About: I have cared for animals since I was little. We have had all kinds of pets from (hamsters, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, and cats). My 12 year old daughter loves animals and has worked over the years with dog sitting for hours at their house and walking the dogs in our neighborhood. I am a teacher. I am off during the summer and we are home every day. Even if I am not here for a few hours, I have two responsible tweens that are very capable of loving and caring for your pet. We live in a duplex with a mid size back yard. It is not fenced in, but I can put them on a long leash if needed for running. We also have a mile long road that makes a circle of our neighborhood. Even though our subdivision is under construction, we will have a pond and a play area for our dogs to play. We also are able to crate if needed. We have a small dog of our own that would love company and we have a guinea pig that stays in the living room in a fenced in area (which we can put in a cage in a bedroom if needed). Our dog is not crated and is allowed on the furniture and sleeps in our beds.

About: Just the 2 of us. Our sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge, and while we’re not quite ready to get another dog, we love making new paw friends! We both work from home, and have opposite schedules when leaving the house, so one of us is normally home! About: Owner of a 501c3 animal rescue, I’ve worked with all types of critters. I’ve taken classes in wildlife rehabilitation, worked in dog training centers, and been employed in the county of LA handling overflow cases from Animal Control. I recently left my career behind to purchase a farm and dedicate myself full time to animals. Picking up a bit of work during the transition/ relocation to the farm. I own cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, fish, and a rabbit. I have a well practiced routine with my critters, leaving me open to help others with their babies. I have a few hours during the week I am unavailable due to helping out at a dog training facility (9 hrs/ wk). I am able to administer medications, spend time with more difficult or sensitive pets (plenty of patience for animals), and even implement any training techniques you’ve been working on with your babies. I am a work-from-home High School teacher, so I am available 24/7 to spoil your dog! We have an invisible fence, but I'll leash your dog for backyard adventures. We love hiking and neighborhood walks, which I can schedule for your pet, per your preferences. I have 2 dogs, who can be separated from yours, as needed. I have .5 acres, surrounded by an invisible fence. Leashes are used on all walks and a doggie seat belt will be used in the event that we need to travel by car.

I live in an apartment and I'm currently only available to do boarding with one dogs but will consider two if they are bonded pair. before any boarding or housesitting services confirmed, I require we meet in person to ensure all the details are understood and that your dogs are OK with my dog. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, and chickens. I have been responsible for taking care of them throughout my childhood. In high school, I would dog sit for neighbors and family friends. In college, I would house sit as well as walk dogs. I currently have 1 dog of my own. I have cared for elderly dogs who require additional care as well as anxious dogs that need that extra attention and reassurance. I am home for the summer before going to law school and my schedule is very open and flexible! I love spending times with dogs and animals, so I am eager to do so this summer. My personal dog is fairly anxious and attached so I care for her by crating her when leaving for more than a couple of hours as this is a safe soothing place for her. My family’s dog is less anxious so she is fine by herself. Generally, I walk them once a day through the neighborhood, occasionally take them to dog parks, and play in the backyard with them. We have a doggy door so they go in and out frequently, but I have house sat and dog sat animals in apartment complexes where I would to take them out frequently during the day.

About: I am an animal lover, from cats and dogs, to rabbits and gerbils! I have two dogs of my own who I love to look after and spend time with. I am a responsible, caring, and considerate person who will always prioritize your comfort and convenience- and your pet’s comfort! I am a rising 3rd year college student at the University of Virginia. I have flexibility this summer, as I am taking a summer course and doing research. I am respectful of your spaces if I were to dog sit, but live in an apartment so can not offer pet boarding long-term.

“Hillary is a great sitter. A dog lover, she was so engaged and involved with our 2 Goldens during the week they stayed with her and her family. She sent multiple pictures, videos, and texts every day. The dogs were in great shape when we picked them up and it was clear that that they had been very well cared for. It is so comforting to know that your beloved pets are in good hands and Hillary exudes that type of confidence in her care. We are empty nesters and could tell from the videos and pics that the dogs loved playing with her children. I highly recommend Hillary!”

They walked him often, gave him lots of attention, sent us lots of updates and pictures, made him home cooked healthy treats (!), and overall went above and beyond to take care of our pup. “Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

“Jenny was great! This was our first time leaving our dog at someone else’s house for the weekend and I couldn’t be happier than having him stay with Jenny! She was very on top of responding to messages and sent plenty of pictures while we were away. Our dog has not yet learned to be off leash, so she had a great idea to let him roam around and play in the closed off barn with the other dogs. He came super happy and worn out.
