I liked that they only take a few dogs a day to reduce exposure and ensure they are all being watched. I loved the occasional photo and video updates, which her other daycare doesn't do it all. “Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I always keep extra dogs supplies in my truck at all times as I have been known to that guy who stops traffic to try to rescue a dog. I've done this probably 6 or 7 times.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I’m comfortable with boarding, walks, drop-ins, feeding, meds, playtime, and senior pups who need a little extra love. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and can fit in visits when your pets need them. I can usually accommodate same-day or last-minute drop-ins, and I’ll make sure your pets get attention on your timetable. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment for every visit. I follow all your instructions carefully, from feeding to exercise routines, and will treat your pets with the same love and attention I give my own. About: I have been an animal lover & owner my entire life. I've always had a dog along with the occasional hamster, cat, guinea pig, lizard, hermit crab, rabbit, bird & fish. I love animals especially dogs. I am very comfortable with large breed dogs as well as smaller dogs too. I like to think the bigger the dog the more loves & cuddles you get.🥰 I've volunteered for rescues over the past 10 years & have fostered both dogs & cats. I'm very excited to meet new animals and their owners. I currently have 1 dog & 3 cats. I try to stick to your animal's schedule so they continue with their normal routines. I make sure your animal is given lots of attention & play time. I will show your animal affection & lots of play time & snuggling if they enjoy that. I've never met a dog that hasn't liked me....big or small.

She regularly sent us pictures and updates on how Juniper was doing and we were happy to see what a great time our dog was having. “We recently moved to NOVA from Midlothian and had to find a new Rover Ally to watch our 2 sweet Goldens- We used someone who lived in the same town and it did not go well at all so we were very nervous about leaving them again with anyone else. I can hands down say this was one of our best Rover experiences ever!! Joel and Janelle have a beautiful place with a large grassy fenced yard! They sent periodic incredible “action” pictures and our Goldens did not seemed stressed at all when we picked them up. We are looking forward to our stay with them early next month.”

“Cannot recommend Leslie enough! She took such amazing care of Cash. From the moment she met him at the meet and greet thru the stay I’ve never felt more comfortable trusting my pup with someone. Cash loved her spacious back yard, lounging around, and the long walks/runs. She even had a special treat for him since he was staying with her during Christmas. I had to say “Let’s go home” three times because he wasn’t ready to leave. So thankful for Leslie’s attentiveness, communication, and care!”

“What can I say? Sarah was fantastic! The whole experience was so easy and wonderful for our dog. Sarah was flexible and very responsive. Super accommodating. She kept us supplied with lots of updates and photos during the whole visit. Our hound sometimes has anxiety during new experiences but she was so well cared for that she felt immediately at ease when we arrived and through the whole visit. Sarah and her wonderful family took such good care of her that I would absolutely want my dog to stay with her again. Highly recommend!”
