“Roo had a great stay with John. The big fenced-in backyard was perfect for her, and she loved playing with the other dogs. John provided daily updates and photos and was a great communicator throughout her stay.”

“Elfy had a wonderful stay with Natalie Patrick and their daughter. They are very welcoming and attentive. Good communication with photos. Their dog is very friendly.”

“Savanah is the best. We have a teen mastiff and she was perfect for the job. Her place has lots of room for your dog to play and have fun plus her dog is amazing as well and became best friends with ours. Will be using her again”

“Sonya is an absolute angel. She took exceptional care of our Tootsie, sent tons of adorable pictures, and truly went above and beyond. We could not be more grateful or recommend her more highly. Absolutely amazing!”

“Rosan took such great care of our two dogs, and they were very happy and relaxed when we picked them up. Rosan was so flexible about our drop off and pick up times, and sent us lots of photos and updates over the weekend. I can’t recommend Rosan and his family strongly enough! 🐾🐾”

“Jyotidipta and his family took exceptional care of Luna. From the start, they were warm, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. Luna can be a bit anxious when meeting someone new, but they handled it with patience and care, making sure she felt safe and at ease within just a few hours. Their home environment is attentive and engaging. Jyotidipta’s son played a big role in keeping Luna active and happy, with plenty of playtime, exercise, and walks throughout the day. I especially appreciated the regular updates. The photos and videos gave me full peace of mind and showed just how much attention and affection she was receiving. It’s clear Luna was not just looked after, but genuinely cared for. I would confidently recommend Jyotidipta to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful caregiver.”

“Kate was able to sit for Wedge in a pinch. She made the experience enjoyable for Wedge even on such a cold weekend! She shared pictures of Wedge while we were away. I could tell Wedge loved her, jumping up to say “Goodbye” before we left. Would book again for sure!”

“Charlene took wonderful care of my 5 month old puppy while we were gone for a long weekend. She was happy to do the extra work a puppy sometimes requires, like giving her eye drops and softening her food with some pumpkin (that I provided). Our pup was safe and happy, and loved spending the weekend with Charlene and her dogs.”

“I'm so happy and grateful for Chelsey to take care of my rather demanding dog, Ziggy:) Her household is filled with love. Hearing and seeing that Ziggy had a great time with her kids and pets gave me a big relief. I highly recommend her care for anyone looking for a lovely and caring place to keep their pets. She shared pictures of Ziggy throughout his stay:) THANK YOU!”

“Ruchi took such wonderful care of Fred and gave us lots of updates. He really enjoyed her lovely fenced in yard! Can’t wait to book with her again! We can’t recommend her enough!”

“Julia was AWESOME. In fact, I worried that our dog, Tucker, would end up preferring to stay with her rather than come home with us! She watched our very enthusiastic 1.5 year old golden retriever for the weekend, and took him on hikes, had him splashing in brooks and meeting goats. She was easy to get in touch with, accepted our last minute booking (including squeezing in a meet and greet prior) and sent great photos. 10/10 recommend!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.
“Brooke was amazing!! She answered quickly and with short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my 10 month old puppy with her (and Bailey)! She sent updates and pictures, and was very flexible with timing of drop off and pick up as I had a long drive. Would recommend to anyone in the area or if you’re taking a trip to Stowe or Burlington!”

“Benjamin was amazing with my cat Pigeon. He's extremely thoughtful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my boy was comfortable while I was out of town for the holidays. He communicated every day, sent lots of pictures, and gave my cat the quality human time he very much needs. Pigeon loved hanging with him, and should I need to leave again, I know who to call!”

About: I have grown up taking care of a pack of 8 dogs all very high energy. I also have a Brittany (high energy/Anxiety) back home, who I love dearly! I have dog/cat sat since my freshman year of high school and it’s something I love to do! I am currently a college student, So weekends and Tuesdays are the main days I can do. I am a early riser in the morning both on weekdays and weekends! Making sure to not allow the dog/cat to do anything the owner doesn’t allow. As well as making the animal feel comfortable with me in their environment space. Your animal should return to you happy and exhausted

“Jaime took great care of my two cats. They can be a little skeptical of strangers but she had no trouble gaining their trust! Also very happy with the level of communication and care she took to leave the house clean. Would absolutely recommend!”

