“I was looking for a place to board Sake that was a mid-point between my home to Bryce Mountain to go skiing. I found Maki who was on the way to the slopes. She was very accommodating when I forgot the dry food (Mom Brain), but luckily I brought enough wet food for Sake's meals. I appreciate they were very patient with Sake trying to sleep in her crate at night while I am attempting to crate train her. I was worried she might be howling most of the night, but surprisingly, Sake ended up napping inside her crate after we got home today. This is a new behavior for Sake which I am so happy to see!!!! This is a good sign that she is dreaming of all the fun walks and attention she got from Maki and her family. She shared photos and informed me on all of her walks, her desire to chase a squirrel, and when she peed, pooped, finished her meals, got several belly rubs and chilled at the house. I highly recommend you go to Maki whenever you need boarding. She is conveniently located on the way to the slopes. Upon pick up, her son was kind to carry the crate out to my car and place it in my trunk. I noticed that Sake's belongings were neatly folded, cleaned and organized inside the overnight bag. Sake will definitely return when I need to go back to the mountains for the weekend or day when I am not able to bring her with me. Thank you for taking good care of her. When I see Sake sleeping well after her visit from boarding, that is a positive sign that she had an awesome time with the family.”

“This is an absolutely fantastic choice for a dog-sitter, in my mind. Leslie was loving, caring and she treated Frances, my terrier-dachshund with the closest and kindest attention—plenty of walks, balanced diet, happy human company to sleep with when she desired, and various places to rest—so Leslie passed those all those important measures.She also sent me photographs with comments fairly often, which delighted me and made me know that Frances was safe and happy! But then, of Great value was the fact that she always could find positive human companionship—her cousin came, and let Frances and another dog, sleep on his knee, looking utterly content, her roommate really liked Frances and showed it, and Leslie did too. AND there was always her dog, and then occasionally a neighbor’s dog or another client’s dog visiting for a number of hours. That was Heaven for Frances, and just what I was hoping for. A place where Frances could be, as Leslie put it, a member of a pack. NOT a large, in any way overwhelming pack, but a small pack, consisting of one or two or conceivably three other dogs, which she could be with. THAT and the essential human warmth which was very much present—was all I could dream of—and Leslie provided it. Thank you so, so much. I will definitely use her services again! Leslie is cause for peace of mind, great happiness and satisfaction for Frances and me.”
“Kristen was so great with our pups and made all requester accommodations. Her property really is a doggy paradise! We could tell how much fun our pups had when we came to pick them up. They were tired (in a good way) from playing and socializing. Kristen also has tons of dog gear, so no need to bring your own (unless they need their favorite toy, etc ?). We left our pups there for 2 weeks and they were clearly in great hands. We will be sure to use Kristen again!”

About: I have had 5 animals that I have taken care of over the past 18 years. I absolutely adore any cat or dog and know what it takes to make sure they are loved and cared for. I am reliable and trustworthy when it comes to making sure your animal is taken care of. I am currently in highschool but I will be done in June and going to college beginning of august. I can work weekdays starting after school and weekends during the day every weekend. I do have senior trips and college orientation in the summer so my schedule is not fully flexible. I feed, walk, and play with my dog who is 2 years old every day. I measure out specifically her dry food and additional wet food/chicken every day. I feed my two cats and refill their water every day. I also make sure they have enough play time/toys to fulfill themselves.

About: We have fostered dozens of little and not so little pups over the years and would be happy to care for your dog while you are away. Your dog will become part of our family during his stay and our dog is the best to make them feel welcome. We work from home so they are never left alone. The patio door is constantly open letting them roam in and out of the house as they pleased. They will get at least 2 long walks per day and they will be petted numerous amount of times. We have fostered puppies from 6 weeks old up to senior dogs and will adapt our activities to your dog's needs. About: Hi all! I am interested in doing some petsitting to find some dog friends for my pup. I am not a full-time dog sitter, however, I'd like to find some more dogs that my dog will play with & hopefully build some puppy friendships. I live in Broadlands and WFH. I work from home & my dog is cage free all day. We usually do a longer walk in the mornings (between 6-7am) and play outside when it's cooler, then a short walk around lunch time, and another walk around sunset. Bedtime is around 9:30 in our house. Ideally I'd like to find other low-medium energy dogs that play well with my dog and can be trusted to free roam/play around my townhouse while I work. We go out for lunch time play around the neighborhood so good leash manners is a must.

About: I have helped train and care for my own dogs since I was 8 years old. I have house sat, done drop in visits and walked dogs for neighbors and friends. Dogs always make me smile and I have done a lot of reading/research on how to train/care for your dog. I work part time so there is a lot of time in my day to care for dogs. I usually have a lot of time in the afternoon and the evening to feed them or walk them. I love to play with dogs and walk them. I am very active so I can do long walks with the dogs or just play some fetch. All dogs are different and need different types of attention and love.
About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life and have years of experience as a veterinary assistant and shelter aide. From giving medications to walking dogs of any size, I’m comfortable with it all. I’m especially patient with shy or skittish dogs and always help ensure they feel safe and loved. About: You want the best for your pup and we do too! We have a large fenced yard which allows for lots of potty breaks and playtime. We live a few miles from a dog park, and are a big outdoor family. We are firmly a no bed/furniture family, and hope your dog will be happy with his/her own bed and/or crate. My husband and I both work from home, so there are plenty of potty breaks throughout the day, as well as 2x daily walks. About: I have two fur babies that I love and care for very much! My husband and I are constantly on the go walking, running and playing with our 4 year old lab but also enjoy relaxing and snuggling up with our 6 year old cat. I grew up with dogs and cats in the family and have helped care for many friends' pets while they were away. I know how stressful it is to leave your animal in the care of another person so I promise to provide a safe and loving environment for your animal at all times. I’m currently a stay at home mom to my 2 year old daughter so I would be available for drop in services throughout the week and on weekends! I have a fully fenced in back yard and our dog is fully crate trained so I’m comfortable crating a dog if necessary. I’m comfortable using harnesses and retractable leashes when walking as my dog has used them.

“I was looking for a place to board Sake that was a mid-point between my home to Bryce Mountain to go skiing. I found Maki who was on the way to the slopes. She was very accommodating when I forgot the dry food (Mom Brain), but luckily I brought enough wet food for Sake's meals. I appreciate they were very patient with Sake trying to sleep in her crate at night while I am attempting to crate train her. I was worried she might be howling most of the night, but surprisingly, Sake ended up napping inside her crate after we got home today. This is a new behavior for Sake which I am so happy to see!!!! This is a good sign that she is dreaming of all the fun walks and attention she got from Maki and her family. She shared photos and informed me on all of her walks, her desire to chase a squirrel, and when she peed, pooped, finished her meals, got several belly rubs and chilled at the house. I highly recommend you go to Maki whenever you need boarding. She is conveniently located on the way to the slopes. Upon pick up, her son was kind to carry the crate out to my car and place it in my trunk. I noticed that Sake's belongings were neatly folded, cleaned and organized inside the overnight bag. Sake will definitely return when I need to go back to the mountains for the weekend or day when I am not able to bring her with me. Thank you for taking good care of her. When I see Sake sleeping well after her visit from boarding, that is a positive sign that she had an awesome time with the family.”

“Kristen was so great with our pups and made all requester accommodations. Her property really is a doggy paradise! We could tell how much fun our pups had when we came to pick them up. They were tired (in a good way) from playing and socializing. Kristen also has tons of dog gear, so no need to bring your own (unless they need their favorite toy, etc ?). We left our pups there for 2 weeks and they were clearly in great hands. We will be sure to use Kristen again!”
