About: I have been taking care of dogs almost every week on the weekends along with sitting for my neighborhood dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs while they are on vacation or away from their home. Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. Now that I’m semi - retired, I've discovered a new joy in providing care without the pressure of outside responsibilities. And usually keep them contained when loading anything in or out to avoid any running away/chasing them around kind of drama. Anything you recommended to me or want me to do I will make sure happens to ensure your pets & home are safe. For boarding I have a very large fenced back yard with a locked gate which is the only access outside. There's also neighborhoods around with side walks for walks. I do have a hotel styled lock at the top of my front door that makes it impossible for the kids to accidentally open it and let any animals out. I also usually for boarding attach an air tag to the animal while they are at my house for extra precaution. No such thing as too safe!
