We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. “It was a last minute booking, but Cindy and her family were wonderful with my puppy. She had a blast at her place with her Shitzu pup. Great communication, daily update, and very patient with my puppy. Definitely rebook in the future!”
“Alexsys provided us with the best dog care on Rover! We initially had a last minute notice from the previous sitter who had to cancel on us. Alexsys was quick to reply and get us booked. My dog Chase had an amazing time! Alexsys always provided us with pics and updates everyday day, something previous dog sitters didn’t provide unless I asked. She was very friendly and I cold tell my dog liked her. When we can to pick up my dog, we had forgotten his dog bowls. Alexsys was kind enough to drive 30mins to our house and deliver them. She really cares about her clients! We will definitely be using her services again!!”

“We recently moved to NOVA from Midlothian and had to find a new Rover Ally to watch our 2 sweet Goldens- We used someone who lived in the same town and it did not go well at all so we were very nervous about leaving them again with anyone else. I can hands down say this was one of our best Rover experiences ever!! Joel and Janelle have a beautiful place with a large grassy fenced yard! They sent periodic incredible “action” pictures and our Goldens did not seemed stressed at all when we picked them up. We are looking forward to our stay with them early next month.”

“Gabby had to put up with a spoiled rotten cat! Skittles is the most unsociable cat there is. But everyday without fail she sent me a message that he was eating drinking and still hiding out in his room. She left her house open for Skittles to wander around in but he preferred hiding in a hole he created in her couch🤦 I cannot say enough good about this young mother of 4 beautiful children. She is now out family preferred sitter.”

“If you're ever looking for a place for your fur kids to stay while you go out of town, I highly recommend Laura. I have 2 neurotic cats; 1 has CH that does not like getting confined in crates/small place and the other is spicy/moody. The stay was short with a (somewhat) unusual request, but Laura took them all in stride and went the extra mile to look after Sam and Cloud. Definitely one of my best rover experience and would not hesitate to ask her again in the future.”

About: I love dogs and can't wait to take care of your furry friend! I have a large home, plenty of room for your dog to stretch out. I have a yellow lab/golden retriever mix who is very friendly. I have a fenced yard (about half an acre) and another 9 acres of unfenced area. I work from home during the week, so will have plenty of time for walks, play-time, etc. I am good with all ages/sizes. I will ensure your dog is comfortable and safe, and has plenty of attention! I work from home so am always around to care for your pets! Will have plenty of potty breaks and play time. If I have to step out I can crate your pet or not, whichever you prefer. I have a fenced in yard I work from home so am always around to care for your pets!