About: I've been a cat sitter for my neighbors and friends for many years. From the occasional walk and medication distribution to play time and litter scooping I've gained valuable experience in caring for felines. Outside of taking care of other peoples cats, I have two of my own; both of which, I found outside as young kittens and had to bottle feed. Whether you need someone to deep clean your cat's litter box or spend a few extra minutes with them during playtime -- I'm your person!

About: I grew up with multiple cats in my home and did cat sitting for many of my friends and neighbors when they needed it. I haven't had cats in a while because my husband is allergic, but I still love them! I'm pretty good at reading cats to know when they want some attention and when they need their space.
“Michele is sweet and attentive to detail. I felt super comfortable leaving my kitties in her care. The pictures she sent showed that they were relaxed and happy with her around. I'd love to have her back!”

“Left our 2 kitties in Brooke's care while we were on an international trip and we couldn't have been happier! The text updates were the favorite parts of our day! She followed our cat-care directions and was very responsible. We never had to worry whether she was going to show up or not, which is a big relief when so far away from home. We'd definitely use her services again!”

“Hannah was very attentive to our cat’s needs, and very responsive to communication throughout watching her. We loved getting the updates; it made us feel at ease knowing Ophelia was in such good hands! Definitely would recommend.”

“We were exceptionally pleased with Molly’s care for our two pets. We have one cat who likes to be petted than one that doesn’t, and she paid great attention to the one who needs it. The cats litter boxes, the area surrounding them ,in the kitchen where the cat food was were immaculate when we came home. She sent pictures with each visit to let us know how things were.Would not hesitate use her again anytime she was available if I needed pet care”

“I have many thanks to give Felipe for how he cared for our pup. His communication was excellent, he was prompt, and truly seemed to enjoy spending time with our dog. I’m already planning to ask if he’s available for a few others dates this summer!”

“Hayley did a great job checking in on our two kitties. They are both very shy and Hayley let them be comfortable which I really appreciate. She is reliable and dependable. She did all the things needed for our kitties at the requested times and sent updates. We will definitely request her services again for our kitties!”

“Even though Dolores is a timid dog, Jackie always makes her feel right at home! He always sends lots of photos and videos throughout the day and Dolores comes home happy :) as always, thanks Jackie!!”

“John is more than amazing. He is so caring, loving and kind to our Pup. Milkyway is so happy when we leave him and the entire family makes pup feel at home. I knew the first time I met John and his family they were an excellent choice. They treat pup as if he is one of their very own furr babies. I highly recommend John. Don’t think twice, contact John for his services.”

