One of my cats is a tripod therefore needs extra attention. The other cat is an orange boy so you know he’s a handful. I am in between jobs so I have plenty of time watch your pup! My husband also works from home 2 days a week. NO CHILDREN in the home. I have a very large quiet yard to let your dog out to play (fenced in) . I have room to set up crates and food stations. Must be friendly towards other dogs and ok with being crated during bedtime.

For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. Inside I will do the same with my cats.

About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. Less than a year after moving out to attend college I got my own puppy (Havanese). 12 years later I found myself getting a second dog after my parents and a sibling adopted her other 2 sisters (English Cream Golden Retriever puppies). About: With the exception of a few years during college, I have always had animals in my life! I grew up always having a cat and a dog in the house and taking progressively more responsibility for their care as I got older. Now, I'm owned by two dogs (a boxer mix and a lab mix) and two cats, one of which followed my boxer and I home one day and decided to stay. They are by far the best part of my day. With all these fur babies, I've run the gauntlet of pet care challenges, from pilling cats, to dealing with allergies, to working on behaviors like marking and excessive barking. I don't claim to have it all figured out, but what I do know is that it's made me incredibly patient and compassionate with any animals in my care. Plus I've learned a trick or two along the way! I currently work for myself (from home) as a research consultant. While I do have periodic meetings throughout the week, I usually have a significant amount of flexibility in my schedule during the mornings and afternoons. I often find myself going out on multiple long walks throughout the day and generally finding any excuse I can to be outside. So why not use that time to hang out with some new animal friends? My flexible schedule means that I can accommodate most any pet needs. I go for multiple walks every day both on my own and with my own dogs, so it's easy to incorporate lots of activity in your pet's day. I also have an enclosed front porch that we all love sitting outside in the shade on, just enjoying the fresh air. And on hot days, I even have a kiddie pool that one of my dogs likes to play in to cool off. Both my dogs are very friendly and would love to make new friends! One of my cats even enjoys horsing around with the dogs. My dogs have free reign in the house, but usually hang out with me. I'm happy to have your dog(s) make themself at home as well or to crate them if that's your preference.

My grandmother’s pets are on a strict schedule, and diet therefore I understand strict diet. I’ve worked on a farm so I have experience with farm animals, small pets, and some exotic animals. In the last two years, I’ve had two sets of puppies so I know what it takes to care of puppies. My Roxy was 13 year old when we had to put her down from old age, so I know what it takes to care for a senior dog. I’m currently not working, therefore I have plenty of time to cuddle, play and care with your pets. I can send pictures and/or videos thought your vacation for peace of mind! I like taking care of pets in their own house to make them feel as safe as possible. I will follow any rules or instructions you have for your house and pets.
About: I've watched pets of family and friends since I was a kid and always enjoyed it. I always make sure to spend plenty of time and give them as much attention as they want. For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. Inside I will do the same with my cats.

“We are so happy we found Laurie to take care of our 12 year old Aussie. After the initial meet and greet she was able to take him in for a few nights while we were on travel at the last minute. “Since our first use of Rover, this has been the best visit/offering of service thus far! Sonja &Phil maintained communication and provided photos throughout her entire stay, provided proper feeding (I always give a little extra and sitters would never have any to return), and she came back well and in good health (not the case on 2 occasions with another sitter). I appreciated that Roxy was still able to get outdoors in a enclosed area and I'm sure she did as well because she loves being outdoors. “Leslie is incredibly kind and attentive. She took my dog out for a lot of exercise, and kept him happy and safe while I was away. She provided plenty of photos and video updates and followed instructions to a T. She has a big backyard and comfortable looking house in a quiet neighborhood. My dog is usually pretty shy and can take a long time to warm up to new sitters, but he was right at home with Leslie. I would definitely recommend her to others, and plan to book with her again in the future.”
