year old indoor cat and 2 dogs. Our dogs are 6 year old Lab Lucy (f) and 7 year old corgi Beau (m). When the dogs are outside, they are supervised at all times and if needed, are tethered to a 50ft long lead so that they can freely explore without getting too far. In the house, I have a designated dog room where I keep food/water and kennels for those who use one. This way they can get outside to go potty whenever they need and when I may not be around. I don't like leaving my own pets longer than a few hours so I don't intend to do the same with yours!

“Kathy was so wonderful to work with! From pre-meet and greet communication, all the way until we picked up our pups, Kathy was quick and responsive. We were out of cell phone service range, but loved getting daily updates and pictures when we returned. Our dogs are transitioning to apartment life, so being able to enjoy the backyard with Riko and Lola made for a wonderful and entertaining weekend for them!”

“Barry is wonderful! Like many pet owners, we were so nervous leaving our almost 14 year old Callie behind for a few days. However, within our first meet and greet with Barry and Shaka we were comfortable, knowing Callie would be in good hands. Barry sent daily updates and pictures everyday. Allowing us to be more at ease on our trip. Communication was great as he was quick to respond and was very flexible with our drop off time, when we were running behind. Barry has experience with senior dogs, he was kind and understanding with all of Callie’s feeding and meds instructions. We could tell, Callie really enjoyed all the smells in the garden and the calm setting. We can’t say enough, other than we are so glad we found Barry and we would highly recommend him.”
