My dog went with them happily which set my heart at ease. This was the first time I had left him with someone other than family. I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!

The only block of the day I’m usually completely unavailable is from 2-6PM When caring for pets in clients homes you can expect the utmost respect for the home but also a willingness to learn how you usually handle your dog at home. Whether that is using the crate and having some more strict guidelines, or if it is a more relaxed environment.
About: I have loved animals all my life, and my experience has ranged from caring for my own pets, to short-term and long-term fostering for friends and military families. I have cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, birds and small livestock. I love them and treat them all as though they are my own. I am currently a currently a stay at home mom, and my children are now all school-aged. I care for my animals at home, and I have an open schedule, heart, and home to care for other animals. I have a about 1.3 acres of land with a dedicated (vinyl) fenced in area for dogs so I have plenty of room for outdoor playtime. Indoors, a few of my animals are crated at night based on their individual needs but all walk freely during the day. In your home, I am open to whatever is most comfortable for your pet.
About: I’ve always loved animals, I have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd and he is my whole world. I will treat your fur baby with the love, care, and attention that I show my own fur baby. When I’m watching your pet, they will be safe, happy, and have the best time! I currently work full time, but I am available late evenings on week days and all day on most weekends. I keep my routine simple and steady, and I’m usually around in the mornings and early afternoons before heading into work. I’m not someone who’s constantly on the go or juggling a million commitments—my life is more grounded in work, home, and taking care of my pets. That balance gives me a lot of consistency and time to focus on what matters day to day. I take safety and trust seriously when it comes to animals and their environment. In the past, I’ve crate-trained my dogs and learned how to create calm, structured routines that help them feel secure and well-behaved. I’m comfortable setting boundaries in a gentle but consistent way, depending on the needs of each pet. My home is also very pet-safe, especially because my current cat is extremely curious and determined to investigate everything. I’ve adapted my space to keep hazards out of reach and ensure it’s a safe, enriched environment where pets can explore without getting into trouble. I pay close attention to what they can access and how they interact with their surroundings, so safety is always built into the way I live with animals. 🐾
About: I have raised and my own boxer/lab since she was 6 weeks. She is now turning 7 and has a sweet kitty brother! I trained her myself and is a very confident, well mannered pup. I grew up with animals, have pet sat for many friends, and understand the individual care and understanding that each pet deserves. I work from home, (Mon - Fri) so my schedule is very flexible. I can easily adapt my schedule to your pets needs and be there when you want. I prioritize safety and trust by following the owner’s instructions, ensuring the pet’s comfort, and maintaining a hazard-free environment. About: Ever sense I was a kid I've loved taking care of any animal under the sun, and I still do. When I got my first dog I was so excited and loved him no matter what. I am currently not working so I have all the time in the world for your pets. I am avaliable on weekdays at anytime and will give your pets the attention they want. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes since I was just a kid. My partner Rex has also had dogs growing up. You can count on us to make sure that your pup is well cared for and loved while we watch them. Both myself and my partner have open availability and will be around. We will communicate with you should we need to step out for a moment for any reason. We have a dog of our own named Cap who is a lab/hound mix and four short hair cats (Anri, Mori, JoJo, and Astora). All of our pets have been fixed. When watching your pets we will ensure their safety and make sure that they are well cared for.

I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!
