She has always slept on our bed with us. Charis understood & did not have any problem allowing our pup to sleep on their bed with them. And, dog loves playing with other dogs. So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. It was very obvious that our pup had a great time because she came home exhausted & happy. And, was very relaxed & at peace the next day. We also really appreciated receiving daily updates & photos via text. It really helped to set our minds at ease. We definitely intend to use Charis again. About: I have been taking care of others pets for about 5 years now and have had family pets of the furry, feathered, and scaly varieties my entire life. I've mucked stalls, scooped poop, cleaned cat boxes, all of the not so glamorous parts, and have enjoyed walking, playing and spending quality time while meeting each furry friends every day needs. I currently have a French Bulldog named Sophie and a Leopard Gecko named Leo who I have loved taking care of every day! I am currently on summer vacation so I am free every day except for one vacation I have planned in August (which is blocked out on my calendar). I am able and willing to stay as many days as you need in your home any time of the week with your pets. I am very flexible with my schedule so I can extend stays if needed. I plan on getting a regularly scheduled job after summer so my schedule will be less open but after communication I can let you know if I am available or not. My basic pet care will include bringing pets to the bathroom about every 2-4 hours, feeding pets required amount told by owners, playing with pets multiple times a day, cleaning up after pets, and any other special care instructions given by owners. Care may vary depending on the type of animal.
About: I was born and raised into a family that always had a dog or cat or the combo of the two. I work in the equine facility so I'm around horse farms and they tend to have dogs and i love every one of them. I worked in a dog grooming salon for a 1½ years so I've worked with a variety of sizes, ages, and temperament of dogs. I currently work morning and evening based jobs so your pet gets my attention mid-morning to late afternoon. My schedule is super flexible and I can make adjustments to whatever the pet parent is needing. I have one dog whos coming on almost 3 years old. Shes gets along with all dogs shes been around and loves to play and keep them entertained. Pets get fed 2-3 times a day per instruction after meals we go out to play and go potty. If I have to pop out for a little while pets will be put in their safe space whether that be a crate, bedroom, laundry room ect. “If you're looking for a sign whether to book with Nicole or not, this is it! Nicole has been our weekly dog-walker for about a year. She is consistent, always on time, quick to respond on messages (or reach out first), and has never once cancelled on us. She sends me lots of pictures and always follows up promptly with detailed Rover cards of how the walks went and what they did. She's very focused on the dog and is excellent with my older pup, Mal. They get along like best friends and his tail is wagging when she walks in the door. When Mal had surgery and had a complicated feeding & medication schedule, Nicole didnt bat an eye and picked up the instructions with no confusion or concerns on her part. She administered everything we needed without a single hiccup! Nicole has always been friendly and calm and we feel so lucky to have found her! About: We are a family of 3 who live in the Gig Harbor/Purdy area. Our home is located on 2.4 acres with open grass areas and a fenced area if your dog prefers to be outside. **Note: fenced area is currently undergoing some summer cleanup so dogs are not left unattended in the yard at this time. We provide a designated doggy sleeping area inside our home which includes a soft doggie bed. We will make sure your pet gets a lot of outdoor time taking walks with us. I also make homemade, healthy doggie treats to spoil them while they are vacationing with us. Your pet will be treated as if he/she was our own pet and will have plenty of playtime and attention. We love dogs and want them to feel at home in our country setting. Also we are not a large kennel, so we only have 2-4 dogs at one time which allows us to give each dog plenty of time and attention and keep things mellow for the dogs and us. We do have our own doggie Willow. She just turned 5 in July. She does well playing with dogs of all sizes. She has made many dog friends through my daycare. *Due to restrictions of our homeowners insurance, certain breeds are not accepted at this time.* I am home all day to watch and play with your pet. I rarely leave but when I sometimes have to leave for short periods, your dog will be very comfortable in our large dog crates with comfortable padded beds. Our family loves dogs and your pet will receive alot of attention and exercise. During the day they can be outside playing in the fenced area (**see above) or just hang out inside with our family, and in the evenings all dogs sleep inside the house with us. We do use crates at night for dogs that are used to that and we provide soft dog bedding in the crates. Dogs that do not prefer crates sleep on dog beds in our bedrooms so they never feel alone.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and have always seen them as family. I’ll treat your family like my own! I’ll listen to you and them! I can check in with them in the morning and evening. I am all theirs after work just in time for walks and check ins. I care for pets just as if they’re family. I am flexible to their routines. About: I have a 9 year old golden retriever, a 9 year old German Shepherd and a 9 month old Belgian Malinois puppy of my own and have many years of experience caring for friends and family’s animals as well. I have experience working with up to 15 dogs in a dog day care outdoor play setting as well!! I love all animals! I love to get out of the house and take my own dog out for walks, trips to the lake and hikes! I work very well with dogs and all animals, it brings me happiness to be able to take care of them. I am more than willing to take your dog out for long walks, throw a ball for them and make sure they get all their energy out! I am comfortable with all breeds and do best with small-medium sized dogs, although I am willing to care for larger dogs as needed. I have plenty of experience with animals and would love to be able to help you out! I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to help your pups get all their energy out! I am available most days after 1 pm, but my schedule is very flexible! My dogs are able to be out loose in my apartment when I am gone, but I have experience with crating them while I am gone. I want to make sure it is a positive experience for the pups so whatever the owner and dog are most comfortable with is what works for me :)

And, because she’s used to going with us almost everywhere she experiences significant separation anxiety when she cannot go. And, although she likes her crate we do not crate her at night. She has always slept on our bed with us. Charis understood & did not have any problem allowing our pup to sleep on their bed with them. And, dog loves playing with other dogs. So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. It was very obvious that our pup had a great time because she came home exhausted & happy. And, was very relaxed & at peace the next day.
