“Our previous sitter told me they are moving, which prompted me to search for a new sitter. I decided to try Rebecca, and am I glad I did! I was happy with our first sitter, but LuLu spent her time there just sniffing their yard and snuggling up on the couch with the sitter. She barely ate and wouldn't play with their dog. It was such a delight to see how happy LuLu was at Rebecca's place. She ran around the yard like I haven't seen her do since she was a puppy. When Rebecca thought LuLu needed a rest and brought her inside, LuLu whined to go back out, so out she went for more running around! Finally, she took a nap on the couch, then got up and ate all of her dinner. Then she settled down chewing on her toy until we came back for her. She was happy to see us, but gave Rebecca a tail wag when they said goodbye. I'm so glad LuLu found a place where she can thrive when we're gone. Now I won't hesitate to book a vacation! Rebecca was very attentive to the history I gave her about LuLu and my instructions about her routine and fears. We did a Meet & Greet on short notice, and Rebecca showed LuLu and me her back yard and inside her house. She assured me that she would never give LuLu an opportunity to run away. The way Rebecca gave me updates all day long assured me that LuLu was being well cared for and was having a great time. Rebecca is definitely Lulu's new sitter. I couldn't be happier with her care.”

About: I worked for a pet walking company doing a little bit of everything. I have walked dogs (sometimes multiples) and done many drop in visits for potty breaks and play times and feedings. I have an extremely flexible and open schedule due to being a stay at home mom the last few years. I would be available for drop in services at most times. Currently my parents own an English Lab and a Chow Chow/ German Shepherd mix. Our first dog, Molly, inspired the paw tattoo on my inner wrist. I miss her every day. As for my cats: They have a separate space- but they’ve made friends with many of my repeat clients: Belle, Butters, Nova, Larry, Leroy, Doris, and many more! I am home Sat& Sun & after work (3pm) on Monday-Friday. I have a crate here in case your pup needs one while I am at work. I have a large, fenced in yard that dogs love to run and play fetch in. My home is comfy and dogs are allowed on / in any space in my home (we share furniture in these parts). I am very responsible and have pet sat in others homes multiple times. I do tey any walk every 3 to 4 hours or as needed My yard is not fenced in but I have 3 acers of land .Plenty of room for walking and no traffic around. I don't mind doing baths
About: I have had the pleasure to take care of animals my whole life. After going to boot camp I realized how much animals actually give you peace of mind on a daily basis and I have taken care of neighbors animals and family ever since. I have plenty of space for animals of all sizes and a fenced in yard for dogs who need to run. I love to go on walks as I am very active and have to keep my 2 mile up always. I am also very patient for kitties who just want to lay around and sleep. If given the opportunity I would love to spend my time with the animals you love. I am in the national guard so I work 1 weekend a month and the rest is free! I am currently trying to make animal sitting an everyday thing so I can work out any times needed. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space inside as well. I have a doggy door for smaller dogs but I can let the bigger ones out just as easily. I do have a cat that is very friendly but she can go in my room if needed. There is room in my house to play and room for an animal to be alone if they wanted or needed

About: I have had a dog for 8 years and have taken care of him. In addition, I have interacted with many different kinds of dogs and volunteer at the Roanoke and Montgomery County shelters. I currently attend college, but whenever I am home I take care of my dog. I take care of him daily, and I pay attention to his needs I walk my dog, feed him, give him water, play with him, brush him, clean and moisturize his paws, and make sure he is up to date on medications
