“Michelle was AMAZING with my dog. My dog is a special needs dog. (He can't do stairs, has anxiety accidents, needs medication, etc.) I so rarely leave my dog with anyone else because of this. But Michelle didn't make any of his needs feel like a burden. Her and her family were so warm toward him and very attentive to his idiosyncrasies. He got along with the kids, who were sensitive to his need to warm up to people. He ran around the house and was so happy to be there with the family. Michelle sent updates multiple times a day with pictures/videos and a report on how he was doing: if he went to the bathroom, what he ate, and what his mood was like. I will be booking with her again and will very easily recommend!”

We had a meet and greet to ensure our dogs got along, and I was able to meet her at her home in advance to see where my dogs would be staying. She asked thoughtful questions about my dogs' needs and made sure I had peace of mind while I was on my trip. She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. My dogs have a somewhat significant age range - one is 1.5 years old and the other is 8.5, and she was able to cater to both of their activity levels to make sure they had a fulfilling experience. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. My dogs have a somewhat significant age range - one is 1.5 years old and the other is 8.5, and she was able to cater to both of their activity levels to make sure they had a fulfilling experience.
