About: Hi all! I am interested in doing some petsitting to find some dog friends for my pup. I am not a full-time dog sitter, however, I'd like to find some more dogs that my dog will play with & hopefully build some puppy friendships. I live in Broadlands and WFH. I work from home & my dog is cage free all day. We usually do a longer walk in the mornings (between 6-7am) and play outside when it's cooler, then a short walk around lunch time, and another walk around sunset. Bedtime is around 9:30 in our house. Ideally I'd like to find other low-medium energy dogs that play well with my dog and can be trusted to free roam/play around my townhouse while I work. We go out for lunch time play around the neighborhood so good leash manners is a must.

About: Hi! I’m a work-from-home mom of three amazing boys, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm, so being around animals wasn’t just a hobby — it was a way of life. I’ve owned pets my entire life and have also fostered many dogs over the years, so my boys have grown up learning how to properly handle, respect, and love animals. We recently lost our sweet dog last year and are taking a little break from owning one, but our home feels happiest with paws around. “Our 70-pound lab/hound mix, Donny, just stayed with Maria for the second time and the experience was once again excellent. Maria is very responsive and communicative, sharing updates and photos throughout the stay. Normally Donny stays with family when we travel, but when they are unavailable it’s great to still be able to travel knowing Donny is having a good time and being well taken care of.h”

“Jill and Sean were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Gideon. They graciously agreed to a day trial run, which meant so much to us as we navigate some changes in his life. Since the passing of our older dog, Dino, Gideon has struggled with being separated from us and can become quite anxious at drop-off. Jill and Sean were incredibly patient, flexible, and comforting when Gideon became upset. They took the time to help him settle in and made him feel safe and cared for. Throughout his 7-hour stay, they sent thoughtful updates and photos that reassured us he was adjusting well and receiving lots of attention. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Gideon’s well-being and understood that every dog has unique needs. Their kindness and compassion gave us tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful for the excellent care they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and loving pet sitters. Our hound sometimes has anxiety during new experiences but she was so well cared for that she felt immediately at ease when we arrived and through the whole visit.
