I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. “Kevin watched our pug for two days while we attended the Quechee Balloon Festival. He was incredibly flexible with our plans and let us stay out much longer than originally planned. Our pup had a good time, evidenced by the 2nd day when we dropped him off and he ran right to Kevin! The other dogs were a bit noisy and inquisitive but settled right down so it wasn’t a problem. About: Each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. If they want cuddles, they get cuddles. If they want space, they get space. It's all about the precious pets needs for me. I provide 5 star service and have a flexible schedule to meet your and your four legged friends needs! I don’t have a furry friend of my own but I love the opportunity to give a little love to all the pets I meet. Any dog big or small is awesome in my book. My aim is to make them happy and your life a bit easier! I look forward to hearing from you and getting to spend time with your wonderful pets! I currently work a 9 to 5 remote job and have plenty of flexibility to meet you and your pets needs. I can house sit or do drop ins as needed with my schedule. I am the happiest when I am around dogs and enjoy playing with them! I have been the go to dog sitter for my friends and family for over 8 years. I have access to trails in my backyard and live and work in a dog friendly area. I love meeting new friends and having fun adventures around our gorgeous town.

About: Hi my name is Sean. I recently graduated from RIT with a BFA in illustration. I love all animals and currently have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets while I am working from home. I grew up with two labradoodles and I have also cared for friends' animals while they have been away. One of my dogs has Addison's disease, so I am familiar with giving medication to pets. Spending time with animals brings me joy and does not seem like work - I enjoy playing with your animals, going on walks and I give a great belly rub! I am extremely responsible and will love your animals like my own...you might also find some sketches of your pet when you return home. I am an artist that is currently working from home in Quechee. I am extremely flexible and am available during the week and on weekends. I make my own hours so can work around your schedule. I live with my parents and two friendly labradoodles ages 8 and 12. I could board a dog in my home if he/she gets along well with other dogs and is house-trained. I prefer to care for your animals in your own home: I can do drop-in visits, walks and daytime or overnight house-sitting.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and am happy to care for your doggo. I currently have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and am well versed in both puppy and senior care. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. I’m a full time teacher on summer break, so have plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve! I am home most of the day with occasional trips to the gym/store. I have a fenced yard and available sidewalks/trails for walks. I do have a 1 year old energetic Golden Retriever who is very friendly (maybe too friendly for some dogs) and a 2 year old Persian kitty who is skeptical of new animals
“Dee has a wonderful way with dogs. We love having her as our “home away from home” for our two small dogs. They enjoy being there and love all the activity Dee does with them. They are both rescues so have their own insecurities and anxiety around being at a new place but Dee is really great at recognizing their boundaries. We highly recommend her and will continue to book with her when we are away.”
