About: The house my parents moved into when I was only 4 weeks old was unfortunately a dumping ground for unwanted animals. Before I could even walk, I was cuddling with any animal that showed up at our door. This instilled a passion within me that I can finally turn into a profession. From Rescue and fostering to training dogs and showing horses, animals have always been a huge part of my life. In addition to my Management degree, I have an Associate of Science Degree with a major in Animal Science and a specialization in Agriculture. While I have learned a tremendous amount of knowledge from multiple trainers, what I hold most dear is the ongoing information I take in from animal behaviorists such as Cesar Millan. Remember, when you first meet a strange dog practice NO TOUCH, NO TALK, NO EYE CONTACT! *LICENSED, INSURED, AND ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB!* (GMA Does, LLC) In my house we call it "FURniture" for a reason. However, I also believe all dogs (like children) needs rules, boundries and limitations. I find puppies, adolescent, and destructive dogs are actually happier if they are contained in my absense. Whether that means crated or in an outdoor yard depends entirely up to what they are used to. I offer personal in-home boarding so they feel my house is their "home away from home". I will maintain their normal routine as close to if not exactly. I have multiple crates in a range of sizes so if your baby is used to being crated, I got you covered! I also have baby gate hinges at every doorway to use as needed. My entire backyard is about a half an acre that is fenced in with a 6 ft chain length fence. I have it separated into two secured areas for exercise with the larger of the two having access to a dog door. Inside, one room is a dedicated cat room for litterboxes toys etc. The other two bedrooms will be dedicated safe spaces used for play, overnight stays, or whatever the situation calls for.

About: I've had a 91 lb labradoodle from puppy to now for about 4 years. I've also been told that my cat adopted me about 1.5 years ago. My dog is a happy go lucky guy who's never met a person or animal he didn't like. My cat is about 15 years old and requires injectable medication twice a day, so nothing scares me when it comes to medication. I've taken care of the odd African Grey Parrot from time to time as well. I take my dog out every morning, lunch time and several times in the evening for walks and play. Our cat needs medicine twice a day that requires an injection so I'm well versed in providing medication and taking care of animals with special needs. About: Hello! I am a licensed veterinary tech. I have extensive knowledge and background with all species and age ranges of animals. I am willing to walks, drop ins or board animals at my house! I currently only work overnights on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This leaves me very open during the day, especially during the week days! I am still available weekends, though. I have a fenced in yard, I keep animals and children separated for everyone safety and I also introduce other animals slowly. Animals eats apart and have their own toys.

About: I have plenty of space in a nice neighborhood to walk in. I've grown up around animals and and my spaniel loves to meet new friends. I work part time and I'm a full time dad so there's plenty of time and care to give. Transportation isn't a problem either if needed. I've had the same 2 sibling dogs and cat for many years and just lost 1 dog and cat to age, which is sad but they had great lives and very loved. Now find myself with more time and space to share.

About: The house my parents moved into when I was only 4 weeks old was unfortunately a dumping ground for unwanted animals. Before I could even walk, I was cuddling with any animal that showed up at our door. This instilled a passion within me that I can finally turn into a profession. From Rescue and fostering to training dogs and showing horses, animals have always been a huge part of my life. In addition to my Management degree, I have an Associate of Science Degree with a major in Animal Science and a specialization in Agriculture. I completed an AKC handlers’ course which focused on reading your dog’s body language to understand their needs. Being so heavily involved in rescue, I have history and experience in dealing with reactive and/or selective dogs. I have many safety features depending on the animals needs including crates, double hung baby gates and 6 ft chain link fence that is separated into two yards. After a successful 25year business management career, I am now turning my lifetime passion of animal care into a profession. This year I started up my own business, "G'MA DOES". I offer a range of services from dog walking and pet sitting to animal waste removal. I like to stay active! While I have learned a tremendous amount of knowledge from multiple trainers, what I hold most dear is the ongoing information I take in from animal behaviorists such as Cesar Millan. Remember, when you first meet a strange dog practice NO TOUCH, NO TALK, NO EYE CONTACT! *LICENSED, INSURED, AND ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB!* (GMA Does, LLC) In my house we call it "FURniture" for a reason. However, I also believe all dogs (like children) needs rules, boundries and limitations. I find puppies, adolescent, and destructive dogs are actually happier if they are contained in my absense. Whether that means crated or in an outdoor yard depends entirely up to what they are used to. I offer personal in-home boarding so they feel my house is their "home away from home". I will maintain their normal routine as close to if not exactly. I have multiple crates in a range of sizes so if your baby is used to being crated, I got you covered! I also have baby gate hinges at every doorway to use as needed. My entire backyard is about a half an acre that is fenced in with a 6 ft chain length fence. I have it separated into two secured areas for exercise with the larger of the two having access to a dog door. Inside, one room is a dedicated cat room for litterboxes toys etc. The other two bedrooms will be dedicated safe spaces used for play, overnight stays, or whatever the situation calls for.

About: I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at the age of 9 and have been caring for animals ever since. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m a teacher, so my summers give me full flexibility to care for your animals! I love to walk dogs on local greenways and trails. SCHOOL YEAR UPDATE: I’m still happy to provide boarding, walking, and drop in visits outside of school hours. I am unable to be home or care for pets from 7am-3pm each day. If your dog can be left for 8 hours, boarding continues to be available during the school year. I have a fenced in backyard where your dog can play. If they like to play with a buddy, my dog will be their best friend!