“Pete and Alex were so wonderful! They took great care of our 6-month-old puppy Juniper. She got lots of exercise with them and came home happy and tired! We would absolutely book with them again!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a toddler. I currently have an almost 1-year old big goofy catahoula leopard/pitbull mix. I routinely dog sit for extended family and I have fostered for a local dog rescue. One of my favorite activities is taking a dog for a nice neighborhood walk or an active hike. If your dog comes here for a stay, they are treated as a member of the family. They’re welcome to lounge on the couch and we even love to bring them on outings with us if your dog would enjoy it. I’m a full time mom so I have a fairly flexible schedule for adding in dog walks. If your dog is ok with kiddos joining, I can be even more accommodating. I currently have a puppy who could accompany me on walks or drop-ins if you think your dog could benefit from seeing a play buddy. If not, I can do some quality 1:1 time with your pooch.
About: I have always been around dogs and other pets since I was a baby, and have always loved and cherished them. As an adult we have raised and taken care of three cats and dogs. While in the military for 10 years, I was responsible for taking care of many other pets, especially dogs, for other service members while they traveled or deployed. My dog Nigel and I tend to make fast friends with any other dogs we meet! I recently got out of the military, and moved back home to Vermont. I am currently not working, and will be working on online college courses from home for the foreseeable future. Therefore I have a very flexible schedule, and can make all the time necessary to keep any pets entertained and well taken care of! I have a very sweet four year old male English Cream Golden Retriever, named Nigel, who loves friends more than anything (other than treats) and will be my permanent doggie daycare assistant. We have a large 2.5 acre property that is partially fenced, with large yard space to run in, and wooded nature trails in the back for walks and lots of sniffs. We are also about 5 minutes away from a beautiful dog park and miles of nature trails that we try to go to every day.
About: Long story short: I have YEARS of experience and a deep love of all animals! I'm great with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities! Happy to walk them all! Must be kid and puppy friendly if sitting happens in my home. I am also great with cats for in-your-home pet-sitting or drop in visits! The Long Version: I've had dogs in my home since I was a kid. I also have experience with cats, as we had cats first when I was younger, and at one point had multiple cats in the home at once...and also had two cats and two dogs at one time. In college I volunteered at a local rescue and walked dogs of all sizes and personalities several days a week. I ended up adopting one of those dogs, and had her from the age of about 4, until her passing a couple years ago at around age 15. She was an absolute love, but she also could be very reactive on walks/ in public. She was extremely particular about which dogs she approved and even when she found one she'd be okay with, she often took quite a careful, long introduction to make it work. We went through behavioral training and made some progress, and I was able to take her on many adventures, even despite her still being a bit reactive. I learned a lot about dog behavior and socialization with her. Over the years we also rehab'd an ACL injury and recovery, and had to make life/ home/ meds modifications as she got older and needed some more senior dog TLC. I am happy to visit/ walk any dogs, behavioral "quirks" and all, as long as I know about their strengths, challenges, and how to support them, in advance. For boarding/ any care within my own home, I am only able to accept dogs that are excellent with young children and puppies. I have two dog-loving kids under age 5, and we have a super sweet lab puppy, so she is currently small, but growing fast! I'm a teacher, so my schedule varies based on the time of year! During the school year: I can do weekend walks, or dog sitting, ideally at my home, through the weekend. During the summer months: My schedule is flexible! I'm happy to do quick potty breaks for pups during the day, regular walks, filling in for random days if you have to work longer than usual, boarding/ dog sitting (again, ideally at my home since I have two little kids and my own puppy). I've always loved my pets as members of the family and I will give your pet all the love and care that I'd give my own! I am happy to follow any pre-established expectations and appreciate knowing anything that's going to help make my time with your pet as comfortable and fun for them as possible in your absence. I also love capturing adorable pictures of animals lounging, playing, etc. so I will definitely send pics during / after my visit if you want them! We allow our puppy on furniture, but I will of course follow any rules/ standard expectations that you have established for your pets and/or your home.
“Dillion was great, communicated well and Enzo was well taken care of. Very nice backyard for the dogs to play and his two dogs were friendly and they all got along great! Would recommend and definitely book with Dillon again.”

“Wonderful experience! We had never used Rover before and had to arrange care for Sadie at the last minute - Nicolas & family were quick to respond, took great care of our dog, and were so flexible around timing! Highly recommend!”

