About: I’ve taken care of dog for the last three years. I’m very trust worthy and compassionate when it comes to dogs, friends and family trust me with there pets I’m currently working during the week, but I’m available every weekend and also every Friday after 4:00 pm so I’ll have plenty of time to play with animals on weekends. I have a wide opened smoke free apartment so the pets could run freely and be comfortable. There is plenty of out door space also with a nature trail to walk.

Pet parents will be hard pressed to find a family that will take better care of your pet or give them as much love and attention. “Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”

I am experienced with giving your fur babies the medications that they may need and the amount of exercise they require. My pup requires a long walk every day so I am used to walking long distances if needed; it is completely up to you to decide! I have a SUPER friendly boxer. He plays very well with other dogs, big and small. He loves all dogs, humans, cats, you name it. I also currently foster for a Belgian Malinois rescue and have a ~2yo mal foster. She is also friendly and does well with dogs but prefers neutrality. If your dog isn’t friendly or prefers alone time, that is also fine! I am easily able to separate dogs so that they can have a neutral environment. I work from home currently, so I am available to take the pups out whenever they need. My dogs usually get a long walk (1-4 miles) and any dogs I watch are welcome to join! If they cannot handle a longer walk they can get a shorter walk before or after my dog’s walk. I leave for about an hour a day to work out or run errands. At most I’m gone 2 hours from my house. I live in a neighborhood and have a semi large yard. My yard is not fenced but I have long lines (leashes) that I will take your dog out on to run and get exercise if they do not prefer walks. They will always be supervised and on-leash outside to prevent any accidents!

“Sarah was a wonderful fit for our new fur baby Brinx! Brinx is only 7 weeks old and Sarah treated him as her own! She updated me and sent me pictures of their time together. As a new puppy owner she was kind enough to give me so many pointers when training my little guy. This was my first time using Rover app and i am so happy to have experienced Sarah.
