They kept us updated with messages and photos, making it easy to relax knowing Gary was in such great hands. Since we were out of the country, their updates and communication meant even more. About: I’ve had experience taking care of small animals and big animals since I grew up with both. I currently have older dogs at the house but I also have a pup of my own here as well. I am currently not employed and love to work with animals so this is what I chose to do, I love taking care of animals and always have. I’m very used to taking animals out on walks, feeding them, and loving on them since that is what I do with my own. I treat others animals the same way I’d want mine to be treated.

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week so my availability will always be changing. But,I will try to keep my Rover calendar up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! The plan is is turn this into a full-time gig so I will have probably more availability as time goes on towards the end of this year, but I’m hoping to find some regular clients that will book with me on a consistent basis! About: I have built my life around loving and caring for animals. I have been with my local SPCA for 11 years and have been president for 8 years. My family has rescued and loved many animals throughout our lives and I would like nothing more than to extend that love to your pets. I am available at all times as I have retired and most of my SPCA volunteer work is done from my home. If for whatever reason I am not going to be there I will make sure you will be informed prior to my absence and my husband is available in the rare instance I am not. I have a dog boarding facility that can house up to 17 dogs of all sizes. There is a large outdoor play area and nice cozy accommodations including indoor and outdoor runs. Dogs have access to one on one play (including private walks) as well as group play depending on your preference and dog temperament.

About: I have been a pet owner most of my adult life and grew up having dogs and cats. Currently we help take care of friends and families pets while they are away and enjoy it so much!! As of January 2025 we will have a pup of our own so any pups we watch must be good with kids and other dogs. About: I am an animal lover and have been for my whole life. I have always had dogs and/or cats. I have experience in giving medication, both orally andinjections. As well as tube feeding fowl. I also have experience in small farm/homestead. Including chickens, ducks, horses, pigs, goats, etc... I would treat your animals like my own. I can also water plants, gather mail, etc... In cases of house sitting for a week or longer (6+ nights), I am happy to travel within 200 miles. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any request. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule to be able to care for your pets when and how they need it. I’ve worked as a pet uber (with a company called Leash) and volunteered at shelters, socializing events, and cat rescues for several years, so I’m used to interacting with all kinds of pet personalities and ages. From shy snugglers, to loyal guardians, to spunky characters, to goofy adventurers, I love them all! You can trust I will love on your baby and treat them with as much care as I do my own fur babies. My schedule is fairly flexible right now since my medical retirement from the Army in October. I’m currently working on an online M.S. in psych and substitute teaching in my boyfriend’s town (Clarksville, VA) whenever I’m available. Since it’s a long commute and I’m typically called the morning of, I try to keep Monday and Tuesday open to sub if needed. I am more than willing to do virtual and in person meet and greets to learn pet needs and routines. I prefer to meet in person to get acquainted with your pet while they feel safe in your presence (but I’ve never met a pet I didn’t click with and love immediately.) I’ll accept any additional written/typed outlines detailing your pets care if that’s easier than leaving notes in the app. You name it and I’ll do it; whatever is best for you and your fur baby. Dogs under my care will enjoy long walks and dog parks trips where applicable. If you have a puppy (or dog) in training, I love to partner in their learning using whatever commands you prefer. Kitties under my care will get lots of playtime with wands and lasers, as well as tons of snuggles.

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week so my availability will always be changing. But,I will try to keep my Rover calendar up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! The plan is is turn this into a full-time gig so I will have probably more availability as time goes on towards the end of this year, but I’m hoping to find some regular clients that will book with me on a consistent basis! Plus, I’m really looking forward to all the pet snuggles! I am always very mindful of the time for feedings and walks…any medication will be given correctly and timely…I will make sure your home is locked up after I leave from a walk and/or feeding! About: I love all animals! I believe animals can sense energy, and animals always respond well to my presence because I am patient. I grew up on a farm so horses, dogs, cats, birds. My pets live like kings 😂 I work remotely so my schedule is flexible. Over night stays are fine. I work remotely and have hot spot so my schedule is flexible. I am available 7AM-3PM (depending on area). Fridays/Saturdays available all day. I would prefer pet sitting at the pet’s home to ensure they feel comfortable, low stress. Evenings I can stay extended amounts of times as long as y’all don’t mind me working remotely on my hot spot at the home. Outside/feeding schedules will be no problem because my work is flexible.

About: Very loving and passionate about fur babies! We own a personal farm whom we take love and compassion to care for them! I have experience with home pets along with outside pets. i am a very active women who can keep up with any active pet. Looking forward to meeting new lovely fur babies! About: Hi my names Amadi. Thanks for taking a second to check out my profile! I have a little over 15 years of experience in training dogs, helping with socialization skills, and general caretaking. Currently I work from home, a light schedule as I’m testing to obtain another specialty license. In my daily life I used to foster dogs for a rescue. Most of my fosters came from very rough beginnings and had many social and/or anxiety issues but we have been able to overcome them💙 With that being said I totally understand how some dogs are unsure of new people and I’m 100% willing to take the time needed to get to know your fur baby. I do currently have an iguana in his own enclosure and I have extensive reptile knowledge and I’m willing to assist with those as well. I currently have a light schedule that I work from home, so I am available for a lot of pet care needs. I do frequent bathroom visits play, and meal time. I am 100% about safety first. I will not accept any new dogs that will put anyone else in jeopardy. Although I have experience in housing a large number of dogs from my time fostering out in Goochland, and my time working in a doggy daycare, I do not wish to take on a large number of dogs at any one time.
About: I’ve been around animals as long as I’ve been alive and have had pets in my home forever. My mother is a veterinarian and I’ve been working as a kennel assistant at a vet clinic since I was 18 years old. I love working with all animals and I’ve worked with all types. So I’m very experienced and have seen it all. Fear free handling certified I just graduated from VCU and just retired as a reserve in the US Marine Corps. About: I am aware of the care and support animals need when they are not at home with their owners. I have 3 dogs of my own so I understand. This is my only job. I am always home, and I have reliable transportation to get me where I need to be. I am able to care for pets no matter the amount of time or attention the pet may require.. I own my own home, that has a fenced in back yard. I also have a room that is set up downstairs for if a a pet needs to be in their own space that is available. I do have 3 dogs of my own.
