“I boarded Ouji again with Piumi for 4th of July weekend. Before the boarding even started, she reached out asking whether Ouji disliked fireworks, to which I told her he does in fact dislike them. And after providing her instructions for his calming meds, she followed them without issues. I felt assured that Ouji would be okay, even if he still got a bit spooked. Piumi is very caring and patient, and I would once again recommend her for boarding!”

“Can't emphasize enough how great it was having my dogs cared for by Patricia and her family during the holidays. Provided great and compassionate care for my two pups, one of who is a bit shy, but opened up with her. She has two friendly labs and a lovely fenced-in yard. They were clearly treated with love as they were both so happy when I reunited with them. Timely and professional communication, and the frequent pictures were much appreciated. “We booked Tu last minute to watch our 3 month old puppy while we were away for a few days. She was super responsive and accommodating. When our flight got delayed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up our puppy on time, Tu dropped him off in our home so he’d be there waiting for us when we got there. Tu sent daily updates and our puppy had a great time playing with the other dogs Tu babysat.”
