“I couldn't be happier with Stacey and the way she cared for my Gonzo. I am always apprehensive leaving Gonzo with someone new, and I've never left him with a sitter who had dogs bigger than he is. But Stacey just loved on Gonzo and made him feel safe and comfortable in her home. He had full access to her huge fenced in yard, a private room for when he wanted alone time, and he spent most of the day on Stacey's heels, or cuddled up next to her on the sofa. Stacey keep me posted daily with photos and little tidbits of info that made me feel comfortable that he was doing just fine for the 4 days we were away. The thing that impressed me most was that on the day we arrived to pick Gonzo up and take him home, while we were packing up his belongings, he leaped up onto Stacey's lap. Clearly, he was very comfortable with her! I highly recommend Stacey and we will definitely use her again.”

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!
About: As a child, I had a small dog named Nike! She was the cutest little Shih Tzu. Having her at a young age taught me responsibility first and foremost, but it also taught me how to appreciate and be patient with animals. About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. In high school and throughout college - even now I was always the one friends and family relied on to care for their pets while on vacation or otherwise out of town. Our home has a lovely fenced backyard where your dog can frolic and join us in a game of fetch. We have 1 friendly terrier who would love a doggy friend! We also have 1 reclusive cat and a 4 month old baby - please no dogs that would have issues with them in the home.
About: I've had dogs since I was 5 (I'm 36). Cats I never had my own-- although I am getting kittens very soon :) -- but I have pet-sit for 2 cats of a good friends for 9 years whenever he left town. I also had a neighbor with anywhere from 7-15 cats growing up, and many (but not all) of those cats loved me. I am looking to build this into a primary source of income. I have closed weekends per the default availability, but please inquire and I will do my best to make time on weekends as well. I allow them to explore my house supervised in order to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their surroundings. “I couldn't be happier with Stacey and the way she cared for my Gonzo. I am always apprehensive leaving Gonzo with someone new, and I've never left him with a sitter who had dogs bigger than he is. But Stacey just loved on Gonzo and made him feel safe and comfortable in her home. He had full access to her huge fenced in yard, a private room for when he wanted alone time, and he spent most of the day on Stacey's heels, or cuddled up next to her on the sofa. Stacey keep me posted daily with photos and little tidbits of info that made me feel comfortable that he was doing just fine for the 4 days we were away. The thing that impressed me most was that on the day we arrived to pick Gonzo up and take him home, while we were packing up his belongings, he leaped up onto Stacey's lap. Clearly, he was very comfortable with her! I highly recommend Stacey and we will definitely use her again.”

About: For the last 5 years, I've been volunteering care for a herd of goats on Gillie's Creek Park. I am also the primary farm sitter for several friends' homesteads and a frequent pet sitter for friends and acquaintances. I have a broad range of experience: handling elderly animal care, newborn feeding/monitoring, pet anxiety, unique medication/feeding schedules, and general care for most farm/domesticated animals. I have a deep love for animals and their welfare with a desire to assist you and your pet in any way possible. I'm currently working part-time with a very flexible schedule. Typically not away from home for more than 3 hours at a time during marked available hours. My schedule can be adjustable if coordinating in advance. If caring in your home, I ensure that all items are back where they were originally left and that all feeding bowls and areas accessed are cleaned and organized. My home has a fenced-in yard, plenty of plants, natural lighting, and no other pets to contend for attention or food.