About: As a lifelong dog owner, animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve owned four Labrador Retrievers over the years and currently have one lovable lab, Ellie Bear, who absolutely loves making new furry friends. My experience goes far beyond basic pet care — my first dog, Nala, had a litter of 8 puppies, giving me hands-on experience with canine pregnancy, birthing, newborn puppy care, feeding schedules, socialization, and raising puppies in a safe, loving environment. I understand the importance of patience, routine, exercise, affection, and making pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. Whether your pup loves playtime, cuddles, or simply having companionship, I treat every dog like family. 🐾 🐾 Availability & Care Schedule 🐾 Your pup will never be left alone — someone will always be home 24/7, whether it’s myself, Pep, or Kevin. We provide a safe, loving, family-style environment where dogs receive constant attention, care, and companionship. Each day includes: • Plenty of playtime and exercise • Snuggles, affection, and personalized attention • Potty breaks and outdoor time • A cozy, stress-free environment where your dog is treated like family 🐻🐾 I am currently available for: • Weekend boarding • Extended stays when needed • Flexible scheduling depending on availability My goal is to make every pup feel comfortable, loved, and right at home while you’re away! Your pup’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We provide a loving, family-style environment where dogs are treated like one of our own. We have a large fenced-in yard perfect for running, playing, fetch, and getting lots of energy out safely. Our chocolate lab, Ellie Bear, absolutely loves making new friends, chasing tennis balls, and cooling down afterward in the pet pool on warmer days! 🐻💦 For boarding stays, I can easily accommodate your dog’s sleeping preferences. If your pup is crate trained, I’m happy to crate them when needed, or they can relax in a cozy dog bed for bedtime. And if your dog is used to extra snuggles and sleeping close to their humans, we don’t mind cuddles in bed either — we want them to feel as comfortable and at home as possible. Most importantly, your dog will never be left alone. Someone will always be home 24/7 — whether it’s myself, or Kevin — so your pup will always have supervision, companionship, love, and care.
“Louis & Haley put Archie at ease right away with their calm, welcoming manner. It was his first visit and I left him for 3.5 hours. He was calm and happy when I picked him up. I know he would be happy to go back and hang with them again.”

“Rodan was absolutely great. The dogs were comfortable there, got walked and fed and played with his dog. This was very comforting to us as it was a new place fort them but they settled right in. I would highly recommend him!”

“Our dog had an amazing time at daycare with Jake and Echo! They sent us pictures every day to let us know how he was doing and his communication was fantastic. They were also super flexible and accommodating with our drop off and pickup schedule. By the end of the week our dog was so excited to go visit every day. Will absolutely be bringing him back in the future!”

“Dereck was lovely with Stella! He was calm and welcoming to her on her first visit. It was a chilly day and he had even put out a cozy bed for her in front of the fireplace. She clearly had a great time. Thanks Dereck!!”

About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.
“Eva was able to accommodate us at such late notice, and went out of her way to pick my boy up because we were unable to get to her. Rowan came back tired and content and we will definitely be bringing Rowan back!”

My number one priority is your pet’s safety and well being. —— Open to boarding smaller or low energy dogs, must be okay with cat in house. My schedule varies, but I work from home most of the time. If boarding in my home, your pet is welcome to the entire apartment, when supervised, and will mostly hang out in the living room or my room. Pets are allowed on couches and beds. We do have a cat in the home that will ignore the dog as long as it is not aggressive towards her.
“Michele is a wonderful and thoughtful sitter. I have always felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her. He gets lots of time outside and joins them on walks when appropriate. I recommend her highly to anyone looking!”

About: I’ve been taking care of all sorts of animals since I was young. Walking, training and feeding dogs… scooping litter boxes, feeding and playing with cats… almost anything you can imagine when it comes to pet care! I’ve handled young puppies all the way to senior dogs (and kittens to cats as well). I’ve learned how to potty train and administer medication to the pets who need it. I’m currently looking for some extra work to save up for a place of my own. At the moment, I work morning shifts (5-12). Im looking for afternoon or overnight shifts! This could include walking, feeding, or a play and potty break! Pets in my house are treated with the most love and care I can provide. Lots of playtime and sometimes naps when both needed. I’m confident in my ability to handle anything needed from my clients and to take care of your animals as if they were my own. While your pets are in my care, they will be the center of my attention, and will get lots of walks and playtime, and for senior dogs, lots of belly rubs.
About: If you need help with your pets, but don't want to leave them in just anyone's care, let me introduce myself. Hello, my name is Naomi! I am a veterinary technician who is looking to add some critters to my schedule. I grew up with a variety of pets and next door to my uncle’s dairy farm. I began pet sitting as a teenager and went on to pursue a degree in veterinary technology starting my senior year of high school. I like to have fun and goof around with your pet but also love to spend time relaxing and cuddling. I provide regular photo updates and communications. I will let you know that I have arrived shortly after I have taken care of your pet’s immediate needs such as going potty, and I always send a closing message after a pet sit. (***Please note that this account was originally made for Hannah (Gracie) and I to pet sit together. Currently, it is rare that Gracie will join me for pet sitting, but not impossible. If your dates coincide with dates that Gracie is able to assist me in pet sitting, you will have chance to meet her either at an initial meet and greet or virtually to ensure that you are comfortable with both of us. She is amazing! She just isn't as free as she used to be). I typically work 10-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week This makes me available to spend time with your pet in the mornings and in the evenings on those days. Dogs will get at least one walk per workday with other outside time as well. On off days I will have more time to go on long walks or multiple walks. Plenty of cuddle and playtime always! About: I love to go on adventures with dogs. I have been around friends and families dogs my whole life. I have done dog walks and potty breaks. I work 4 days a week and would love to help other families out with dog walking or potty breaks. I am looking for something for after work and on my days off. I will show up on time, complete the task as efficiently as possible. I love to play with animal so toys are always with me. I will always clean up any mess I make.

