About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, growing up in a home with multiple pups of all sizes. From feeding and bathing to long walks and playtime, I’ve always been hands-on in making sure they’re happy and well cared for. In addition to dogs, I’ve also raised birds, turtles, and fish, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals. The best part? Your fur baby is there when you get home. Your home will also have that "lived in" look. Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. I have taken care of my parents dogs when they are out of town and have stayed at many client’s homes the past several years to care for their dogs while they are on vacation. I would feed them twice a day and give potty breaks before and after work. I work for GCPS from 745-315 so I would be available for afternoon / evening drop-ins / walks and any days that school is closed. I love spending time with dogs and cats, whether it's outside playing or cuddling in the house. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I work on the Goochland County Public Schools calendar from 745-315 Monday - Friday unless other wise stated on the calendar. I would be available all day on the days school is closed. I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. I enjoy cuddling and petting with pets, if that is what they enjoy.

“I have to admit I was very nervous leaving my dog, Zeus with Robin when we went on vacation. However, Robin was great with Zeus. She texted, and sent pictures of Zeus daily.
