My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. About: I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from puppies to the oldest of fellas. Some have had strict diets and medications that needed to be taken at specific times. I always make sure to give dogs plenty of exercise especially if they are crate trained, just get them tuckered out before needing to be put away for the night. House rules are always respected as well, your house is just as important as your dog! I am a full time student at SOU as well as an athlete so I will need to work around my class and practice schedule however, I scheduled classes to give me a little morning time and have evenings free! Periodic check-ins Monday-Thursday work best, staying full time at ones house works best Friday-Monday morning. While I can’t take in pets as I live in the dorms at SOU, I can carve out time to come meet the client and pets before the trip if that would give a sense of comfort, learn about the home and such. I am comfortable giving oral medicines to stubborn dogs, I have one myself! I have worked in houses that have cameras and/or pet cameras in and out of the house so I am comfortable with that too!
About: I have spent time around animals my whole life, I assisted with training service dogs for a couple years, so I have lots of experience training and walking and love spending time with animals! About: I have owned lots of animals in my 30 years of life and currently have one very special 9yo mutt who is my world. I have experience with medical issues and am comfortable giving medications and caring for ill, injured or aging animals. I am also an avid walker! I adore kitties and am not bothered by the spicy ones. I had several cats growing up and have lived with or sat many more as an adult. My schedule is a bit random right now, but I have some flexibility that I'm hoping to maintain and will typically have the same schedule every week. I can't have dogs in my home since my dog doesn't always get along with others. He does great with cats, though, and has lived with 4 without issue. So I'm happy to host a cat as long as the cat is alright with dogs! My dog is very wary of cats and mostly just ignores them. I have multiple rooms in my apartment and would separate them when I'm away just as a precaution. I am happy to do home visits and have reliable transportation for such, but I would prefer not to do overnight stays so that my dog isn't alone :)

I am happy to do home visits and have reliable transportation for such, but I would prefer not to do overnight stays so that my dog isn't alone :)
About: I am an animal mom of several years of cats, dogs. I have two cats and I did have a dog. I know of the general care of animals. I go above and beyond taking them in as my own. I respect their personal boundaries. I would have to come to you. I do work full time in the evenings from Tuesday to Friday generally from 3-11pm. For dogs walking ill take them on hour long walks, if we find a field ill play fetch. I am very good at following instructions to a tee. As well as administratoring meds. I am very comfortable with that. Hey I'm working full-time in the evening. Usually tuesday through friday from 3-11, but I am home every morning and weekends. I cant wait to share my space with your furry babies. I do live in an apartment, so for dog care I would come to you. I also have two cats that are cat and dog friendly.
About: I have grown up with all kinds of dog breeds and cats. I was responsible for feeding, bathing, and walking them many times growing up. I also have worked for Petsmart as a pet care associate. I was responsible for medicating and caring for all kinds of animals there! :) Most importantly I loved every minute of it! Our pets are a great blessing, they deserve so much love and care. I look forward to being your chosen caretaker. My schedule is open and flexible to fit your animal care needs in. I will try to work with you and your schedule as best I can. I value the safety of your pet as if it were my own. I know how important your pets are to you and so they are important to me. I have plenty of availability to keep your pet company throughout the day so they dont get lonely well their family is away from them! I love animals of all shapes and sizes! I especially love dogs and cats that like to snuggle up! I will always do my best to keep your animal safe and caring hands.

“Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”

Our Luna has been a bit depressed since her stroke a few years ago but after coming home from doggy daycare with them she way spunky, happy, and is even spending more time outside with a smile whereas it was difficult to get her to enjoy much time outside before as she would want to go back into the house or wouldn’t leave the back porch much. I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected.
