“Trisha and Daniel are awesome. We are always worried when we have to leave our dog for some times. They're taking great care of my Lupin with regular updates. Trisha even cooked chicken for him! “Carmen (and her mom) boarded our high energy pup over the weekend and we can tell that he had a great time! He played with Carmen’s dogs and Frodo felt like his weekend was an extended play time at the dog park! Carmen kept us updated the whole time which was a great relief. Frodo can be difficult at times and Carmen kept assuring he being a good boy. I will definitely board Frodo with Carmen in the future.”

“Makena was absolutely AMAZING with Harley! From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in the best hands. Harley had the best time playing, felt completely comfortable, and was clearly so loved and well cared for. Makena sent frequent updates and adorable pictures, which gave me total peace of mind and made my day every time I received one. Harley came home completely exhausted from playing so hard all day long — which just proves how much fun she had! I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful care Harley received. I was beyond happy knowing she was safe, happy, and having the time of her life. I would 100% trust Makena again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Rover caregiver!”

About: When i feel lonely. cats bring me comfort and companionship. I understand their personalities, respect their need for personal space, and treat them like family. I make sure their food and water bowls stay clean, pay attention to their emtional well-being, and love capturing adorable photos and updates to share with pet owners so they can feel connected and reassured.
“Sarah was an excellent sitter for our cat, Reacher. She was completely reliable and trustworthy with our newest (and somewhat needy) rescue. She met all his needs, including giving him the affection he wanted. Bonus—Sarah helped feed and water all the other creatures that visit our yard and deck. We loved the pictorial updates that came to us regularly. Sarah gave us peace of mind on our marathon road trip—we knew that our critters and house were safe and well cared for.”

“Rachel, Dave’s partner, did a wonderful job looking after our senior special needs cat! She gave subcutaneous injections twice a day and gave us lots of pictures and updates about our sweet boy. She also accepted this job VERY last minute and we appreciate it greatly. Very friendly and professional - we will absolutely be using her as our go-to kitty sitter. ☺️”

“Wonderful experience! Mykenzie was able to accommodate Abel on very short notice, which I greatly appreciated. He spent 3 days in daycare & was well cared for the entire time. Communication was great, I received updates & he came home happy & relaxed. It's clear she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. I would happily book with her again & highly recommend her to other pet parents!”

About: Hello, Thanks for checking my profile. To start, I'm always willing to review a request even if it's outside of my profile per se. So if you think that it's just slightly outside my parameters, please feel free to just send me a message, glad to chat at the very least. I am no longer accepting large breed dogs, with the exception of previous clients. If you think your dog is just on the cusp of a large breed, please let me know and we might be able to work something out. I am not boarding cats at this time, as I could not be sure I could isolate them from my other pets well enough if I had to. I’m the proud owner of two wonderful dogs: Indy, a 6-year-old Papillon, and Loki, a 3-year-old Corgi. Indy is a calm, observant pup, while Loki is playful and inquisitive, always eager for attention. I raised both dogs from six weeks of age and work from home full-time, so I’m always present to give pets the attention they deserve. Before Indy and Loki, I cared for two cats who each lived to 18 years old, providing them with a happy, well-loved life. During that time, I became experienced with administering insulin shots, pills, capsules, and liquid medications, and I’m attentive to the subtle behaviors and patterns that signal a pet’s needs. My home features multiple pet gates for safe separation when needed, a second floor for flexible space, and a large, fully fenced backyard with lush grass. I live in a quiet, flat, dog walk friendly neighborhood . While I’m not currently sitting cats, I’m happy to provide dogs with consistent care, attention, food, and any required medication. Because I work from home, I can accommodate nearly any reasonable request. I am able to take frequent breaks and often spend that time playing with my two dogs or taking them on walks. They are let out at regular intervals and fed twice a day. I can keep your pet within my view at all times while I’m home and can accommodate a crate if you prefer. During the day, my dogs usually rest at my feet or on a nearby bed until our first walk. Your pet is welcome to stay with me or lounge wherever they’re comfortable on the first floor of my home. If needed, I can separate pets by floor or with pet gates to avoid direct interactions.
About: *MUST MEET ME AND MY LAB IN PUBLIC PRIOR TO BOOKING*. Although my lab, Hela loves everyone, unfortunately not every dog loves her so please set a meeting prior to booking! I'm flexible with times and locations! I offer attention to detail and love for pups. I'm the pup mom that knows all my dogs allergies and favorite foods! I've had dogs my entire life and even as a kid began training them! My friends always choose me when they are going out of town to watch their pups. I actually decided to join Rover after one of the pups I watch dads suggested I should! I work from home with my black lab who loves everyone and is a gentle soul (her 2 besties are a min pin and a golden retriever) and currently she is the only animal in my house. We take hourly stretch breaks to pee and play a little ball! I have a fenced yard with grass. If you'd like, I'll send cute pictures throughout the day too! Also if allowed, the pups go with me to get weekly pups cups from Starbs. I work from home and have a black lab, so all day everyday I do pet care. My job fortunately makes it easy to interact with thr pups and make sure their needs are taken care of. Prior to recently (they moved), I was watching a golden retriever (Duke) along with my lab every week day and his dad is who suggested I start rover as he would often say "I know my buddy is safe and happy here, he has the best of time". Currently, when we have a guest I make sure there food is prepared and on time. We take hourly potty and play breaks (more if requested - I have a buzzer my dog presses). The rest of the day the pups are free to roam the house with me. I have dog beds (including some in my office), thousands of toys (my dog unfortunately does not destroy anything lol), and when we have an overnight guest, the pups sleep in the bed with me (unless otherwise requested). I love pups and have always wanted more but babysitting is a happy medium!

