She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. About: As a young kid, my family bred Saint Bernards. By all means, I am from a "dog family." I grew up walking, feeding, cleaning stalls, etc. dogs much larger than me. Eventually and gradually we would adopt several mixed-breed dogs and other strays who we loved just as much as our Saints. On top of this, however, I was also proud to be responsible for a beautiful, sassy cat, from a younger kitty to her golden years. Moreover, some friends and I spent time trapping feral cats in West Central Spokane, specifically around where we lived and worked, then taking them to PetSavers for spay/neutering, and working to rehome them. I enjoy "working" with all kinds of dogs and cats. This includes seniors, those with health conditions, or those who simply benefit from extra patience and extra attention. You may already see me walking dogs in Cheney and Airway Heights. I would be glad to get to know your pet family and learn what everyone likes best and wants most. I currently work as a "hand" maintaining a lower-maintenance property in the greater Spokane County. This arrangement is semi-formal and provides ample flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of your pet family. Each home and family is different, and expresses their love for the pet family in different ways. “Alexandra has proved herself to be a great cat-sitter. She followed our cat care instructions very well. She spent time with them in the evening/night when they get the most lonely(they sleep most of the day), gave them wet food on schedule, checked their water fountains, dry food dispensers and litter robot to make sure they were in order, and cleaned up after Boo when he puked. When we came home, the cats seemed emotionally very well and cared for. I could tell she had spent the right amount of time with them and given them enough attention, because they were not upset, stressed or angry at me for leaving them as they would be if they had not been attended to sufficiently. Alexandra was also very kind to our apartment while she was over, leaving it very clean. Best of all, she was easy to communicate with while we were away. I definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!”

About: Hello! I'm Taylor! My husband and I moved here from the Midwest a couple years ago and loved it so much we bought our first home! We brought our tuxedo cat, Benedict Mongoose "Goose" Cumberbatch, and our 15-year-old (but you wouldn't know it except he only has 10 teeth) puggle, Chuck, along for the ride, and they cannot wait to make friends with your fur babies!! My love for animals is as old as I am. I grew up with sibling pairs of Great Danes, Shih Tzus, Rot/Lab mixes, and German Shepherds. I started caring for and riding horses at 10, helping at my Aunt Lucy's Paso Fino ranch, later volunteering my time caring/mucking for therapy horses at a nonprofit working with disabled children and adults through riding. I carried my love of animals through every stage of life. But I also know how stressful it can be to travel without (or with) our furry friends so my goal, no matter the situation, is to remove as much of that stress from both you and your pets so that you can focus on the big stuff. I am lucky to be able to work remotely as an independent contractor; this gives me flexibility throughout the day. About: Ive always had pets growing up. Cats for the majority but I have babysat families with fish, cats, dogs, and farm animals. I enjoy being outside so it was always a joy. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to watch any furry friends. I am available all days of the week besides Sundays I have a partially fenced yard and have 2 indoor cats. They go outside occasionally and avoid confrontation but are otherwise extremely nice and friendly. I always give my cats food and water on a schedule and am sure to include their wet foods for their health. About: I have had a dog since I was 5 and as I got older my responsibilities for pet care increased. I love all dogs as my own and have experience watching other dogs overnight. I am currently working part time. Roughly 6-7 hours a day on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat. Before work I will ensure your dog’s needs are meet with bathroom breaks, breakfast and exercise. After work I am fully their for your furry friend if that means more exercise or companionship. During work your pet is free to roam my house if they are trained or I have a crate they can use. I have a fenced yard and 3 furry friends to keep your fur baby company. We have the ability to crate if desired. I will send daily updates and will exercise at least once a day.

About: Dog owners and their dogs will love the fact that I understand a dogs needs I have three dogs of my own who I spend most of my time around, I understand the basics of caring about dogs and how to treat them and teach them how to be well behaved! I’ve had my oldest dog from the time he was 8 weeks, he is now 11. I have trained him how to sit, speak, shake hands, lie down, and he was fully potty trained in 1 month of having him! I also enjoy cuddling and playing outside with dogs which I’ve learned dogs are just like humans they need activity and love to stay happy and healthy, and that’s why I believe my service will be a wonderful thing. I’m currently working part-time and would love to be able to help take care of your animals, when you go on vacation or just need them walked. Dogs will always be on leash and walk on the inside part of the sidewalk, when letting them out to use the restroom I’ll ensure it’s safe for them to do so first if the area isn’t fenced.

I can be with your pet most of the day, but need to be gone when I teach. Unfortunately I just moved into a small apartment that doesn’t allow pets, but I’m happy to pet sit at your home and give your pet a safe environment to play in.

“Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”
