“Above and beyond care! I don’t normally leave reviews with anything but I really wanted to in this case. I have an automatic water fountain which is normally filled with enough to last them a week if it didn’t get topped off. Erica was concerned they were drinking more than what could get them through between her visits so she put an extra water bowl down for them in addition to refilling the fountain. That is going above and beyond and showed real compassion for my kitties and that is something I really value. She went out of her way to ensure they wouldn’t need anything while I was away. And she was so very kind to bring in my packages left on my doorstep. I didn’t ask her to but she saved them from the rain and took them in for me. KitKat my very shy kitty even liked her so she has my seal of approval! I will ABSOLUTELY go to her again if I need someone to watch my fur babies!!!!! Trustworthy, dependable, and compassionate!”

About: Currently work from home and have free time on my hands. I have had dogs my entire life and have 2 dog now (Frenchie & Pit mix) I am great with all sizes and can handle big dogs very well. I have experience with puppies as young as 8 weeks and older dogs up to 16 years old. I love love cats as well 🐱 I have experience with giving dogs medications, such a fluids, shots, pills and more. I will make sure that your dogs will be kept on schedule because I know how important that is in my home for my dogs. Currently work from home right now. Inquire about repeat walks. I am pretty flexible so I’m easy with last minute scheduling. I schedule meetings around my walks if needed I will cater to Your dogs needs. Sometimes I get shy dogs so I will give them their space to feel comfortable. If they need alone time to play I will keep my dog separate from that. If they get along with my dogs I usually let them run around in the yard and keep them on a consistent schedule together.

About: I grew up around dogs and am very comfortable taking care of them. My siblings have dogs and we’ve even had them stay with us for a month at a time. I get to stay at home with our kids and my husband works three days a week. We have lots of time to spend with your pet! We have a partially fenced in yard, room to run and play fetch, and a wooded area for dogs to explore. Plus, a great neighborhood for walking and parks nearby.

About: As soon as I was able to walk I was helping my mom with the farm! I’ve raised horses, pigs, goats, donkeys, miniature ponies, chickens, ducks, quail, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, ferrets, and some gerbils along the way! Currently I’m a dog mom filling my love of animals with yours while you’re away. I recently got out of the military so I will be available anytime you need me! After 8 years it’s time for a much needed break and to do what brings me joy, which is spending time with my kids and being around animals! About: I've spent a few different winters working for a doggy daycare where you need to arrange a schedule for each dog to go walk and go play. Some days we would have forty plus dogs all needing care and attention. I've also volunteered a substantial amount on many organic farms and working with all sorts of animals, learning how to read different animal personalities and manage their care I currently work from home and on the side have picked up many gigs and different short term services to fill the gaps in my schedule. I previously worked in upstate NY for a dog training company, My Dog Hikes, as a dog hiker where we took dogs from NYC into the woods for full day dog-care fun. Because of this I am comfortable giving medication and training commands. I also have a Cattle Dog (Clayton) and Black Lab (Tarzan) of my own. I would love to take your little ones on the trails, play fetch in the yard, or just snuggle on the couch with lots of pets. I have a very open schedule so can work around any timeframe you need! As childcare is very expensive, please note before booking me that my son, Eli (3), will be joining me on jobs during the week (daytime only). We can always meet beforehand to see if it's a good fit! **Temporarily pausing in home stays until my husband returns home from deployment** As I am a stay-at-home mom your typical work week is when I am available. I can be flexible around your schedule! I can also stop by to spend some time with your pets on the weekend, so you can go enjoy a trip away. (: I do not care for dogs in my own home as my Lab does not like other dogs. In your home, however, I take care to follow all instructions closely! About: I will give your pet plenty of attention and making sure they are comfortable. I do have a full time job during the week, but all my free time is spent taking care of the pets! I love animals and have always been around them. I used to have my own dog walking business until I had moved for school. Throughout my life I have had a lot of different dogs ranging from Chihuahua to a Great Dane. I have always been in charge of taking care of the animals. Leaving your animals for the weekend or even the day is always easier when you know they are in good hands. I am very excited for this and please feel free to ask questions! Current job is Monday- Friday but the weekend are open especially if I am taking a job! Walks before or after work can always be fit in and the pets are always priority. Own home, with huge fully fenced back yard. The dogs will be inside with me and we take time to play fetch and run off energy!
About: I have been taking care of others pets for about 5 years now and have had family pets of the furry, feathered, and scaly varieties my entire life. I've mucked stalls, scooped poop, cleaned cat boxes, all of the not so glamorous parts, and have enjoyed walking, playing and spending quality time while meeting each furry friends every day needs. My basic pet care will include bringing pets to the bathroom about every 2-4 hours, feeding pets required amount told by owners, playing with pets multiple times a day, cleaning up after pets, and any other special care instructions given by owners. “Our 7 month old maltipoo is a repeat stay and was well taken care of like family by Lena for 2 weeks while we were out of town. My child had separation anxiety and Lena was so helpful in giving updates and photos/videos to help my child feel at ease. Very communicative! Lena helped keep his obedience and crate sleeping training on track. Our dog came home well adjusted, happy, and clean. Her kids were so sweet, playful, and super helpful. Her dog is also very friendly and socialized very well with our little dog. We are so thankful and look forward to future stays!”
“Alora gave me a scare and stole chicken bones from the trash right before we were going to drop her off with Kirsten! We double and triple checked Alora wasnt going to need a vet visit, and Kirsten kindly accommodated a slightly later dropoff & some fasting + bland food requests the next day from the vet. That's thankfully as complicated as it got and Alora's stay was uneventful, but Kirsten kept this pet parent happy that Alora was in good hands and I was across the country for a few days 🙂 can't thank her enough.”