I am usually available anytime after 9 a.m., and i can adjust my schedule when needed. I attend church on sunday mornings, but i am otherwise fully available and open to working around different schedules. I have plenty of space for dogs and cats to move around comfortably. I clean my home three times a week to keep the environment clean and safe. “We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our dog, Chip. Mariah was more than accommodating and made sure to send us updated pictures of Chip playing outside. We will definitely be using her again for future trips.”

About: My name is Kellen and I live with my wife, daughter and our two puppies, Mya and Dexter. Dexter is an English Mastiff/German Shepard mix and Mya is a Black Lab/Husky mix. They love to lounge around all day and go on adventures with the family!!! Eating seems to be their primary motivation in life. 🤣 I have had many puppies in my life and have loved each one with my whole heart. In the past I have also had ferrets, for about 8 years when I was in college. I work during the week from 5am-4pm and am free all weekends and weeknights after 4pm. I have experience with all different types, sizes and temperaments of dogs. My wife is home full time so if your puppy is staying with us during the week there will always be someone with them at all times. Dexter is not very keen on any dog bigger than his sister and a meet and greet to determine if he would be ok with a big dog would be advised. Mya loves all dogs and loves to play play play! Our little girls also adores dogs and is very gentle and nice with ours, much to our surprise as we thought she may pound on them or pull and poke at them, but she’s so sweet and gentle when petting and talking (babbling) to them. We go on frequent walks and potty breaks with our puppies and they would love some company for those trips! Any other questions you may have, don’t hesitate to ask! I am home during the day and have two pups of my own, pet care happens all day every day in our house that’s for sure 😂 I have a fenced yard and two other pups to have fun with. Two kids will expend any extra energy that your pups may have 🤣
“Our Beagle, Remy loves going to Natalie's! She takes great care of him, she always sends me photos to check in and they are always photos of him having a blast. He comes home ready for bed which is always a huge plus. I would highly recommend Natalie as I am a repeat customer and will always use her services when I go on business trips! ”

“Trisha and Daniel took amazing care of my dog! They were very attentive and loving, sending updates during the day. I especially appreciated the opportunity for the meet and greet beforehand to make sure she was comfortable. Will absolutely rebook with them in the future!”

About: I have had dogs in my home for the majority of my life and loved every minute of it. After recently losing our girl to old age I’ve been missing time with fur babies. They really are the best! I’ve joined Rover to love on other fur babies and get some steps in all at the same time! I currently work as a medical device rep so my schedule is extremely variable and based on if I have cases scheduled or not. I have found myself working much less than I’m used to and because of that I’m looking to pick up a new hobby/side hustle as I enjoy keeping myself busy. I would prefer to meet any fur babies for the first time with the owner present. This is very important to me. I want to feel comfortable with your dog and build some trust. My biggest priority is to keep myself and your dog safe.

“Jennifer was excellent with our beloved pup. She was attentive and considerate to her needs and responded quickly to any communication we needed. Will definitely book with her again!”

About: I currently have Dogs and Cats and Chickens (Chickens are in secure run). For my entire life I have been devoted to Rescuing, caring for and loving animals. Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Rabbits, Goats, Horses, exotic Birds, Reptiles, Rodents, small Mammals and Fish...I love them all! I have extensive knowledge of many species and am well versed in caring for medical and special needs pets. I have worked as a dog trainer and Animal care specialist in various positions. I have fostered and rehabbed many dogs that were scheduled to be euthanized and have socialized them to a point of being placed in forever homes. I'm comfortable working with shy/nervous/fearful animals and have never failed to gently gain their trust. I trained my dear Cheyanne who passed the Canine Good Citizen test and became a Doggy Ambassador and we Volunteered for the San Diego Humane Society in a special Public School Outreach program. I have rescued many senior dogs and gave them their best life for their last years. I'm adept at administering Drops, pills, ointments, sub-cu fluids, and doggy/kitty first-aid; as well as for other species. I have worked as a Fish and Wildlife Bio. Sci. Tech and have a broad range of knowledge of many species. I would love to make a new friend in your pet and with you! I am home much of the time. I can sit in your home or mine. If it is in my home your dog must be cat friendly.. my cats are very dog savvy but dogs need to be good with kitties. I am very flexible and willing to sit for multiple animals in your home for a flat fee we agree upon..not extra per pet. (I will modify the fee after you request a booking but before you Submit payment.) I have a 6ft wood fence and dogs are never left unattended. I live near a walking trail and Park so that's an option as well. If your kitty likes walks in a stroller or being brushed; I'll be happy to spoil them.