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs my entire life, giving me experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities. As an animal shelter volunteer, I’ve worked with dogs from different backgrounds and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive interactions. I’m active and able to keep up with high-energy dogs while also providing attentive care and companionship. My experience at adoption events has helped me become comfortable handling dogs in new environments and making sure they feel safe and supported. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care easily into my daily and weekly routine. I’m able to adjust my availability around bookings and make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, and care. At my home or a client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep pets comfortable and on their normal routine. I make sure they are fed on schedule, always have fresh water, and get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention based on their energy level. I prioritize safety, supervision, and creating a calm, stress-free environment. I’m also attentive to each pet’s personality, whether they need extra cuddles, structure, or space.

About: I have had a dog for 40 years, in addition to other pets. I love all animals (more than most people 😊) and I love spending time with them. In addition to owning pets, I have also volunteered for dog rescues. I have cared for friends’ animals as if they were my own. Currently, I am not working for the summer and have a very flexible schedule. I can carve out chunks of time to spend with animals to give them attention, food, and exercise. I will continue caring for animals in the same way that owners do in their household, following all rules, routines, and expectations. I am an active person and happy to take a dog for a walk or a run.
About: My family grew up with dogs and cats; the animals are treated as family. Pet sitting (and baby sitting) were part of the routine from early on. My Consulting work is done remotely, which makes my schedule flexible for Rover assignments, and, additionally leaves ample Time for getting out on the trails with tails. I enjoy being out-of-doors, and hope that some time outside is part of your furriends’ daily care plan. I believe in sticking to the schedule that clients have established with their animals for meals, toileting, play time and quiet rest.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets of all kinds since a young age. I have the ability to take care of multiple pets at once, including my three dogs Oliver, Cullen, and Suga. My priority is to make sure every dog I sit is shown proper care, love, and happiness. I have a very open schedule this summer. I do like to have some of my weekends to myself so I am unable to spend nights on weekends. I have open availability and am excited to meet some furry friends! Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I exclusively provide care in clients' homes to help pets stay in their familiar environment. Whether it’s walks, feedings, playtime, or just quiet companionship, I follow your pet’s schedule and preferences closely.I always take time to learn each animal’s needs, from medications to favorite toys or hiding spots. I can also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you're away.Your home is treated with the same respect and care I’d give my own—clean, secure, and just how you left it.

About: My name is Amelia and I am in college studying animal sciences. I have experience with dogs walking, cat and fish care, and would love to help you and your pets out in any way I can! I’m currently a full time student, so I can pop in and out mid morning and in between classes throughout the week. I will make sure the animal gets a good chunk of my time and attention and will make sure not to rush them. It’s important the animal is safe and stimulated while I am with them. If I am dropping in to feed or take care of your pet I will ensure a clean environment and that they are enriched until a caretaker returns. If I am taking your pet on a walk I will cater to the dogs temperament and endurance. The pet’s experience (and their bathroom/food needs) is optimized.

“Nicholas was a great caretaker for our 9 year old dog. He has a great backyard which our dog loved and a warm family environment. Nicholas was very flexible with us as our plans changed and he is extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend and we are going to rebook.”
