“Our pups had a wonderful time with Leslie. I knew they would when we did a meet-n-greet. She is a loving dog person and they knew it right away. Her home is beautiful and accommodates dogs - lots of toys, blanket to snuggle in or rest next to Leslie on sofa. Backyard is big and fenced in - a doggies dream backyard. Leslie sent fun pictures and kept us up-to-date on their potty breaks. She walked the pups on a walking trails near her home which my dogs loved. Hopefully next time they will get to see the Canadian geese which visit the local pond regularly. We are so excited that Leslie has started Rover sitting — she is a gem and we are already signing up for another daycare sitting. 🙏🐾❤️”

About: With the exception of a few years during college, I have always had animals in my life! I grew up always having a cat and a dog in the house and taking progressively more responsibility for their care as I got older. Now, I'm owned by two dogs (a boxer mix and a lab mix) and two cats, one of which followed my boxer and I home one day and decided to stay. They are by far the best part of my day. With all these fur babies, I've run the gauntlet of pet care challenges, from pilling cats, to dealing with allergies, to working on behaviors like marking and excessive barking. I currently work for myself (from home) as a research consultant. While I do have periodic meetings throughout the week, I usually have a significant amount of flexibility in my schedule during the mornings and afternoons. I often find myself going out on multiple long walks throughout the day and generally finding any excuse I can to be outside. So why not use that time to hang out with some new animal friends? My flexible schedule means that I can accommodate most any pet needs. I go for multiple walks every day both on my own and with my own dogs, so it's easy to incorporate lots of activity in your pet's day. I also have an enclosed front porch that we all love sitting outside in the shade on, just enjoying the fresh air. And on hot days, I even have a kiddie pool that one of my dogs likes to play in to cool off. Both my dogs are very friendly and would love to make new friends!
