About: During college, I lived with cats, fostered several while they waited for their forever homes, and even cared for a small group of stray cats near my house by making sure they had food, water, and attention. About: Most of my experience was mostly personal with the numerous animals I had when I was growing up. But I also have experience with other friends or families' animals. During that, I have taken care of the dietary needs of pit bulls to Dachsund. I am currently a student meaning I can have more time taking care of your animals as I only will have homework and no job I have gates all around my house to avoid certain rooms to ensure no animals gets in anything. While in college, I worked at a veterinarian's office just to be around pets, and it was the most rewarding and fun job I ever had! I lost my beloved Cavalier two years ago and miss him dearly, but I'm not ready to own again. I really miss having a pet companion and have lots of love to share with your pets. About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of this year :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY thru SATURDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Sunday thru Tuesday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. Quality. Compassionate. Care. is what I provide pets. I want them to have the creature comforts that make them feel all warm and comfy and content.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for 6 years and a pet owner all of my life. A lot of experience with all kinds of animals. Cats are my favorite I’m currently retired so I am free for short notice trips and always reliable for well planned ahead trips. My schedule is completely open for bookings. I’m very experienced with typical animal behaviors. Very understanding of animal and love to teach ticks. I provide lots of snuggles also and treats that’s they’ll love.
