About: I have caretaking experience, I have had many pets in my lifetime from puppies, dogs with heart murmurs, to timid rescues that need lots of growth and support. I have a belief that all dogs can be cares for with ease, because I understand them through their personalities and specific needs. Every dog is unique in a beautiful way, just like humans, I do my best to pick up on their queues and give them the attention they deserve and give them good energy. I am open to caring for pets every day of the week, Monday to Sunday from daytime to overnight needs. About: I grew up with pets and have been a pet owner most of my life. We recently had to say goodbye to our Boston terrier due to cancer, and I’m missing having a furry friend to hang out with at home. I work from home 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday and have two 15 minute breaks and a half an hour break during that time. I also have flexibility throughout the day. “This was our first time using rover. Usually, I went with family and friends but have had some poor experiences in the past that made it hard to relax on vacation ? I was so nervous to leave my babies with someone, especially since the tragic and sudden loss of one of my pets this year. However, Jodi exceeded every expectation and alleviated all of my anxieties. She was incredibly communicative, sent unprompted updates, loved my babies, kept the house clean and spoiled them endlessly. One of my pets has a neuro disability and is very fearful/skittish. He does not like people (even us sometimes). But he gave Jodi kisses and even ate out of her hand! That was HUGE. I came back to a spotless house even though I told her not to worry about cleaning!! And my pets were so happy and spoiled with new treats in the pantry. My 2 maine coon cats have been looking around the house for her ever since we got back!! I am a wildlife biologist and have taken classes on animal behavior and training. I currently work Monday - Thursdays and am free to watch your furbabies during Friday - Sunday. About: I personally have two amazing dogs. Best of both worlds with a 70 lb high energy pitbull lap dog and a 30 lb mellow Boston terrier mix lap dog. I’ve grown up with pit bulls, a very misunderstood breed. I have done a 14 week training course with my dogs so I have quite a bit of knowledge with basic training and animal behavior. Ive had both of my dogs sense they were 8 weeks so I have puppy knowledge as well. I also did a 9 month course for veterinary assistance so I have knowledge in animal health. About: I have petsitted and walked dogs for family, friends, and neighbors since I was 14. Which included feeding them, taking them for walks, and watching them. About: I have always picked up pet sitting and walking gigs since I was young! I lived in an area where people needed a lot of house/pet sitting so I have watched pretty much every animal (even stick bugs) I grew up in the Seattle area, so I can guarantee that I am a trust worthy sitter. I’m currently working from home, so I have plenty of time for taking care of your fur babies! I do regular potty breaks every 2 hours with scheduled activities throughout the day. All my kiddos are friendly and loving towards every new friend they meet! Your baby will be accepted as one of family in a well structured environment. Depending on every pups personal preference, I do slow distanced introductions and eventually close the gap till everyone is comfortable. Once introduced as friends, we can do all activities as a group!

About: I have caretaking experience, I have had many pets in my lifetime from puppies, dogs with heart murmurs, to timid rescues that need lots of growth and support. I have a belief that all dogs can be cares for with ease, because I understand them through their personalities and specific needs. Every dog is unique in a beautiful way, just like humans, I do my best to pick up on their queues and give them the attention they deserve and give them good energy. I am open to caring for pets every day of the week, Monday to Sunday from daytime to overnight needs. I am a writer and creative and this would be my main job other than those duties which I would balance efficiently. At my home, I have two separate units. I have a main house and a studio next door, along with two fenced in backyards. I am near the Hoquiam town hall nearby the town which is perfect for long walks.
About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I have also done fostering in my local community. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade and I do have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking.
