About: I have had my own dogs since my early 20’s, and I’d probably have about ten more if I could. Everyone in our family has dogs, ranging from tiny Yorkipoos to big ol’ lab mixes, and I love them all! I currently have one rescue pup, Russell, who is 19 different breeds! We even have a doggie door for pups to come and go outside to the back yard as they need or want to. We have one 5-year old dog who gets along great with other pups. Usually when we dog sit, we have the visiting pup have a home base in our daughter’s room where they can be fed separately, have peace and quiet, and enjoy the best air conditioning in the house! We are a dogs on furniture house, and she even loves to let the dogs we are sitting sleep in her bed with her if they want. Your dog should expect many pets and snuggles at our house! About: Hi! My husband and I have both had dogs since we were young kids. We currently have a senior dog (female) and a puppy (male 11months). Both are Australian shepherds. We also have two kids (6 and 8). We have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and needs. :) We have a fenced in yard and our puppy would love someone to play with during the day. I am home with my kids pretty much all summer, so I’m available most of the day. Dogs will need to be good with other dogs and young children as well as spayed/neutered. About: I’ve been an avid animal lover my entire life. My family has always had at least 2 pets at any given time and in the past 4 years we have fostered close to 80 pups! I’m currently working towards my CCTBS certification (certified canine training and behavior specialist). I’ve worked at dog daycares as well as the SPCA. I do like to practice working on manners like jumping when someone comes in, or proper leash etiquette etc. If you crate your pet, I will follow those guidelines you have set in place. If your pet has specific cues, like waiting in a sit before they eat their meals, I’m more than happy to implement those! In each and every visit, I like to take the time to give the animal and the home a once over to make sure everything looks good and safe before I leave.
