Maggie responded very quickly and was able to look after my Piper. Piper can get a little nervous around other dogs but Einstein was super gentle and sweet so she was just fine. Not only did Maggie take care of Piper, but so did her family, which Piper loved! She got so many snuggles from everyone and I have the pictures of it… which is another great thing about Maggie. She will send you pictures throughout your pups stay which I appreciated SO MUCH! I have never left Piper with anyone before so was very nervous about it. Getting picture updates was great and Piper looked so happy in every single one! And she really loved going for a walk with Maggie and Einstein! About: I am open to caring for any and all pets. As someone who currently has 3 Great Pyrenees, an Austrian Kelpie puppy, and other pets, I am experienced in all areas and types. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, cared for and dog sat for over 15 years while being a nannny. I've had two dogs of my own as well. My family and I have recently lost our beloved pup and are desiring to spend time with yours to get all the dog snuggles and love we can! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. We are home daily and most weekends. We love for your sweet pup to hang with us during the day or stay with us during a vacation or long weekend away. We do not have a fenced in yard but have 2 acres of property that we would leash your dog and take for walks around the property. About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. And im usually solo on my travels I will stay in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your fur babies. I will follow all your instructions and love them as my own

About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I love dogs (maybe more than people lol) and whenever there’s a dog around me my heart melts and I just want to play with them and take care of all the pups!! I am currently a teacher and work Monday-Friday. I walk and/ or feed the pets I’m worked with before work and then again after work as well as play time. About: I’ve worked in pet care professionally for 9 years, 4 of those years being spent in veterinary medicine. I approach pet care in ways that makes the pets most comfortable and value building relationships with the pets as much as I do my clients. I have an academic background in public health and am currently pursuing higher education with the end goal of earning a DVM. I am currently working full time at an animal hospital in Newport News, making my schedule more limited than it used to be for my pet sitting clients. My schedule is more workable for households located in Deltaville, Topping, Gloucester, Glouster Point, Hayes and Yorktown. Morning and evening visits are possible all days of the week, mid day / afternoon visits are currently limited to weekends. Please reach out to ask about scheduling possibilities! Early AM (before 7:30AM) and evening (after 6pm) visits available all week. Afternoon / mid day visits are dependent on location and day, but open every weekend. I do not let dogs off-leash in non-fenced in areas or in spaces with dogs unfamiliar to yours. I require all dogs and cats to be updated on their rabies vaccines. I will not take an unaltered dog outside of his or her home, this is for the safety and wellbeing of your dog. If your dog struggles with behavioral issues and has a history of aggression, please include this in your message so I can help you decide the best options for your pet when it comes to meeting a new pet sitter. If your dog struggles with severe anxiety (this is very common!) please include some of the best anxiety-reducing practices for your dog (ex. favorite blanket, hiding spots, calming treats / jackets) in their care instructions so that they can have the best time possible without their favorite human.

About: I grew up in a family of animal lovers and have been surrounded by them ever since! I affectionately call my dog and cat "the boys" and am always working to make sure they have the best life possible. I was a dog walker in Richmond and worked with many different types of dogs and temperament's. From French Bulldogs who hate skateboards to a Great Pyrenes mix who just wanted to cuddle. I cared for my childhood dog when he had cancer and have had my current dog since he was a puppy, giving me experiences in the many stages of life and health. I've worked with a trainer and am familiar with best leash walking practices and reading dog body language. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am able to spend much of my time on pet care and services. I am happy to take your pets on "field trips" to my favorite local trails if that is something you're interested in. Safety is of upmost concern for me. Your dog will always be on a lead or in a fenced in backyard. I have experience with leash aggression so I will also prioritize avoiding other dogs on walks when necessary.
About: I've taken care of animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to chickens, ducks, and goats, since I was 13. In my senior year of high school, I took a veterinary science class where I did check-ups and grooming on all sorts of animals. (Dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, etc.) I feed, walk, and medicate animals for coworkers, family, and friends just about everytime I'm home from school! I plan on working part-time, so I will have limited times during the day to walk your dogs, but I will have plenty of time to go over and feed, medicate, play, empty litter, etc., after or before my shifts! We've got a super big yard, so plenty of room to run around and play. My doggies at home use an electric fence, but I'm used to walking other dogs on a leash, no problem! Additionally, my pups get along well with other dogs, so no issues in regard to company and territory!
About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals cats, dogs, fish, and even plants! I love to help my friends, family, and more with walking their dog, feeding their cat, or watering plants! I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. If i dog/cat sit for someone I go to their house 2 times a day to feed, walk, or whatever else I’m instructed to do.

About: I have taken care of other peoples pets since I was a teenager. I have done drop ins and over night care for dogs and cats! I know fur babies are family and I take very good care of them. I have two dogs and four cats of my own! I would love the chance to let your pet get out and potty/stretch during the day or evening while you’re away. I am currently a stay at home mom. I have a lot of free time during the week as well as weekends. I can be available during the times of 8:30am-7:30pm or additional times if needed! I have tons of experience with special needs pets, including special diets and administering medications. While getting paid to do something I love sounds amazing, safety is priority number 1. So go and enjoy yourself, I have everything under control 😉 While I do have to show up to my day job in order to maintain my cats life of luxury(and believe me he is demanding), I am an early bird so I can stop by first thing in the morning. About: I have grown up with animals. Dogs and cats are at the top of the list. I've been around domesticated animals all of my life. My first kittens at my young age was two siames kittens Who had 2 litters of kittens as well as having to toy poodle dogs, that had two litters of puppies twice. I must have been about 10 so it was from then that I have been loving & caring for fur babies.. Though I do not Own a dog or a cat right now, but look forward to owning some in my future.. I currently own a guinea pig. I just recently experienced the end of a pug/fur baby end of life. I took care of the pug for his last six months of life. Soon after that I boarded a beautiful pitbull for the weekend of mother's day. So to book with me, i'm sure I will have you covered.. Because I am home during the day I am a great fit for you fur baby. I love on your Fur baby while you are on occasion or just I'll have an a fun day. Because I am located across from freedom park in James City County, Williamsburg. I feel i'm in a great place to be able to get them out to go for walks and just run and play.
