About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I have taken care of all types of animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to take care of their animals, starting at a young age. I have taken in strays, rescued several dogs from shelters. I also volunteered for an animal rescue for several years and have fostered animals from time to time. I am the person who finds the pets at an event and stays with them the whole time. I have experience with dogs, cats including puppies and kittens, seniors, and animals with medical needs. I currently work only about 5-8 hours a week and have plenty of time to cuddle and walk your pets. Spending time with animals is my favorite thing to do. I will walk your dog twice a day, and can also take your pets on drives (with my pet seatbelt and/or car seat) if that's something you would like. Daily belly rubs are always included :) I have a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome to all areas of my home and always allowed on the couches and bed. I also have a comfortable dog car seat for dogs under 50 lbs as well as a collar/harness seatbelt restraint for larger dogs. I will take up to 3 dogs at a time, if your dog loves to be social (My home is two-story, with multiple dog gates should your dog need a break also). If your dog prefers to be the only animal around, please let me know and I'll let you know if I can arrange that.
About: I've had dogs all of my life, numerous breeds and energy levels. I've personally owned a Golden Retriever and now a Bernese Mountain Dog. I used to run dogs in college and I fell in love with dogs, so I thought why not get exercise with a furry friend by my side! I can work with various leashes/collars/harnesses, etc. I've trained dogs with basic commands and potty training. I would love for your dog to come meet us and our Bernese! I have a Bernese Mountain pup, so between working full time and raising kids, making sure my little not so little pup gets exercise and a lot of sniffing everyday is extremely important and has become a fixture in our schedule. Teddy is fully vaccinated and can provide proof, so no need to worry! I ran and walked dogs in college for 2 years and I loved it. I've had numerous dogs in my life time and I make sure the dog is comfortable and ready to enjoy the time with us! This stay be a dogs most enjoyable time of the day, so making it fun especially with our Berner while getting to the point is crucial. Whatever piece of equipment like leash, harness, collar or piece of walking equipment you prefer for your dog I will work with. Comfortability is huge for pups/dogs. Crate would be preferred if not potty trained. I can let pups out to pee during the night. We want your dogs stay to be the best and would be grateful for your trust in us!

“Our dog Rusty seemed to be very content and well cared for. Tony's place is a very nice country place, well off the road, with a large grassy area and lots of big firs. We will definitely ask Tony for his help with Rusty next time we can't take him with us.”

They offered to do a meet and greet to see if things would be a good fit and do a short stay before our long week of boarding. Our dogs loved staying with them! They sent so many pictures and it's clear that our dogs had a great time! Our dogs were so tired when we brought them home and having such a fun time with Leah and Chris. I feel confident and not anxious leaving our dogs with them for our trip. Highly recommend!”
“This was my first time boarding my dog with Elaine and I would do it again. I was out of service for the 4 days that my pup stayed with her, but when i got back into service I saw that she sent photos of big stretches and him chilling with the other dogs each day. Elaine and her family were welcoming to my pup and I would recommend her as a sitter or boarding option for sure.”
