“My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well. So please, go on your next vacation with your mind at ease, knowing your pets are well cared for and are on a vacation of their very own at our beautiful farm in northern Bellingham, complete with acerage, rolling fields and plenty of room to run and play. About: I've had animals my entire life - dogs, cats, and hamsters. I have also nannied for a lot of families with dogs and cats. I've done vet visits, administered medications, and regularly help care for my brother's aussie shepherd. I'm knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, and love animals. I have had my own cat, Domo, since 2009, and he's my best friend. I would love to have a dog too but I can’t right now, so I would love to spend time with yours! My brother manages a veterinarian office so I always have extra information and someone to reach out to. I look forward to spending time with your furry family members! I'm currently getting my master's degree and have plenty of time to take care of your pet when I'm not at school, my internship, or studying! I have a 13 year old senior cat who loves his own space and unfortunately would not appreciate me bringing animals home to his space.

“My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. “Shawn and family took such great care of Pertie. They were so patient and loving with her while she adjusted to a new place. Their dog Hazel and her got along great. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing she was so well looked after. Shawn gave us updates with pictures everyday and was quick to respond.
