“Hillary and her family are amazing! We live about 40 minutes away, but as soon as we got there, we immediately felt like their land was a perfect place for dogs to play. So, it was worth the drive! Hillary was so kind and her kids were very friendly. Daisy felt comfortable in their home right away. She had another puppy staying there over the weekend and her own dog Joshua. I was a little worried about how my puppy would do with other dogs and children, but seeing her play with them before I left was so comforting. Hillary has a background in puppy training and I could tell just by how she interacted with Daisy and the other pup. Hillary was great with communication and sent pictures every day! Daisy always looked happy and having a wonderful time! Most of the time, when I send Daisy somewhere, I feel sad knowing she’ll spend the majority of the time in a crate, but this was the complete opposite! About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. When we aren't hanging out in that room, our house has hardwood floors with many rugs to keep paws stable, and tons of dog beds(of all sizes) scattered around for comfort. For potty times, I have a spacious fenced-in yard with plenty of shade! Meal times are at your pet's schedule! I make sure to follow any feeding and medication schedules you provide. My husband works from home, so if I am delayed due to traffic from an errand or such, he can let the pups out to potty or give time-sensitive medications/feedings. Pups are crated or placed in a separate room for Meal times and during Potty rotations to ensure no one gets too rowdy and no one becomes aggressive over their food. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to do walks/drop ins pretty frequently throughout any day of the week. My best times would be before 12 and after 7 but I can typically do times in between as well with enough notice I would care for your pet in any way necessary by following any instructions you can give me. I have a leash tied to our porch rails for any dogs that I watch, or go outside with them on the leash to make sure they are safe. They are safe and comfortable in the house with lots of spaces to relax and play in, 4 bedrooms total.
About: Hello! My name is Ariana. I am very passionate about animals. I’m a Pre Vet student studying animal anatomy and animal psychology. I also have done volunteer work at veterinarian clinics, where I have experienced animals with medical conditions. I love working with all dogs and cat breeds. I’m professional and approachable. I spend my free time taking care of my eight-year-old cat. I love hiking, long walks, and traveling. I would love to meet and interact with your furry baby! About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have been dog-sitting since I was 12! My favorite part is taking dogs on multiple walks a day, it is such a strong point of connection and exercise for them! I’m currently working part-time while in graduate school, so my schedule is very flexible! I am off work during the summer, so more availability ! I make sure that I am gentle and warm when first meeting pets, to build the rapport! I also ensure to implement how the owners take care of their pet, so it feels familiar!
About: I love animals every one of them. It's very therapeutic to me. I don't have all of the experience as most people who are on here, however I'm very patient with animals I have grown up with animals my entire life and I've always enjoyed the responsibility of taking care of a pet. I go above and beyond for any animal,(including wildlife) every animal deserves dignity, especially when they are apart of a family. I am very calm even when animals may be fretted or not sure. It's all about body language. I have a lab and I enjoy taking him hiking, bike riding, and sometimes just simply loving the cuddles and kisses while relaxing. Animals love me I don't know what it is about me but I enjoy giving the I currently am in college at Liberty University, but I’m online, which gives me a lot of availability to care for and love on others pets. I’m not an animal whisperer by any means, haha, however, I feel like it sometimes. Animals in general but dogs really have a special place in my heart they are just drawn to me and I’m drawn to them. I pay a lot of attention to their body language. I think that’s super important. I am a jogger and love to be outside and stimulation for a dog is super essential in pet care and I always make sure that I’m not only giving tons of kisses and love while their hoomans are gone but ensure they are thriving and they feel safe and comfortable with me. It’s my only goal. They are amazing animals and while kennels aren’t a a terrible option, I find it more comforting to the animal to be in their own home.

“Hillary and her family are amazing! We live about 40 minutes away, but as soon as we got there, we immediately felt like their land was a perfect place for dogs to play. So, it was worth the drive! Hillary was so kind and her kids were very friendly. Daisy felt comfortable in their home right away. She had another puppy staying there over the weekend and her own dog Joshua. I was a little worried about how my puppy would do with other dogs and children, but seeing her play with them before I left was so comforting. Hillary has a background in puppy training and I could tell just by how she interacted with Daisy and the other pup. Hillary was great with communication and sent pictures every day! Daisy always looked happy and having a wonderful time! Most of the time, when I send Daisy somewhere, I feel sad knowing she’ll spend the majority of the time in a crate, but this was the complete opposite! Daisy basically got a vacation while we were gone. Haha. Thank you, Hillary! We really appreciate you!”

All the stuff I would have asked her, but she was right up front with everything. She explained her home life, her own pets, and how she was going to incorporate our pup into the mix. After a few messages and us both providing additional information, I just felt really comfortable selecting her to watch Reid. Drop-off and pick-up were very smooth processes. This was the longest we have boarded Reid, 10 days and he did really well and I attribute that to Alliyah and the environment he was in. “Trooper helped us out by boarding our recently adopted Shih Tzu Stanley over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our new fur baby came to us with somewhat severe behavioral issues and was not ready for a large get together with kids so we reluctantly decided to board him during our travels. After connecting with Trooper, we had every confidence that Stanley's aggressiveness would not be problematic during his stay, and were so pleased with how well he was cared for. We received updates and pictures and were so relieved he received a safe, warm and friendly place to stay. Trooper has a huge dog-friendly compound where his dogs and those who he boards have plenty of room for running and playing, and a fantastic heated kennel house where the dogs are safe and protected from the elements. We provided all of Stanley's food, treats and creature comforts so he would feel more at home, and he was in very good spirits when we came to retrieve him. We would definitely trust Trooper with Stanley or or other senior Shih Tzu in the future. Highly recommend!!!”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs throughout my whole life. I used to own a black lab named chance. When I was young, we took care of him and took him on walks. He was a very shy dog that we rescued. When I got older. I got a bichon her name is Lime. We’ve had her for 18 years now and she is a blessing to my life. We Walker go runs with take her to the groomers vets and much more to make sure that she is safe and having the best life she can. I’m a college student and huge dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently intern at WSET ABC 13 News, where I’ve developed strong communication, responsibility, and time-management skills. I have a tiny bichon named Lime who keeps life fun and energetic, and growing up I had a black lab named Chance, which helped build my lifelong love for animals. I enjoy spending time with dogs, going on walks, and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away! My main thing is to care for the dog as the client wants. I wanna make sure the dogs are exercised and also just happy overall. I’m available to do almost anything. The client wants to guarantee the happiness of your dog. As a fellow dog owner, I love my bichon. She’s such a blessing to me back home so I fully understand how far we’ll go to keep our little Furrey friends happy. (My bichon currently lives somewhere else)
