About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. I moved to Richmond a few months ago to begin graduate school, but because my roommate is allergic to dogs, I had to leave my own dogs with my parents. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats all my life and have always had pets since I was a kid. I’m really friendly with my friends’ pets and sometimes I’m more excited to see their pets than them😂. I’ve watched over some of my friends’ pets from time to time (cats and dogs). I have experience with both small dogs and large dogs as my one dog is a miniature dachshund, and my other is a Great Dane/German Shepherd Mix. About: I frequently dogsit for friends and family, and I've had my soul-dog for 5 years! She's a rescue shepherd-husky mix and has taught me SO much about training and caring for a smart, high-energy dog! She's entering her senior years and has slowed down a lot, which means I have more time in my day to care for other pups, whether it's a check-in, walk, or boarding in my home. I have a fenced front and back yard, and with my location in Church Hill, there are countless places to walk and explore. I currently work from home 95% of the time! The other 5% is a mix of working at coffee shops and going in to my work's coworking space, but I'm never away from home for more than 8 hours a day. My days are very flexible and I'm happy to work around you and your pup's schedule! I have a fenced front yard that is grassy and a shady, fenced back patio/yard that pups can run around in. I only take 1 boarding or day-care client at a time, so your dog gets my full attention (alongside my pup!). Your dog must be friendly around other dogs for boarding or day care.
