Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. But we know they are safe and well cared for with Meredith. She is kind and consistent with them and we know they will settle in over time. We are very happy to have Meredith care for our dogs.”

About: Growing up around a wide variety of animals has given me the skills and passion needed to be an attentive and responsible carer of all kinds of pets. I've owned several dogs, cats, rodents, and horses. I was responsible for administering medications, accommodating pets with special needs, becoming attuned to various behaviors and habits, and adhering to specific individualized training methods. I'm currently working full-time from home as a customer service rep for a small, local company and mothering my 2 year old toddler (who is very gentle and respectful around all animals). I'm fortunately very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate both last-minute and long-term schedules! Being a sincere animal lover, I'm always enthusiastically willing to tend to the needs of any pets that are under my care. I believe that both people and animals benefit from living in a clean and comfortable space, so I seek to maintain and accommodate that kind of positive atmosphere in your pet's home.

“Ann was absolutely great with my boy Snoopy! He is a very high energy Cattle dog who has spent very little time away from me for the past 9 years. I was nervous about boarding him, since he can be a lot for people, but Ann was absolutely amazing with him. He cozied up to her immediately and the pictures I got of him playing and having fun made me feel much better about being away from him. He got lots of attention and play time and I’m very thankful that Ann was so good with him. Highly Recommend!!!”