About: Hi there, we're Alex and Dasher — your dog's second family! 🐾🎾 Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have Dasher, and raised him from a clumsy, curious little puppy into the happy, well-mannered goofball he is today. Along the way we've done it all together: crate training, obedience work, and of course tons of playtime, belly rubs, and zoomies in the backyard! Because I work from home, I get to spend my days with a dog by my side, which means I understand the importance on companionship, routine, and a calm, loving environment. Your pup won't just be "watched" while you're away — they'll be genuinely cared for, cuddled, played with, and given all the attention they deserve. Dasher especially loves making new friends, and he's always excited to welcome another dog into our home. Together, we'd be thrilled to open our door (and our hearts!) to your furry family member. So if you're looking for a place where your dog will be treated like part of the family, we'd love to meet you both. Come say hi, we can't wait! I am typically out at the gym from 5:30–7:30 in the morning M-F. Your pup would have some independent time, and even then it's a short window before I'm back and fully available for walks, feeding, and playtime for the rest of the day. Because I work from home, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I'll able to check in, play, and take breaks with your dog throughout the day instead of leaving them alone for long stretches. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, so there's plenty of room for your pup to run, sniff, and play freely without any worry. And our very friendly golden retriever, Dasher, would love nothing more than to become your dog's new BFF. We also take safety seriously behind the scenes. Dasher is crated at night and any time I need to step away, so he always has a safe, cozy space of his own. This would be the same for any pup in my care. While dogs are out and about with us, I'll keep a close eye on them to make sure they're staying out of trouble and not getting into anything they shouldn't. I'm also comfortable handling medications, following specific feeding schedules, and accommodating any special routines your dog is used to at home — just let me know what they need. I know leaving your dog with someone new can feel like a big step, so building trust matters to me just as much as it does to you. I'm always happy to set up a meet-and-greet beforehand, answer any questions, and send updates while you're away to give you peace of mind.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s basically never lived without pets. I have now made my love for pets my full time job. I am very comfortable with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, from playful puppies to laid back seniors. Before becoming a mom to my two young girls, I worked in the pet industry, so I’ve had hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets and understanding their needs. These days, I love being able to combine that experience with my passion for animals by helping other families feel at ease while they’re away. Your pet will be treated like part of the family here, lots of attention, love, playtime, and care tailored to their personality. Whether your pup loves playing outside, belly rubs, or just a cozy place to relax, I’ve got them covered! I take lots of photos during your pups stay and will keep you updated along the way. We try to keep your pets routine the same here as they would have at home. If your pup is allowed on the furniture at your house, they are allowed here. If they sleep in your bed, they are welcome in ours. If they sleep in a crate, they will sleep in one here etc. I am a stay at home mom with a husband who works fully remotely. I am always here to care and play with your fur babies. We love to go on afternoon walks. I have a fenced backyard ready for your pup. Plenty of toys to play with and will provide them their own space if needed. Your pup will always be monitored while outside and will be with me in my home at all times.
“Ysobel, is an amazing Rover, very thorough, and communicated with us consistently when she was with our dog. We received great feedback from our dog’s walk. I hope to use Ysobel next time we are in the area”
“I will be hiring Shannon again. She was prompted coming to walk Josey and took Josey for over a mile walk each day! She was a very good communicator with me. Got several pictures! Trust her confidence and commitment to her job.”

About: I love animals and they love me! I have been pet sitting for 3 years and have several repeat clients. I have had medical needy dogs I care for, senior dogs, and so many more. I love to help reduce their stress when their family is gone. I make it my job. I am there for the pets so I work my routine around them. Our pets are our family members and I work to give them the care and love they desire while the family is absent. I ask clients questions before hand, ask for a full list of instructions of what the pets require at bed time, meal time, potty time, and kenneling. I ask to meet the clients pets before the pet sitting date so their pets have met me and ask them to show me where they keep all the pet supplies so I can make sure they can leave their pets in my care without having to worry about a thing.
About: I work as a veterinary assistant at an urgent care facility in town. I’ve worked in urgent care going on 5 years and general practice for 2 years. I occasionally cat sit and dog sit. I have a lot of knowledge in my career but I also love spending time with animals and making sure they’re happy, the clients and I just overall enjoy the joy they bring to me! I work 3 12s but I am able to stop in the check on the fur babies on my lunches. I also am very flexible with times I need to go take care of them on my days off as well. I have two kitties of my own. I don’t plan on being able to board pets at my own home due to me renting a house without a fenced backyard.

