About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. I come from a family full of pet lovers and have lived with several animals in our house ever since I was little. I’ve raised and cared for both puppies and kittens to even taking care of senior pets and their need. I’ve pet-sat for friends, neighbors, and family ever since I was around 10 years old. I love animals and it is truly my passion to work with animals! I’m currently unemployed and on summer vacation from college so I have almost perfect availability and more than enough time to make your pets happy!☺️ I live in a pet friendly apartment, with a safe huge grass and forested area for pets to play and use the restroom. My desk has a full view of the backyard, so I can keep a close eye on everyone throughout the day. Of course, if you prefer that your dog not have access through the open screened door, I'm happy to keep the main door closed and follow whatever routine makes you most comfortable. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone else, and I'll treat your dog with the same care, attention, and affection that I give my own. -I work remotely Monday-Friday from 7-3:30 -I do tend to stay busy out of the house after 5pm for errands or a gym class a few times a week but no day is the same -Typically in the mountains one day out of the weekend I can be decently flexible during the week but I might NOT be the best fit if: -I can’t leave your dog at my house for 1.5 hours after work if I go to the gym or run an errand -If you need care past 8:00pm because that’s typically my bedtime… but I can be flexible. -Your dog doesn’t get along well with others …Otherwise, let’s do this! About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, and to this day, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my family. I have a small dog who’s 4 years old and is very friendly with other dogs, cats, kids, and more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and personally potty trained him, so I have plenty of experience with puppies. About: Hello! My name is Melina and we have a 4-year old Vizsla, Rasco, who loves to sleep, play and follow us on adventures. Your pup will be treated as one of ours, with lots of play time, attention and cuddles. If you have a high-energy dog, he'll fit right in as well, as I go on longer hikes every day with Rasco. In the winter we often cross country ski and in the summer we bike, hike, go to lakes and anything else that's fun! We've got tons of dog toys and dog beds available. Pets are allowed on furniture, and we don't have/use crates as I will mostly be home and around. If you would like to bring your own crate, that is totally fine as well! We have a fenced in yard with a doggie door too, so they have space to play outside as well when we're not out on a walk or a hike. I am happy to answer other questions you may have, just let me know! I currently am taking time off work and have unlimited availability when in town. I am very flexible and open for new bookings and I would love to help care for your pets going into this spring! I will be going to hikes, walks and other adventures depending on needs. About: We've raised Bruce, an Aussie-lab mix since 2016, and recently hosted a family members 2 corgis for 6 months during 2020. Prior to Bruce, I helped train our family Chihuahua beginning in 2010. About: I have spent most of my life around dogs. As an only child my siblings were two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. As an adult I have always had at least one dog in the house and more often than not two. They are my babies, my best friends and my companions. I am currently a high school teacher which allows me to have the summer free to spend with my critters as well as yours. I am almost always available at least until August. When spending a day with me and my own fur babies your companion will have access to a backyard. Get at least one good outing/run in and have two medium sized playmates to keep them entertained. The pictures showed that Kahi was well-adjusted to Leslie’s home and having a great time playing and bonding with Leslie’s pups. About: I've had multiple dogs throughout my life and genuinely love spending time with them. These days, I have a dog of my own plus my partner's two dogs, (we all live here) so our house is always full of happy pups! My experience includes: • Experienced Rover doggy daycare provider • Experienced dog sitter outside of Rover • Raised in a hobby farm in WI • Caring for diabetic dogs that require strict feeding schedules and medication administration • Following detailed care instructions, dietary restrictions, and medication routines with great attention to detail My own dog has taught me a lot about allergies, sensitivities, and special care needs, so I understand how important it is to trust someone who will take your pet's unique requirements seriously. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, or has special needs, I'll make sure they receive attentive, loving care and are treated like part of the family. I work from home and have a large, fully fenced backyard with a high fence for added security. I also have a screened/mosquito-net door that allows me to keep the door open during the day while I work, giving the dogs easy access to fresh air and the yard while remaining safely enclosed. My desk has a full view of the backyard, so I can keep a close eye on everyone throughout the day. Of course, if you prefer that your dog not have access through the open screened door, I'm happy to keep the main door closed and follow whatever routine makes you most comfortable. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone else, and I'll treat your dog with the same care, attention, and affection that I give my own. -I work remotely Monday-Friday from 7-3:30 -I do tend to stay busy out of the house after 5pm for errands or a gym class a few times a week but no day is the same -Typically in the mountains one day out of the weekend I can be decently flexible during the week but I might NOT be the best fit if: -I can’t leave your dog at my house for 1.5 hours after work if I go to the gym or run an errand -If you need care past 8:00pm because that’s typically my bedtime… but I can be flexible. -Your dog doesn’t get along well with others …Otherwise, let’s do this! Other: -I live in the Roosevelt neighborhood in Bellingham -I will definitely send frequent updates and fun photos of your pet child while on pet duty -I am flexible so most things aren't a no but please reach out with questions about availability and I always do my best to respond ASAP House Fully fenced yard front and back 3 dogs live here My partner lives here too and we both are beyond careful with the dogs’ safety. We will love your dog like we love our 3 and yes, the gate is always secured :)

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and have been a pet parent throughout adulthood. I have a deep love and affection for animals, and often look after the pets of family and friends as their trusted caretaker. I call myself a "whisperer" because I feel I've always known how to 'communicate' with domesticated animals and earn their trust. I'm an adjunct instructor at WWU with enough flexibility in my schedule to be available for pet care most of the time. As I considered alternative work for myself, I thought I should consider what I love to do, and pet sitting/dog walking feels like a great fit for me. I currently have a 2 year old female rescue dog who I'm 90% sure is a puggle, and 2 beautiful male cats. Traditionally I've owned boxers, but I love both big and small dogs of all kinds, puppies to seniors, as well as cats and most other pets (perhaps not insects...!). I'm reliable, friendly, patient, and love to walk, so frequent or long dog walks suit me fine. I have a flexible schedule and am available to look after your fur babies day and/or night, including day care, drop ins, boarding and house sitting. I have a pet-friendly home with a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with parks and trails close by. I'm home much of the time so my pets get a lot of attention and care, are fed on schedule, and I'm up to date on all vaccinations. My home is clean, cozy and safe.
