About: I have owned dogs for over 25 years. I currently have two younger dogs, a 2 years old Goldendoodle and a 1 years old Bernedoodle. Prior to them we had two labradoodle sisters. About: Hi all! I am interested in doing some petsitting to find some dog friends for my pup. I am not a full-time dog sitter, however, I'd like to find some more dogs that my dog will play with & hopefully build some puppy friendships. I live in Leesburg and WFH. I work from home & my dog is cage free all day. We usually do a longer walk in the mornings (between 6-7am) and play outside when it's cooler, then a short walk around lunch time, and another walk around sunset. Bedtime is around 9:30 in our house. Ideally I'd like to find other low-medium energy dogs that play well with my dog and can be trusted to free roam/play around my townhouse while I work. We go out for lunch time play around the neighborhood so good leash manners is a must.

Having pets myself, my oldest dog being 11, I have experience in taking care of senior dogs but I also have a 3 y/o and have raised puppies myself so I am aware of everything that requires a young pup to a senior. About: My pup is an older King Charles clavier mix and the sweetest thing ever. She just had her 12th birthday and I have had her since she was 2! I also have experience with big dogs! My boyfriend has a German shepherd and a Rottweiler who I spend lots of time around. One of my roommates at school also has a cat who lives with us! About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have three Portuguese Water Dogs. I train and handle them in multiple dog sports such as agility and dock diving. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate. I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. About: Have only had 9 months total of my life without a dog or a pack of them by my side. Your fur baby will be fostered as one of my own; their walk, run, or potty break is all about them! About: I took care of my black lab for 8 years, including feeding, giving medications, bathing and walking. About: I grew up around animals all my life. Anything from reptiles to cows and horses. I love them all and treat them like my own. I can be out going and go on long walks or I’m perfectly comfortable having a cuddle buddy inside. Also a pretty good treat giver and belly rubs. I also took a vocational veterinary science class and can recognize illnesses and injuries and treat if able to. Have no issues staying overnight making sure animals get what they need wether it be potty breaks at midnight or just keeping them company. I will treat each animal like they were my own. My fiance is a great help and well educated on the pups that are in our home as well so if for any reason I’m not home he’s able to keep watch. I have a fully fenced in back yard and a super sweet dog to keep your pup company and to play with throughout the day. I can also crate your pups(s) if needed to help make sure they do not get into anything that they are not supposed when unsupervised.

“We have a Husky (Kalea) and she gets separation anxiety so we needed to find a home where she wasn’t crated. Kelly and her family are amazing with her and she became part of their family. Kelly sent me updates daily with photos and we could tell that Kalea was relaxed and having fun. Kelly has a big yard and a sweet little dog PJ that got along very well with Kalea. The whole experience was perfect and we were able to go away knowing Kalea was happy. Thank you Kelly!”

Since the passing of our older dog, Dino, Gideon has struggled with being separated from us and can become quite anxious at drop-off. Jill and Sean were incredibly patient, flexible, and comforting when Gideon became upset. They took the time to help him settle in and made him feel safe and cared for. Throughout his 7-hour stay, they sent thoughtful updates and photos that reassured us he was adjusting well and receiving lots of attention. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Gideon’s well-being and understood that every dog has unique needs. Their kindness and compassion gave us tremendous peace of mind.