About: Back when I was a kid, my family owned a cattery that I helped take care of. We owned 32 cats and 1 dog at one time. Growing up, I learned how to truly take care of animals, helping deliver kittens during birth, bottle feeding, and training them to be tolerant, friendly, handleable, and able to take walks on a harness and leash. I've had many different pets since then, including a snake, fish, and cats of my own. I've always loved animals of all kinds and I've had a unique kinship with almost every animal I meet. I commonly hear "They're usually not this friendly" around new pets I meet, and at parties and other events, I'm usually found petting the dog on the floor somewhere. Since then, I've been helping my friend with their dog sitting business and decided to venture forth on my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently in between positions, so I have complete and open availability to help take care of your pets. If you have a special needs pet, I can work with you to provide more intensive care. I want to learn more about how you treat your pets so I can provide the same loving environment that they are used to. I'd love to be your pet-parent substitute.
About: What sets me apart is the genuine love, patience, and attention I give every pet. I understand that leaving your furry family member with someone new can be stressful, so I work hard to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and confident. I believe every animal has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to get to know what makes them happiest. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to provide the care they need. I’m comfortable caring for puppies who need extra patience, consistency, and potty breaks, as well as senior pets who may require a slower pace, medication reminders, or extra comfort and attention. I’ll always treat your pets as if they were my own, providing lots of love, updates, and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and loving environment where your pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent care, whether that’s walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or simply keeping pets company. I make it a priority to stick to each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I believe pets thrive on consistency, attention, and love, so I always make time to ensure they receive the care they deserve. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, multiple visits throughout the day, or overnight care, I’m committed to making every pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for. client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special instructions from their owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, fresh water, and clean living spaces while keeping owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pet is doing well. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment where they can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I closely supervise pets, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and give them plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection throughout their stay. About: My name is Kaylee and I like to volunteer at the local animal shelter, help my mom at her grooming shop, and love on my own furry family. Our pets are our family too and need that extra love when we can't be there with them. I have 2 dogs (both female) and 3 cats of my own. Currently I am home all day so your pets would be my priority. My animals get along with others and they are all fixed. If you need me to stay in your home, I also have roommates that can make sure they are fed, so no need to worry that I would need to suddenly leave your pets. I have dog sat for a few others recently and love getting to cuddle and walk dogs, but I do also love cats as well. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have experience safely walking, playing with, feeding, and caring for cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I can also throw a mean tennis ball. I am a student ant Columbia Basin College and am looking for flexible work to supplement that. My schedule is mostly open at this point. I have a reactive rescue cat in my home so I can’t host pets. However, when pet sitting, I always look first to instruction left by the owner, then tailor the experience to the pet’s environment, whether it’s walking on leash, playing in a fenced yard, or following a toy around. Ensuring cleanliness of food and water areas is a must, as well as maintaining clean litter for cats. A bored pet is a sad pet so I always make time for enrichment.
About: Ever since I was little, I have been surrounded by animals. Whether it is farm animals or pets, I have always loved being around all different personalities. I have always been the go-to for friends and family, mainly dog and cat sitting, but I have experience with chickens, horses, alpacas, goats, sheep, donkeys, ducks, bearded dragons, and fish. I moved back home to Tri cities after living in Portland for 2 years. My husband and I have a little one on the way and it has been hard to find a job. I am looking to save up some money for the baby and to treat ourselves when we can. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits and have had a few pet care jobs in the past. What helps me do my best is when owners leave a clear list of instructions—especially for feeding routines (if needed), any medications, and how your pet prefers to take them. I work best with a written guide so I don’t miss any important details and can provide consistent care. During visits, I make sure your pet is well cared for, comfortable, and happy. Whether that means going for a walk, playing, feeding, or just spending quality time with them, I adjust to your pet’s needs. I really enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and seeing their playful, goofy side. When your pet is happy and relaxed, I know I’m doing my job right—and that makes me happy too.

“Larissa and Valerie’s place is so great for my dogs. Beautiful farm setting, access to the outdoors, and attentive caregivers who treat them like family. Great communication. Wouldn’t work for every dog because they have several dogs of their own as well, but they do a great job of screening and making sure it’s a good fit ahead of time. They clearly have extensive experience with dogs. Very glad to have found them.”
