About: I have many years of experience with dogs and cats through personal pet ownership and former employment as a Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Attendant. My husband and I have 6 spoiled dogs and two cats that we adore. I enjoy taking my dogs for walks in the park and throwing a tennis ball for some play and exercise. I I have experience taking care of senior dogs and blind dogs. Also some grooming experience through an on line course and 150 externship hours. About: I have 7 dogs, and 7 snakes, a pet rat and a pet bunny. I also have 4 children. I'm an active person who loves to work with animals. I have a wide range of animal experiences. I went to school and got my vet assisting certificate. My dogs enjoy playing in our fenced in yard and playing with the kids who are always excited. During the summer my dogs and I enjoy bikejoring and in the winter if there is enough snow we go dog sledding. I do offer training services if you have an active pup who needs a "job" to do. About: Dogs, cats, & other animals have been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. I’ve pet sat for several friends and family members, and never had any complaints! Currently I’m working part time, so I’m pretty open! Weekends and afternoons are perfect, but I’m also open to morning check-ins and walks. I love getting outside and exercising, and I know that it’s such an important part of pets’ routines too! No dogs at the moment, but we do have several cats, both indoor and outdoor! Comfortable with walking dogs, and I can adapt to any commands that you use for them. I never ever use aggression to teach pets, but still firm with them. I'm able to administer medication if your dog is on meds. I'm good with puppies or seniors, and everything in between! When I'm with your four legged family member you can rest assured that they are well taken care of and are not bored. There is no breed I won't take, as long as they are not a safety concern. I am dedicated 100% to my canine clients. Walking, playing and cooking for them is what I do! I consider this my calling, my passion and my career. When I have canine guests, We walk four times a day. I have toys galore and dog brushes if they like being brushed. I prepare home cooked meals, unless they are on a specific type of food or diet. I administer oral meds when necessary. All sofa and dog bed covers are laundered weekly at a minimum, and/or after each guest goes home. About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I have also done fostering in my local community. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade and I do have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking.
