About: I have had pets my entire life dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. I am comfortable around every type of dog, however prefer to sit smaller dogs up to 25lbs. I have a mini dachshund who is 16 years old, who misses having friends around. I am familiar with puppies through seniors. I do work from home 4 days a week. Currently I have an unfenced yard, I use retractable leashes to maintain safety when outside. Your fur-baby will get daily walks and plenty of love. I work from home 4 days a week, giving me the opportunity to give your pet plenty of attention in an adults only home with one dog for companion time. We do daily walks around the neighborhood, in a wooded area or at Manchester state park. I don’t currently have a fenced yard, outdoor time will be on retractable leashes for potty breaks, time on the fenced deck, and daily walks using your pets regular leash. Should pets need to be left home unattended I will ensure everyone is in safe, separate locations close enough companionship but not mischief. Safety and well cared for is my goal.

I teach special education now and so am pretty busy during the school year. If my 12 year old son can come, he’s great with animals too, and I can be more flexible then. If your dogs are pet social and you don’t have cats ( too fun to chase!), I can stay all day. During the school year, I am gone from 7am until 5 or 6pm, so realistically can only do weekends or solely overnight care. I know the level of trust it takes to leave your fur children with someone new. I will follow your directions and try to keep things as steady for them as possible. My son and I love animals of all shapes and sizes and we love playing with and spending time with them.

She took care of our small, elderly dog and rolled with it when she still had to wear a cone to finish some healing that took longer than expected post surgery. She clearly adores dogs and puts them first. She’s also good at managing nervous pet parents! 🥰”
